The head of the sagar does not no how to talk such a big person really need to know how to deal with customer and gain some manners rather than attitude customer will complain if there is fault you need to know how to deal and talk.

The ambience is amazing. If a vegetarian, then it should be tried once. The food, environment, staff everything is good.

Since it's inception l am visiting this restaurant, with my family & relatives, test of foods are excellent.

Best place for family get together. Enough place for parties.even can do business meeting and the food is also fresh, healthy, hygienic, kitchen is clean.

If you are looking for a vegetarian restaurant in medium cost you definitely visit Sagar restaurant. Food quality is really good, I tried fried rice and Manchurian combo was really delicious and sweet lassi which was just average.
But staff behaviour was not satisfactory, there were two or three staffs at that time when I entered but none of them even ask me to seat or anything. And one more thing wash room is at the back side of the restaurant and it's very small.

Sagar is the place for all your delicious food craving, the restaurant is veg restaurant and the food is awesomely tasty, the most recommended here is everything, be it chilly paneer or Dal Makhani or Shree thali everything is perfect, and the quantity is also very filling.highly recommended.

Today i visited sagar amd the taste of dal makhani was so bad when we told replace they made it more bad at lst when we complained about the same they shouted on us and the owner insulted us

For best of South Indian dishes, Sagar Restaurant can be one's first preference in Siliguri.

No more facilities but very expensive food item like a five star hotel. I'm not satisfied with their serve

Many don't know about this place but it's truly a great place and the ambience is awesome.

Staff is very rude, indiscipline behavior. After complaining to the senior person no response. In not going to visit not time, don't know abt others. It's all any respect and self dignity. I'm not satisfied.

Good for vegetarian North Indian food and south Indian food. Soup is ok. Chinese food is also average.

The behaviour of the owner is terrible and is highly unacceptable from a customer POV. He talks like he is god and nobody can match upto his level and treats them (including customers) like his servants.

Worst experience ever the quality of the food is so bad even the paneer was tasteless no item were good.only they have name neither service is good nor the taste.even their waiter don't serve the food in the plates

Quality food at best price. The ambience inside is good enough. A family place to be. Waitors are good and service is fast enough. They also provide packing service. They have an inhouse bakery products too. The price is very considerable without messing up with the quality. A very old trusted restaurant in siliguri.

Found it very strange when they denied to pack the left over food which was ordered without any explanation.

I usually have a tendency to pack and give the left over food to the needy rather than the food being thrown away by the resturant.

Strange thing was they were willing to pack new items ordered for takeaway.

The quality of food has been has been decreasing over the time, the brand sugar was known for good food, great service, but maybe now neither of it is important for the management, the staffs aren't as cooperative as before, not is the quality of food, few of the naan had butter flooding from it, while some were completely dry, moreover it was very elastic and hard, it's not like you can't break it, but it wasn't as it used to be, nor as it is supposed to be
