One of the bigger Spencer's with more facilities. Baggage counter is far from the exit so I gave it 4 stars. Otherwise it's a good place to buy everything in daily life.

Nice layout. Well stacked on the shelves. Good offers n discounts. U will get cosmetics. Toiletries. Pulses. Edible oil. Salt. Detergents. Veggies. Fruits. Fish. Meat n poultry products in separate section. Helpful staff.

Love to buy things from Spencers

They are opened till 10pm. Big store, but if you have been to South City Spencer's, then this seems small and not so well managed. Floor planning very tightly done. I read about some issues with their billing where they overcharged certain customers, and it happened with me too. They overcharged me by 129 which they refunded on pointing out their mistake. So make sure you check your bill properly to see if all the offers, combo packs and discounts are reflecting. Beware of incorrect billing. Location is beside Basanti Devi College. Stoppage: Hindusthan Park.

Most of your daily needs under one roof and in an organised way. They have a very good and well stocked liquor store. Parking available at a charge. Carry bag chargeable @6

Happy to find an empty check-out counter. Also their sales staff at cosmetic section very helpful and explaining "Offer of the day" Unfortunately they were out of stock for the product I needed of Emami and were trying to push other brands onto me. If its available at Quest and South city, why cant it be available here also.

Vegetable counter staff were quite helpful.

One suggestion for their Management - After exit its difficult to climb up 10-12 odd steps to get back your deposited items from baggage section as anybody can just pick one of your shopping bags from the trolley and disappear. Why cant Spencers make it easier for customers to collect their bags from baggage section after they have paid and exited with laden trolley. Perhaps Doorman at entry can volunteer to guard the trolley full of items shopped while we fetch the deposited bag from baggage section. Or brainstorm and find some solution for that please.

Worst quality of vegetables.groceries are low to medium qualites. I bought 1 kg chola dal and found small insects in the packet.no offer.no help.not recommended for good shopping.for reference: see the photos of vegetables and you can understand its quality.electronics departmant is very small.you will not get adequate things there.

Dissapointed the way Spencer's authorities brings out schemes of discounts. Only when you are at the outlet, they say that there are riders in the points. Keeping in dark for the consumers will not hold good. Better stop the schemes.

Very bad experience. My order has not been delivered. My money has been deducted from.account but order has not been delivered. Rash behari Spencer is worst.
