Starbucks

Starbucks literally degrade their food and drink quality. Didn’t expect that. I always prefer Starbucks because of their quality of food and service but this time it totally disappoint me.
Pasta was not fresh the garlic bread was not fresh. The Strawberry AÇai lemonade taste a syrup in lots of ice and water. Very poor.

Do I have to tell you a ything about the coffee of Starbucks?
The name itself is enough.

Ambience is good.the latte and the cappuccino were so so.but the lemon loaf cake and the New York cheesecake were both very soft, moist and good.

Well first of all they should update their timings as the store remains open only uptil 12: 00 pm.but it is written 12: 30.rather to speak they close before 12 as it may misguide people who want a late out coffee grab.secondly they have this problem of not accepting cards for payment for two days I went in.they did not even accept my reward card in order to collect points.the service was pretty bland for me! I think they do these special tricks for not giving the drinks in low price for the people who has their reward cards on them.no complaints regarding the quality of beverages.but these things needs to be taken care off!

Perfect place for dates, meetups, and even office work. It offers free wifi and a never ending supply of coffee.
Although on the expensive side, their coffees are really well made and satisfying.
I visited this place a lot and must say that the cleanliness of the restaurant and also the washroom was top notch.
The food also satisfied my palate, although I only opted for beverages and am yet to try their food menu. Though I am not really interested to try the food menu they are really expensive.

The wow coffee shop on the Park Street. The crowd, the ambience, the music and not the forget the Cooling.all was perfect.

The staff was warm and professional. Kudos and cheers to Sukanya who herself loves Kenyan Coffee.

They even have Vietnamese cold brew coffee. Request: If you guys can make the egg coffee of Vietnam then it would simply be awesome.

Self could find multiple charging sockets and converted the place into a work station.albatta temp hi sahi.

Starbucks is a place where I can stay from day to night it is very peaceful for me and all the hot and cold coffees and shakes it has are my favorite specially the chocolate ones the collection of their sippers are also exotic and beautiful you cannot stop yourself from buying them

I'm really happy in The Starbucks parlour. 6 times i go this parlour 'nd all time i'm satisfied there service & spend time. Firstly indoor is creatively decorated in other starbuck showroom in Kolkata. Indoor is pass your time smoothly nice and atlast employee behaviour & all of total is really good. Ladies & Gentelman's i truly suggest come this Starbuck parlour of your Family, Girlfriend/Boyfriend, Friend's and spent a great time.

The best coffee shop in the world which gives you the value for your money. The coffees are made from the best coffee beans which gives you the perfect taste and the atmosphere and staff of all the starbucks shop are jzt wonderful. I vist every month on starbucks and also a big fan of this brand.

Renouned Coffee shop in the heart of the commercial hub - Park Street.
Nice place to hang around.sip a coffee of your choice and even work.
I have seen people working there in their laptop while enjoying their coffee with some Eatables. There was also an unofficial meeting taking place over a cup of hot coffee. And others.just spending time with friends and relaxing.
Pocket pinch - not much. Rs 200+ taxes for basic coffee for two.

Bad service.staff behavior was very bad.one of my friend ordered double shot espresso and they completely forgot about that order.table wasn't clean.overall it was the worst experience i ever had.

Recently visited Kolkata and had some free time, so was there at this Starbucks @ ParkStreet.
The staff was the difference, they could make out that I was from out of station as had some luggage. They helped me with suggesting the right places to pick local delicacies. Thanks to the team.

Starbucks - The name is enough! World's most popular coffee shop can also be found at the heart of Park Street area. The cafeteria is not so huge but it's cosy and decorous. The service is also good and amicable. The quality of food is excellent as always. It's really a nice place to leisure and relax and everyone should visit this place at least once in life!

Visited for 2nd time here for some good coffee. I must say that their coffee is best of all I've had before. Ordered Triple Mocha Frappuccino and Cherry Chocolate Cheese Cake and it was very good. Hope to visit again soon.

Too much costly with no good coffee.don't know if we chose something wrong from the menu or if there was some serious problem with the barista.but didn't like the taste as compared to the price.but gave it 2 stars because the atmosphere was good.but as it is so costly, you can seldom expect any kind of rush or such stuff.it usually remains empty except for a few outsiders (foreigners) maintaining their own business.

New addition to the coffee scene in Kolkata, this is by far much much better than any coffee chain in Kolkata including Cafe Coffee Day, Barista, Costa coffees, etc.

The decor is just marvelous and the place is huge, so there is ample seating. But despite this, the place is packed most of the time due to the novelty factor and the fact that the coffee here is amazing.

Coffee and snacks are much better than the watery things you get at CCd and other places. Definitely a good place for coffee lovers and for those who want to hang out with friends.

This has been my hot coffee spot for last few months and i visit this lovely place more than i can recall about. Im not only in love with its coffee but the way its made and the taste. Everything makes it so amazing which draws me back again and again to it and i just love it here.

Starbucks is located between Hardrock Cafe and Caratlane in Park Street. The ambience is pretty nice. The Staff is generous, and really friendly. There is a wide variety of coffee present at menu. You will meet variety of people there too.

Starbucks, Kolkata never seems to let you down - caught up with an old friend after ages a couple of days ago over some coffee and delicious brownies.

As good as any other starbucks experience. Their limited edition flavours r worth trying. It's good fun sitting at the counter near the entrance.watching kolkata life go by while sipping coffee. Try sometime.

Will behave nicely organised cafeteria in Park Street just opposite food to the Peter cat it's coffee is awesome and the others foods are also delicious the arrangement is really nice because of its situation in the Park Street and it's well behaved staff the Restro deserve a 5 Star review overall though it's costly compare to CCD and Barista but if you are coffee freak then go and spend some time alone with a coffee and teriyaki chicken as a side dish.

International brand with uptown ambience hence expectation is huge from all of us. It's basically like CCD or any other coffee shop with a topping of presentation, brand standardisation, international flavour, packaging etc. It is no doubt an extremely good place to spend quality time relaxing, chatting, dealing, discussing with family, friends, collegues. Price is on higher side hence its not makking it for majority masses. However with the kind of the established brand it is meant to be the way it is.
Ambience and service is classy and uptown.
All in all for a fantastic experience if you are not paying for it or if you have unaccounted bucks in stock! @@!

It's crazy good. I ordered a strawberry and cream shake and they told it's out of stock, so now I can take anything from the menu without any extra cost!

Really a nice place to hangout with your friends or partner.a place which does attract a lot of pedestrians here! You'll surely get to taste different types of mochas. It's of course one of the favourite suggestions here at Park Street. Enjoy your coffee! ️

The first Starbucks outlet in Kolkata on Park Street next door to Hard Rock Cafe, this place is warmly lit with good coffee, great food and exceptionally courteous staff.

The cappuccino we had tasted really nice. I would have given this place a 5 star rating only if there were more options for snacks like they have for cappuccions and frappuccions
