Good but a little costlier than other hotels. Rooms and washrooms are clean. Stuffs behaviour is nice and the manager is quite polite and humble inspite of his young age. Overall nice place to stay.
Very good for the price point I got through Oyo. The customer service is exquisite. I ordered through Zomato and Swiggy and they served the entire food in a plate and bowl and sent it to my room. Not only that, there were some Wifi issues which they got fixed as well for me.
This is good place to stay. The Rooms very good, clean and spacious Hotel rooms are at affordable prices. This hotel will give nice service but only thing is Food is very costly.
Rooms were pretty decent as per the amount was being charged. Service however had large room for improvement. We never got the extra soap and towel! And food is overpriced
Worst experience ever, I was here for 14 days, rooms were good only in terms of size. They usually don't recharge their TV, I got my TV service back after 5 days, if you are staying for 2-3 days forget about the TV. They provide only veg food and the worst things is outside food not allowed. I had ordered tea 6 days got only 2 days, they avoid your phone calls most of the days. WIFI service was poor, you can't even stream you tube. They don't provide water to your room, they only give you a glass bottle which you have to fill by yourself from the water purifier in the ground floor. ABSOLUTELY WORST.
Nice and comfortable room. Clean and modern bathroom. Location is good. Food taste and quality is not bad. Tv, guiser and electrical appliances are in good condition. A good choice for vegetarian persons. Non vegans keep safe distance
Stayed there, location is good, service is OK, but they don't allow any guest after 8 pm, I being a senior citizen was quite uncomfortable as people were visiting me in the evening. They don't allow smoking or drinking, but as I booked through fab groups as it was listed as fab stay hub, they allowed me. It wasn't a very good experience but OK.
Not recommended at all. Worst experience. Ask reception 5 times to change my room but they didnt. As i arrived late so didnt had a choice. Food was cold as it was made for animals.
Worst service booked room on 8th Oct from 12 PM, reached hotel to check in at 8PM, got the room at 10: 30PM Still the room was unclean again have to wait till 11: 30 to get the room finally, still the floor was damp with liquor! Very bad experience dont go to this place
Room walls were dirty, bathrooms were not provided with towels. On asking for a bottle of cold water they said they don't have a refrigerator on the premises. Expected a lot more from Oyo. Staff were kind and helpful although. Thus the two stars are only rooting for them.
Every time either they deny check-in or make you wait at the reception for ar least 1 hour. Today they denied check in in the mid night (which they confirmed just one day ago when I called them) because they gave the room to a difgerent customer and OYO just refunded the money but no shifting and even it was not safe to travel here and there in the midnight with a lady. I have booked at this hotel for the 3rd time and my experience is like hell everytime.
This is my request that please don't go to this hotel. Otherwise, you will be stranded with no clue there.
One thing I can assure you that you will definitely get some harassment at the hotel before check in. This hotel will appear with low price in the OYO site but please don't book this hotel.
OYO just care about money, not about their customers any.ore. They will just say that 'Mafi mangta hun'.
Hotel is neat and clean. I stayed here for 3 days.good service and friendly staffs.food of in house kitchen is also best. I recommend everyone to stay here.cheap and best place to stay.
Excellent in every aspects expect their pathetic customer service. You should wait 45 minutes for your breakfast or sometimes they will just ignore your order as well.
This is new and upcoming Hotel, not fully staffed with trained executives. Experimental and Owner driven designs and paintings with good Rooms and Upholstery, bit the Restaurant service is awfully dangerous. The food order for the Dinner or Lunch takes 2 hours supported by very uninformed staffs and equally untrained people. Gadgets don't work properly though New installations made. Courtesy and guest help line is noy yet thought upon. The direction to the hotel can't be helped by the front Deakin, Arranging a vafourable room is not understood, food supply is very laxed and reluctant, Billing is very poor and informal.
5his is a upcoming property in a good location but, needs a professional handling.
I've heard about this from a friend of mine. And trust me, it's a great one! The staffs were polite and the room was very clean. Everything was neat and tidy.
