All that I can is that I will never again buy from this shop. Staff including the owner are badly behaved and I had a very very bitter experience. Strongly recommend people - এই দোকান থেকে মোবাইল কিনবেন না

Guys pls don't buy anything from this shop, they are total fraud. At the time of starting this shop was no doubt good in creating cus relationship and they sold original items, but nowadays, I don't know who became shop owner, the executives are below standard, even they can not communicate socially. They don't have any nominal educational background. Behaviour is the worst. Dear Mr. Owner, you should have knowledge about all these, neither you will loss the popularity.

Pathetic in one word! These guys sold Samsung headphone to me in May 2022 and within 3 months it has stopped working. Total fraud

I bought a Redmi Note 10S recently. They could not transfer all my contacts from my earlier Samsung phone. They tried to convince that Redmi doesn't support all transfer of data and buying a Samsung is always better than Redmi. Their behavior is not customer friendly and wants to put the blame on customer by making provocating comments. Better avoid the shop.

This is a very nice place to buy all mobile handsets and staff are really good

Good Shop for all flagship smartphones and specially samsung department and the salesman service is very good
