Rude owner. Does not know how to behave. Has no knowledge about rules and regulations. Worst experience.

Went to receive Western union. The service is pathetic the owner is rude keeps asking us to run for photocopies.
He even charged a service fee of Rs. 100 for which he decline to give receipt. Western Union should take action on such agents.

First I took the appointment over phone.the person said me to come in 10 o clock.person behaviour was rude. He asked me two documents to show and said I hv to pay 100 rupees as service charge then only he ll give me the cheque. Is urs company said this that customers have to pay extra service charge for receiving money.
