SMART Bazaar

I wish I could have given 0 stars but they are lucky Google doesn't have such option. Very bad experience. Manager has gone home and customer is still waiting for the bill to be completed at 10.35pm. Can you believe it in the entire mall only we are left because they are still checking and checking the items before delivery. No respect for the customer.

Google should allow to give negative stars, pathetic customer service, worst place to shopping

Very bad experience with this mall can't explain myself there's lots of problems with this

The offers on various products is commendable, BUT the staff there, especially at the cash counter are too casual and couldn’t care less how long you wait in queue. And most of the counters are unmanned anyways. Spensers located in City Center is far better in my opinion.

Iam very sorry to say service is bad because the management asked me pay the money double due to not release of cash memo from the machine which is not my fault on Feb. 5.2023. The manager had assured me money will return soon but it is almost one month till today I didn't receive the same.
Name is smart bazaar but the service is not smart coz you looted me on 05.02.2023 Rs 3217. I have video proof that you are assurring me.

1 star is also too much.i would have given 0 star. Cosmos mall smart bazar is very smart in bullying customer. Must say they have smart liers few staffs.
