I didn't like the stay at all.breakfast was not ready even at 10 am. There was no warm water. Rooms are clean

A prompt service hotel with 90% maintained and is fruitful to stay in the heart of Siliguri.

Very good hotel, excellent service very clean, the food amazing and the hospitality super.special mention for manager mr ashutosh a very good host.the entire staff was amazing.recommend the hotel for every one family or couple or even a loner will enjoy here.

Room is ok, food they serve from outside so they don't have more option and food is also not tasty, at 9.30 a look like a driver was drinking beer at reception so not good family to stay there

Good business class hotel situated in heart of Siliguri town. Staff is limited but helpful. Rooms are clean and well maintained.

One of the best hotels to stay in Silliguri. The location is so good, even ola works in this area. One if the most courteous staff and good food too.

The rooms are so dirty specially the linens are bad. When we checked in the room that was allocated, it had rose petals inside the sheets that must have been from previous guests. Bathrooms are dirty.
Though it's centrally located, it was very noisy and don't stay at the hotel if they have a wedding going on, it's so noisy, the fixtures in the room were vibrating.
The guy at the front desk couldn't bother less with our complaints. Had no option but to spent two nights there and it would be the last time we stay here. I won't even give this hotel a one star

Though we had booked 2 rooms for 2 nights, we checked out after 1.

Highly chaotic place with party halls and rooms on the same floor. Which resulted in people from the party shouting, fighting and knocking on the doors till around 3 am.

The rooms and bed linen are dirty. There were fat cockroaches on the bedside table. When one calls the reception for anything, there is no one to attend the call.

Both hot and cold water taps in the bathroom were giving out black coal like, grainy substance which seemed like the pipes may have been clogged or the water may have a dirty source.

We have stayed in Siliguri in multiple hotels over the years and this one has been by far the worst experience.

I have stayed here quite a few times. The rooms are neat n clean and properly decorated. Most important the bathrooms are pretty neat. Service is also very good. The restaurant has varieties but not much. Though the food tastes good. The hotel is in prime place and beside the road and has easy access. Over n all a nice place to stay.

Stayed there for one night.
Expect the fwg:
1. Dirty room.
2. Broken taps (something would be broken).
3. Services poor.
4. Not so welcoming staff.
5. You don't get a bill for the extra items you take, eg: tea.
Please avoid this hotel, one can find a better deal in the near by areas.

The phone number which is given in the web sites. Is not responding. Even not picking the phone after so many calling.

Ac not working properly. Room full of bad smell. Bathroom not clean. I will not suggest anyone to stay here. Not at all worth the price.

Room is clean n spacious, the restaurant food was awesome. Had a bit of communication issue with the restaurant team. Need to change the flask at breakfast. Value for money

Decent hotel if you are on a short trip. I have stayed here multiple times and its always been for a night max.

Located in the heart of the city on Sevok Road with really good accesability. The food is average and nothing special. There is a parking available.

Well sometimes giving rating is difficult as many factors comes into play. Considering room rate and facilities provided its good. Room and bathroom size is huge with all the basic facilities. Room rent also included breakfast and it had decent options like cornflakes, breads, butter, Jam, puri sabji, vada sambhar, boiled eggs, juice, fruits, curd, soaked chickpea, milk, tea, coffee.
I have given 3 rating due to some missing things like shower curtains, bathroom mat, stool for bucket bath and some other hygiene and cleanliness factors.
But for one night stay while travelling towards Sikkim this place is good and in city. You get ATMs and daily needs shops nearby. I booked 3 rooms through Makemytrip at Rs. 9800 only

Sky view does not deserve even 1 star rating. Why don’t we have rating lower then 1 star.

Excellent hotel for business travelers. Top class services.very cooperative staff.allowed me to check in very early around 6 am.extremely happy with the overall services provided by the hotel
