Yesterday I went here to buy avocados. But they gave me rotten avocados with fungus inside Worst experience ever. Do not buy any fruit from here. They sell rotten fruits to people.

Bought a American touristor trolley. Worst experiance. In one year facing lots of problems. They are decline to changing that

The service has gone down particularly the billing counter staffs. Continuously gossiping among each other and making mistakes in the bill. If you are not observing closely there is high probability that you are going to pay higher than what you have bought. The management people needs to monitor this and be stricter.

Their service in the store is good enough. But online delivery through their app is not satisfiable. I got one item missing after delivery and also there is no auto refund. I request them to please improve their internal coordination.

It's a mega shopping store with enormous product available under the same roof. Highly recommended.products are good with clean presentation.vegetables are fresh also.

It is the best place to buy some organic items such as cold pressed mustard oil, pulses. Exotic fruits are also available, though a bit overpriced. This is a neighborhood stores that cater to the daily and weekly top-up shopping needs of consumers. Stocks include an assortment of fruits and vegetables, food and non-food FMCG products, staples and frozen foods.

Completely bogus customer care service. Now I am fighting for cashback offer with PAYTM. PAYTM told they didn't had any cashback offer for Spencer. Customer care also doesn't support at all. Don't purchase on;line, you may get cheated easily by them with fraud cash back offer time to time from website.

Problem with online delivary. Given thing that is not ordered in place of thing that is ordered. Online service is very bad.

I have ordered via online service with a delivery slot of 12: 00 PM but they did not deliver it. Also there is no response from the query center and no refund is initiated if the order got canceled. Very bad online service.

I Was there to purchase some grocery items. Good store for groceries and daily needs, resonable price.

Good place to shop groceries and other items. The variety of products is pretty good but Big bazaar has more variety as it is bigger. But billing is the biggest USP of Spencer's. It's very fast unlike in Big bazaar. Parking is also available.

If someone wish to understand on how “Noise Pollution” can affect you, this is the place to visit. The amount of Noise pollution in this confined place is incredible.

All the time I was trying to differentiate between the 3 types of sounds. 1 music, 2 offers announcement and 3 normal employee announcements.

Music is okay with me but the volume should be moderate and not so loud that I have to shout to communicate with the family members or staff.

Offers announcement – I don’t understand. Why is it necessary? You are giving pamphlets while entering the shop highlighting all the offers and also announcing the same on full volume. Either stop wasting paper or reduce noise pollution. Decide and act towards nature as well please.

Good points were that the store has a wide variety of products, well categorized and very helpful staff. Full points here.

In a nutshell, the store really needs to think about the nature and environment.
Stop giving out plastic bags and reduce noise pollution both inside and outside the store.

People are reallllly good. Wayyy better than BigBazaar (no offense) stock good as well. Wish they had more catfood though.

Spencer's nice place to buy house goods at some cheaper rate.they sell almost everything that's you can see in a living room and kitchen of a house.it's pretty good I have been there many times.

Nice store of everything you need, from toiletries to crockery to cooking utensils to LED TV to. Anything to name. This is the best store in the town for marketting grocery and daily needed items. But, the main thing I find this store fabulous is that many odd items are available there which are generally not available at other stores in competition, like, imported food items as avocados, celery, cherry, flax, chia, olive-pomace, olive-cannola, olive-flax, virgin coconut oil, sesame oil and all types of spices and big organic items. In one word, fabulous, highly recommended. One downside is that you have to spell out your cell number to the checkout to avail discounts which is horrible which I have suffered an year ago to avail discount from tetra packed juices. That's why I am unable to confer a five star to this.

You can get everything under one roof but on premium, especially fruits and vegetables.

Good complete shopping option in Durgapur where you get everything under one roof specially things that you don't get anywhere else in Durgapur!

Every household goods under same roof. Some products are overpriced though, compared to online chains, even local market.
