One of those niche high profile places in South City Mall that has a segmented crowd of its own kind. Visited on a sunday evening to have some coffee and pastry and found the place to be pretty thickly crowded. Had the cafe mocha and ny cheesecake and both the items were pretty spot on. But it's Starbucks so expect exorbitant pricing as usual as the catering audience is of mostly high profile individuals

The place has such a nice cozy vibes. I really like this place unfortunately very few Starbucks outlets are in Kolkata. That's why when we go to the Starbucks in Kolkata we cannot find it empty. We really need more and more Starbucks outlets in Kolkata. The staff where were very well mannered they are very friendly in nature and they suggest you the best coffee if you don't know anything about how to order or what to order for yourself. The coffee shop there gives a very nice and cosy vibes. I really like to go there. At the Starbucks is located in a nice place middle of the park street area.

A classy and ideal place for coffee lovers though the items are way-overpriced. They offered us to play housie and we got blueberry cheesecake for free!

Coffee is overpriced. Taste is worst.
Ambience and Seating is fine.
Free Wifi is good. Gonr there for meeting but Coffee just sucks.

Good hangout spot. Cozy ambience to talk your heart out with your companion. Or you can pour your ideas on laptop or notebook while sipping a cup of coffee.

Just like any other Starbucks, here you'll get all the authentic frappe and shakes. I always give a four star to Starbucks because of their unnecessary charging in black coffee. Also ky table was not clean before i had a chance to take my drinks over there. Otherwise you will be able to get all the food stuffs available in any other Starbucks in optimum quality:)

I am an avid Starbucks loyalist. Kolkata is now teeming with indie cafes and they are all special in their unique ways. But l, in spite of frequenting most of them, always find myself back at Starbucks to languish in the comfort of the excellent coffee aroma that permeates the ambience and the sheer ease of getting my coffee made to my exact specifications and the readiness of the staff in ensuring I get what I want. As a side note, anyone looking for coffee with plant based milk would be hard pressed to find more delicious coffee at any place other than Starbucks.

Disrespectful and Dishonest. They told me the app system payment is unable due to some issue after the bill was issued. You have to give notice for such things. Very bad experience, I will never visit Starbucks unless an apology is.

Coffee is my daily part of life. And Starbucks always made my day. I just love Starbucks Coffee. And this place is the most favourite place of mine.

Today the service was very slow although the cafe was pretty empty. We practically had to wait for almost 15 mins for the coffee after the billing was done

Price - It's Starbucks bruh, what to expect. Dutch truffle - 295, Chicken croissant - 250, and 2 grandes is like 700.

The location is great, the service is good, the ambience is perfect. But the only complaint about this place is regarding the non-compliance with the COVID protocols. With rising cases throughout the country, there was hardly any Social Distancing in place, nor there was any notice forcing the patrons to wear masks. Hope the management takes the necessary precautions to cope up with the present situation.

Coffee is as same as other Starbucks all over, but the place felt little small and less decorated. No complaints to service, it was great. Would recommend visit if u r Starbucks coffee fan.

And the best part if you want to buy a gift for yourself or your loved ones they offer you a free gift rapping! You can modify it, by having a small chat with the guy at the counter!

Starbucks is a brand name, nothing more. One can indulge here in an expensive coffee from time to time. The red velvet cake here is awesome though.

It was worth waiting for to experience Starbucks in India. Everything is good about Starbs, be it the coffee or the ambience or the staff. If you are looking for a place that serves great aesthetics as well as great coffee, then Starbucks is the correct place for you.

From a long time I was planning to visit Starbucks and finally went. Tried out the java chip frappuccino.absolutely loved it.also i was given a card and told to register it on the starbucks app to get a free tall drink in the birthday month.looking forward to visit soon.

Starbucks is a very popular brand. Needs no introduction. Same quality of service available in the South City outlet. Cosy ambience, free wifi, undisturbed- what else to ask for?

I don't like Starbucks in general. However, this one is different. I like it as it gives me a good option to have my meetings. A chic location to have a bad coffee and nice meeting. If they are giving you spot discount on a particular food, please avoid.

Ordered a coffe but what I received is a mix of milk and water and very less coffee in it. Vast difference from Starbucks in US versus here. No flavor or aroma of coffee you will get from it. Absolute waste of money and just gaining profit out of the brand name.

Starbucks need no introduction. With yet another outlet at South City, they've made it easy for people like us who stay nearby to get hold of the iconic Starbucks Coffee quite easily! The Signature Chocolate Frappuccino that I tried out during the Barista Pride special beverage festival was an amazing drink that I loved & cherished thoroughly. Coming to the food, the Hawaain Sandwich, the Chicken Wrap & the Blueberry Delight stole the show completely with their outstanding incomparable taste & flavour! Pricing, though a bit on the higher side stands tall but then yes, if you're planning to enjoy a wonderful coffee experience with your loved ones over a good gossip session, Starbucks is a must try!

I really dislike wasting money like this. All unemployed couples visit here because they spend their parents money to impress their girlfriends or just click a photo with their name written on it. It's kind silly. And the coffees are overcharged

So you want to spend sometime chit chatting with friends, talk your heart out with someone special or may be spend some alone time reading or working. A cup of coffee and the Starbucks shop is the place to be. The classic cappuccino is made of 100% pure Arabica coffee beans which every coffee lover would like and there are many more at offer. The price definitely is on the higher side considering it's South City but I'd still say it's worth a visit.

I personally feel Starbucks is overpriced obviously, so as a person who does not earn millions in salary, getting a coffe from there once in a while is okay.

I've usually found Starbucks in India to have well trained staff who are friendly, helpful and efficient. I'd visited this outlet for a coffee today. While waiting for my food order to arrive, I accidentally split coffee on myself and burnt myself. While this happened I went into shock but the staff were quick to act, providing me with tissues and an ice-pack. They were really kind and helpful and the timely ice-pack helped minimise my pain. I usually go to Starbucks and feel happy about the consistency of the food and beverages available at all outlets. However, today, I am also deeply thankful for the kindness shown by the staff when I had my accident. Thank you for all the help! Much appreciated.
