Sodepur Railway Station Underpass

Busy station on Sealdah main line, having 4 platform. Neart to B. T. Road, auto available all time. All local trains are stop here, some galloping also stop here. Ticket counter on platform number 1, automatic ticket vending machine also available with smart card and without smart card, both are available.

First of all, the place isn't spacious. Moreover it is not at all ment for the older people rather as because it is very difficult for them to walk through the stairs. Apart from that the cycle passers use the underpass the subway in a very ill manner making the place very congested for daily passengers.
So according to me this place is highly not acceptable as it creates lot of problems during office hours.

Station is too small and at night there is no fan in the platform and you have to with mosquitoes over night

Too narrow. However, a must have for Sodepur railway passengers and residents.

After making it, the chance of accidents by crossing the rail line is decreased and that is great. Great work done by Railways.
