SPOT ON 44386 Petals Residency

I am Reached there with reservation, when I ask about my room's details and tell him I am booked a room for today, then he chek and tell us, you have to pay more 575rs because you paid only 425rs, then i am telling why I am paying more 575rs, when show in OYO yours room prise only 425rs so i am paid that, then he tell us, sorry but we don't follow of OYO'S policiy and we cannot provide room only 425rs, if you are stay here then you have to pay more 575rs otherwise you have to go some other hotels, then we have no any option we paid. Totally they are making to gues fhool, my first experience totally bad for this hotel.

I wish I had a no star option, WORST! WORST EXPERIENCE! Seems it's a red light area in between of the city, dirty rooms, dirty washroom, we had to make the full payment as we had booked through OYO rooms, didn't even get the refund, left the hotel within 2-3 hours, they also charged us extra 500 rs. As we had to check in 4 hours early, never ever go to that hotey, until and unless you are willing to get sick due to unhygienic atmosphere, I also forgot to mention this that, all the staff members were drunk and had an irritating girl, constantly shouting at the top of her voice, in short, the most worst hotel stay experience ever.

I reserved a room with OYO and after I got to the hotel was told the room was not available. They showed me a different room that was absolutely filthy, there was mud on the floor and garbage everywhere! I left the hotel and was still charged for a no show fee and a nights stay by OYO because the hotel did not communicate with OYO about the issue.

The front desk person was very rude as well, whoa stay away from this hotel at all costs!

My comments match with that of most recent reviewers.there seemed to be huge mis-match between what was advertised and what was physically seen.

Theres no option for negative stars, else would've rated that, honestly speaking, had no option else would've rather stayed on the streets. The rooms were smaller than any average washroom I'd say. The staff were basically like on payroll to misbehave. Rooms were dirty, and they charge more than what you'd say reasonable. And the most disgusting thing. I found an unflushed toilet. I'd suggest people to try and sleep in their cars or try and fit in some corner of some street rather than staying here. Disgusting!

The rooms were small, dirty, filthy and damp. I booked this hotel from OYO after seeing the pictures of their rooms. But the reality was all different, the rooms didn't seem to be looking anything near the pictures. The staff behaviour was very bad and unprofessional. The location was very inside from Baguiati main road. I immediately cancelled my booking from OYO after seeing the room I was allotted. The washroom was used by the previous guest and was not even cleaned or flushed. I would never recommend this hotel. Worst experience. There are better hotels in that area in the same price point so do explore before choosing this hell of a hotel.

Rooms are okay considering the price. But the main thing is that they don't abide by the rules & prices of Oyo. Don't consdier the Oyo rating. They forcefully take that by taking your phone & write reviews also. The actual charges of them are 700 & 1100 for non ac. If you can spend that the hotel is ok for your leisure with your loved ones. (3-4 hours stays)

Nice behaviour of staff. A little bit high price & pretty clean rooms. Service overall ok. The location is odd but you can find it by maps.

They refused booking and didn't accept add on from oyo and i had to shift to another place

Most of these Small Hotels and Guest house alway most of the time and everytime during the check in its a CID check in denied or Couple Issue Tariff Issue i word say OYO Team needs to work more hard and keep a Track on these type of Property because at after reaching at the Property The managers and Hotel people are rude like any thing there rude with family and Couple.

Fraud Hotel. In OYO they are mentioned low room rental. But they collected more money from me. Not worth for staying.

Dirty rooms, Non functional Bathroom, they don't have proper door lock, no wooden bed concrete bed with mattress. No out side food allowance, no free water.
Overall horrible experience.

All gud but few issues only considering the money element I won't elaborate much but there are catches

2. Staffs are very nice and co operative

Cons:
1. Rooms are not hygenic
2. Small room
3. Also not sure about santitization

Btw my previous experience with the same hotel was nice (4/5) when I booked room online

Staff behaviour is vry friendly wid d customer.always available at service.super satisfied.homely ambience.

Such a bad place, and they took 4500 rupees extra charges for this aniversary decoration, And there is no geyser connection, there is no hook to hang the towel & cloth in the bathroom. Room are not hygienic and clean
