It is a ceremony house owned by KMC with lift facility. It is a two storied building and any one can either book full 3 floors or any one floor. First floor is air-conditioned. Anyone can book it from the Office of Borough I of KMC. Present tariff for one floor is Rs. 15,000/- but entire house is of Rs. 40,000/-. AC charge is extra with Rs. 10000/- as caution money which is refundable. It is provided with cooking facilities and with ample parking facility.

Great community hall for ceremonies. Ac, elevator, parking are available. But hard to get it booked for high demand.

Nice place. Plenty of parking. AC is only on second floor. Dining area does not have AC. 5/5 if the occasion is during winter 3.5/5 if the occasion is during any other time of the year. One more thing - very easy to locate the place. If you use a private transport, you won’t face any problem. If you use public transport, you may some minor difficulty from the main road to commute.

One of the best community hall where you can conduct marriage ceremony, birthday party, engagement occassions, death ceremonies and other public gatherings. One of the cheapest community hall with many amenities easily available. They have three floors for use with availability of elevator for helping aged ones and other physically challenged person also.
Located near to the tala tank area and easily accessible from all sides be it paikpara be it belgachia. The metro station is also 10min walking distance from here.
So good place for holding all such public occasions capable enough to hold 500/600 people at a time. They have facilities of AC in the second floor also.

The location of the community hall is a huge plus point as it's far from all the hustle bustle of the city life.
The hall itself has sufficient space inside and there are three floors to utilize. The dining area is medium in size. All in all it's nice place to organize parties.

Good place for small events. Nice quiet location but venue is too small even for a gathering of 50 people
