The company cashes on gullible old age customers. On request of Debashis, who presumably left SPM, my mother in law who is 75 years old, gave 15,000 as an advance without any receipt. Afterwards she fell ill and got admitted to Woodlands. When she requested SPM for returning the money, they asked for hospital documents, after providing the same they denied to return the money. After Debashish left, some Joydeep is running the company, who seems to be an enjoying tormenting the aged citizens. Please be aware and be away from them

Do not trust Smiles Per Miles Company. The company did not do what they committed to. The Tour Manager, Moupia Chakraborty's behaviour was unacceptable. My tour was Dubai from 20th to 25th November 2023 which was 4 nights 5 days. So I request travel lovers to think carefully before visiting this company.

We booked our Andaman trip with smiles per miles last week. The entire tour was managed by mrs Sion. She is very efficient and expert in this field. I also want to thanks Mr Bhaskar da. Hotels and the cabs are very good. All the staff and the tour coordinator is really nice. We wish to travel with smiles per miles next time.

We're overwhelmed with the hospitality provided by you and special mention to our group leader Prithiraj who was so helpful and attentive to sort out our needs and let us know the details of the day wise itinerary of the next day. I WITH TWO OTHER MEMBERS OF MY FAMILY WENT WITH THE GUIDANCE OF THIS COMPANY. HOTELS LIKE 'THE MAITREYA', AT LEH, 'HUNDER RESIDENCY' AT NUBRA VALLEY, AND 'POLARIS COTTAGE' AT PANGONG-ARE VERY COMFORTABLE. DRIVER AIZAZ WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT. WE SPENT 6 DAYS WITH GREAT PLEASURE.

Dear all travel lovers. This review is from the group that went along with my uncle who is an avid traveller had experienced. Its for your valuable information before you choose Smiles Per Miles Pvt. Ltd for your foreign trip. "Our group of 18 people faced a terribly bad experience during our Scandinavia Tour conducted from 12th June 2023 to 25th June 2023. They demanded that they have successfully ended the trip as per their agreement which is totally wrong and they didn't follow the itinerary as it was given to all the parties. The tour leader Mr. Manjit Banerjee is not a right person to lead the group as team leader and he controlled the trip with a different itinerary as it was given to him from SPM. The quality of breakfast and hotels were mostly of cheapest grade and the most pathetic news is that nearly 17 places of visits were not covered though they were included in the itinerary. We have spent a lot of money and not possible to visit all those again. Guides provided were of low quality with no details knowledge.
At helsinki helsinki cathedral was shown from outside,
Uspenskun cathedral was of free entry but not covered,
Old market hall, Ateneum Art museum and Temppeliaukio Church was not shown though all were very renowned places of visits. No en route stop was given at Karlstad fir which we missed to visit Karlstad University by the shores of lake Vanern, missed sandgrund lars lerin, varmslands museum, ostra bron. Marriebergsskogen was covered from out side only. The famous pedestrian Street Karl johan was not covered, oslo cathedral though was ffree, Alvsborg fortrees were not covered. Due to reluctance of Mr. Manjit, we all spent 6 to 7 hours on road side for three days without covering all those visiting sites. The company demands so many things advertising with celebrities but the reality is that they are just making gimmicks to misguide the travel lovers like us. So be careful to choose your right travel agent before you finalise. "
