Very very bad service.we are not provided with our requirements room's. Behavior was bad.etc etc

The person at reception suddenly claimed that you have to pay 400 extra as offline charges at OYO. I had a very bad experience as i came a long way and after reaching this was told to me.
Worst hotel i ever visited and i would not recommend this to any person ever or i would ever visit this worst hotel (dhaba) ever.

Guys ye hotel bilkul v safe nhi hai.red zone area pe ye hotel hai.couple k liye very risky hotel hai ye.kabhi v police ake raid deta hai aur apko blackmail kiya jaiga paisa mange lagea property damage ye sab charge deke apse paine mangne lagega.sab staf malik log aur police mila hua hai couple ko darate hai such like blackmail.room seems like red zone house.dengerious hotel.this hotel is not safe.don't go there.

Don't know why OYO listed this property for a very less price, the guy on the booking end said a lot about the facility & offered the room for just 351 with a huge discount. But after payment he said I need to pay more for a decent room & promised early check- in though.
When I reached the hotel reception showed a sabby looking room where the receptionist himself was sleeping, and a common bathroom without lights. It's a pure case of miss sealing, don't show rooms that cheap to others please.

Worst ever experience! They gave me staff room in stead of my pre booked room. They straightway denied me of my room even after advance online payment and instead said that they can't give room at the price which i booked for. This is gross violation of trust of customers.

The service is too poor and the staffs are not competitive too.
If you book the ticket online, they will ask you to pay more money or else they will not even provide you the room.

It's totally a fraud, stay away from these types of hotels.

I found it on OYO app and i had to take as an emergency i have no idea earlier.
Please don’t take this hotel and don’t stay with your family at all.
We faced room problem after booking mid night.we booked while returning from sikkim midnight.
You are not allowed to bring and eat food inside room.
Owner don’t care of anything and will try to convince you for everything by saying ‘please try to understand, try to manage ‘

will charge you blindly randomly during checkout and no explanations

If you are with family then avoid this place. You will not get any service and Rooms are poorly maintened. Oyo should delist this guest house from thier portal.

Worst experience ever. Half an hour check in delay. Undertrained staff. Construction work in the adjoining room with lot of noise.

Booked only because had a long hours of hault in NJP. Rooms are pathetic. Pictures can fool you. Had to book as we were left with no options. Location isn't good either.

मैंने कभी इस तरह का बेकार होटल नही देखा।
मैंने ऑनलाइन रूम ₹1550 में online payment करके बुक किया लेकिन वहां पहुंचने पर मुझसे ₹400 अतिरिक्त मांगा। जब मैंने अतिरिक्त राशि देने से इंकार किया तो मुझसे बोला गया कि ₹1550 में oyo देगा room, मैं नही।

रूम में किसी तरह की कोई सफाई व्यवस्था नहीं थी, न ही 72 घंटो के दौरान एक बार भी पानी देने आया और न ही बेड शीट चेंज किया।
न तो tv उपलब्ध था और न ही बिजली की कोई खास व्यवस्था थी। बिजली कट जाने पे अंधेरे में रहना पड़ता था।
रात को 10 बजे ही मुख्य दरवाजा बंद कर देता था और सुबह देर से खोलता था। मुझे सुबह 7 बजे परीक्षा देने जाना होता था तो ताला खुलवाने के लिए बहुत समस्या होती थी और समय की बर्बादी तो होती ही थी।

साथ ही होटल बिल्कुल रेड लाइट क्षेत्र में पड़ता है।
अगल बगल अच्छा खाने पीने की व्यवस्था भी नही है।

स्टाफ का व्यवहार बिलकुल ही बेकार था और time to time tip का demand करता रहता था।

कमरे के गेट का हैंडल टूटा हुआ था जो बार बार कहने के बावजूद सही नही करवाया।
नहाने के बाद कपड़ा सुखाने के लिए कमरे में कुछ भी नही था जिसपे कपड़ा डाल सकें।
Toilet कभी साफ नहीं किया जाता था जिससे बहुत ज्यादा बदबू आ रही थी।

मेरा तो बहुत बुरा अनुभव रहा । मैं सबसे यही कहना चाहता हुं कि भले आप स्टेशन पे सो जाओ लेकिन इस तरह के होटल में मत जाओ।।।

Pathetic rooms.
How can these rooms are even called as guest houses.
No response from the owners.
Don't go by the pics of room.rooms are extremely pathetic. I should have stayed at railway station instead.
They locked the gate from outside.
We couldn't go out of the room for an hour.
I got embarrassed as I was with my family.as I just wanted to stay for a night.
I had booked the rooms from OYO booking.
They let me down. They should check and inspect the rooms before allowing booking the hotels.
This so called guest house should be closed with immediate effect.

I'll not even book this guest house even for enemies or animals.

It's not a Oyo rooms hotel. 3rd class room and 3rd class service.it's a local Desi bar.very unsafe

In spite of advance payment in full and repeated phone calls, the rooms were given to somebody else.

Don't book the lodge looking the photos. Rooms are small. Every room doesn't have European commode. The receptionists service was excellent.

It has a bar at ground floor, locality and surrounding not suitable for family. Cheap, good rooms and clean toilets. No service for food, they can arrange for you. It was difficult to find this hotel, please modify address.

Two stars only because the guy was nice and ordered food for us. Other than that, the room was very bad and the bathroom was horrible. I don't think they cleaned the room and the bathroom in years. There was something in the trash that was horrible, don't know what it was. Also, no hot water. They didn't know how to fix the heating tank so we had a cold shower.

Absolutely worst place, there's a wine shop on the ground floor and drunkards everywhere in the hotel. Not a bit safe for families. The doors wouldnt lock properly and the bathroom was dirtier than railway stations.
