A good place for your grocery shopping. Almost all the items required for daily life are available under one roof. Exciting offers were there on many items

Really nice experience.
The superstore gives major discounts and honestly I have not seen such level of discounts online.
The products are too good
Quite amazing place to visit.
Also it is near to some amazing dine in places like subway etc.

This place offers great rates / offers on the stuff available; but frequently it runs out of stock of quite basic things.
Recently, I visited in search of Edible Coconut Oil and Sesame (Til) oil ; and both were not present on the racks.
I shopped for Jeerakati rice on two occasions and when I went back for the third time ; they didn't have it in stock.
I think they need to work on the inventory management part more seriously.

Its a medium store in action area 3 in new town. The stuffs are not professional.
You will get CCD, DOMINOZ, subway & other FOOD stores just beside it.

Staff friendly and smart. Good life products are not that good. There should be a confectionary and fresh produce section. Fresh bread needs to be there

Parking facility available, Wheelchair accessible, Washrooms available in the complex, Trolley available for carrying stuff, a nice superstore with many options available for day to day needs. Thermal Screening & sanitizer available during entrance.

Good place.but always messy.only one counter is available always for billing makes your waiting time too long

Very poorly managed store. They never operate their billing counters. Most of the time their answer is "logging problem" or "machine hang ho gaya".

Today probably they were changing shifts. Staff on 3 counters said that they are trying to log in, it will take very long. So we had to queue up

Overloaded store. That's the feeling you get when you visit this store. It feels as if things will fall on you any moment.

No matter which day of the week you visit, their cash tills are never 100% operational. There is always a long queue and yet they do not open all the billing counters. You may think that they are short staffed. Noooo you will find their staff huddled somewhere or sitting comfortably and talking on phone

These are some basic things that makes your experience. Other than that I have always found whatever I have looked for.

I find the vegetables and fruits are better than the Spencer store in Downtown Mall.

I hope these guys manage the floor better

Very neat and clean, ample of parking place, plenty of outlets, though due to pandemic or its effect still there are many shops which are yet to open.

Pathetic service. Whereas Spencers store in the neighborhood delivers within a couple of hours this Reliance store takes upto 24 hrs and very hesitant to deliver even within 300 meters Radius. Above all the lady manager is a pathetic to talk to. All in all a very bad experience

Reliance Smart New Town products are good but Billing system is pathetic, Careless Store Manager, Poor Team Management, On peak hours Running limited Couners. Today also we have lost 30 Minutes, Pl confirm who is responsible?

This is no longer a good store. The cleanliness and hygiene has gone for a toss. It appears more like a warehouse for JIOMart. The staff is more interested in packing the JIOMart orders than helping you with your queries. Never use this for in store purchase.

Not observing social distancing norms at all. Total chaos. With the store steaming with Jio Mart delivery staff minimum 25 guys over and above the store staff just buzzing around the place at any given time. Customer who is coming to do retail purchase is compromised and tortured with all the restrictions. Stand in line with 1 meter distance, mask compulsory, not more than 2 people at a time etc.where are the social distancing norms inside the store. I have myself experienced some foreigners walk into the store, 4 at a time.walk out with one bottle of cola. I even questioned the security about this. They say they can't control. All rules and regulations are for a common rule abiding citizen of this so called free country. Reliance and government.we can't
dare, can we?

This place is situated at a place where people from different geography and culture live. Still the entire staff is hell bent on speaking only in Bengali. Moreover they are least interested in helping if you are not speaking bengali.

This place always has scarcity of popular food products. The choices for customers are very limited in comparison with Spencer situated in the same vicinity. Please look into this issue.

Fare price shop for printed products not for fruits and vegetables. Fruits and vegetables price is little bit higher than local market.

It has all the groceries, and daily usable products, but have very few cooking utensils like kadai, pressure cooker etc.

If you want to go for cooking utensils, I would suggest to look for some different place.

They have everything, but, the only thing is they much have a stock check. I picked up 2 items and all had crossed the best before date!

Nice shop but yeah, should have more and more things so that people can have what they want under one roof in one store.

Groceries cheaper. Free delivery at nearby residential area (Rosedale, Uniworld City) on purchase above RS. 300/-

The quality of fruits are better here.however one should always check the expiry preferably while buying milk products and breads etc

Good place for grocery shopping. Quite a few quick service restaurants present around it in Rosedale plaza

It's just below the Rosedale Apts or 5-15mins walk from the uniworld city towers depending on which tower u stay in.
A nice supermart which has groceries and toiletries, fruits, juices etc.
However if you go in the late evening the chances of getting a variety and quality of fruits and vegetables is less.
They accept cash and card.
Closure at time 9pm mostly.

Used to be good but now it is very poor. Only one or two billing counters are operational at any point of time leading to huge lines near billing counters. No manager is present also for any complaining

Items are reasonable and quality wise good. You just have to grab the deals for perfect combination of items

It is located inside rosedale plaza, in front of UEM college and karigori bhawan. Reliance Smart sells all the grocery items, it is giving tough competition to Spencers specially in shapoorji, uniworld, Rosedale area. The products are very good at this store, perishable food items like cheese, milk, fresh green vegetables are also available at reasonable prices. Generally this store sells the products at 5% less (discounted price) than MRP of products

Collection of electronic gadgets are not enough.
Behaviour of the seller is good enough.
Overall it's fine.

Get all details, stuffs about JIO specially as it's authorised. U can buy smart phones and their accesories also

A good & well stocked store for daily household supplies including green groceries. Good display of stocks. Ample parking space. Good eatries arround.

The best Grossery store I have experienced. Staff are very much cooperative. Cheaper price than any other store.

I am giving this poor rating not because of reliance fresh as a brand. This particular store used to be centre point of atrraction for many uniworld and rosedale residence due to its everyday cheap pricing, convenience of shopping along with varities of items availability.
For last few months of store people dont bother even if customer is waiting in a single queue they will continue their chit chatting with leisure by keeping just one counter open. Moreover if you happen to buy more tha 3-4 items having offer you be rest assured the offered prices wont be passed on to end customer in billing counter. Majority of their offers are not reflected in billing software and billing counter doesnt even bother to go and check the discrepancy in prices or act accordingly. Store manager is never available on store be it in 10-11 am or during afternoon or during evening!
Store is poorly mismanaged with some junior folks! And they dont bother about customers' time and money wasted!
Pathetic way this store is managed now! In recent past in my 3 transactions I have to find their pricing discrepancies which happens to be 30-50 Rs extra on each item. I need to be extra careful for every item I bill and fight my money back when charged higher than offer price!
This is completely non-trustworthy!

Good place for fresh vegetables and groceries. Easily approachable and near to Uniworld city, Newtown.

You can get every type of products and food items in here though the billing could take time as there are only 2 or 3 counters live, considering there are 6 counters
