Subway

I was rather disappointed with this subway. The lady who served us was very rude. We ordered one of the suggested sandwiches and were not allowed to choose the bread despite asking. This is no problem at all with the subway at Kolkata Airport. The sandwich at the airport was also really tasty. You could just about eat this. I wouldn't go there again. Only the room on the 1st floor was quite nice. You can sit well there and everything was clean.

Caution they do not accept credit cards here - unless the bill is above 1k or so, either carry cash or use UPI

This restaurant does not exist. I visited this place and ended up searching for other alternatives only to waste my money in cabs

I started attending morning classes of French which is right next to the Park Street Subway restaurant. Sadly we couldn't even grab a bite before starting our day because the morning staff wasn't in the mood to serve us in the right manner. All three servers in the morning shift were extremely rude, didn't even care to ask us about the fillings we wanted and gave us the bill after asking for it thrice. The silicon tray in which my egg sub filling was being baked was fully torn. I have video of the server. My friend's sub wasn't even heated. Being a regular customer to Subway, it really dissapointed me to see this kind of staff.

Worst customer experience with this outlet. I had specifically mentioned in my notes and called them as well, however they prepared it as per their wish and there was no resolution. Would never order again.

Price is on a higher side. But the taste is good. But the authentic subs are preferable. Not the fusion ones.

It’s a great place.
The place is small and cozy with ample sitting space.
The staff is friendly.
The hygiene is upto the mark. Non veg and veg counters are different and new gloves are used for every order. The tables are quite clean and the food is very fulfilling for the price like one wrap or sub will be sufficient.
The price range is also quite reasonable.

We had chocolate cookie and a Sub Club sandwich. It is a very small but cosy please to get a sub.allover good

Subway, generally is really good and my experience has been great since the day I tried their food for the first time. There are lots of options and it is kinda budget friendly compared to other options. There's a variety of things to choose from (for example, there's 5 different types of bread to choose from). The best thing about them is cleanliness, they're an expert in maintaining it, from keeping the order in a clean table to using new plastic hand gloves every time while making a new order, their service is good too.

Good food, too many options for a newcomer. You will get confused by the number of options they serve.

Fresh & excellent menu specially fresh bake bread smell, the sandwiches are truly international

The place has ample sitting space inside and the staff are friendly. The options for both veg and non veg subs are good.

The place is situated on park street and is easily reachable. Parking isn’t available.

One can order Sub of the Day at Rs165 incl taxes. A good place to grab a bite in Kolkata.

I went to the subway to eat some fresh food, but the filling was cold and didn't had freshness in them.

I went there in 2013. So my review might be outdated. But it is a nice history check. You would be able to tell how it improved over time. How was it back in 2013. It was ok. Nothing to write home about. There was a small sitting arrangement like for about 3/4 people. Only one person was serving the food. Only a 2*4 feet glass showcase was there to show various breads and fillings to choose from. The food was dry and cold. But the taste was good. The price was horrible.

Food is average. But the most disappointing thing is they don't have option for normal drinking water. You have to buy xtra.

This is one the best places to have a quick snack which is healthy, filling and tasty affff.
Its a treat to choose from a variety of bread, layering, stuffing and toppings.
Everything is done according to your own taste bud amd preferences.
I always love visiting this place even if i
wanna get some heavy amd filling snack or even lunch. Highly recommend.
The price is totally justified and worth a try. The Italian bmt sub is my favorite and its mostly the same thing that i order every time i visit Subway.

Subway is different from all other fast food joints in a way that it serves more healthy food. Mostly pickled and cold cuts of meats and fresh or pickled veggies.the sandwiches are great fillers and since the fillings are not fried.it is easy on calories and health. For small pangs of hunger the subwrap is the way to go.

Among all the fried fast foods, filled with oil, cheese, cream and whatnot, there's Subway, with a healthier approach, with fresh salad, and subs that are made in front of the customer, and loved the awesome choice in sauces! The price is also quite reasonable for the sub of the day.

I am particularly not a fan of Subway much. It seems overpriced and I do not enjoy their menu items. This joint is specially small and takeaway only. Good for a quick bite to take away and that is it.

The place is located in park mansion. The place is completely justifies it's tagline "eat fresh". The food here is fresh and taste good. They have a no of options of bread you can select from like honey, oats, multi grain etc. The stuff members here are courteous and service is prompt. They have a small eating area too. The ambiance is nothing extraordinary.

Small place, crowded which to means that the place and food must be good. Staff are smiling and helpful though a tad overworked during lunch time. Excellent vegetarian and non vegetarian 'sub' options, generously topped with your choice of sauces and condiments. Most of the products seemed fresh. A place to go to if standards are maintained.

Please train your staff to be more courteous and make them learn how to make a sandwich the veggies had all come out from the sub and it was not packed nicely

Good restaurant. Service is really well. Landmark is Park Mansion building. Easily communicate by metro and cab.

Affordable and quality breads with fillings but the restaurant seems to be a hub for BJP bhakts. 4/5.

Nutrition, nutritious food comes at a price and of course has to be healthy. This is the place for it at a reasonable affordable prices. Subway is world famous for its quality, nutritional balance and freshness. The choice of vegetarian and non vegetarian food with multiple combination of ingredients allow one to make customizing of the sandwich. Soft drink and accompaniment are limited. No coffee is served, but ice tea is available. Offers are always available to meet the customers pocket and enjoy the goodies. The menu is defined per day for the offers however plenty of choice for regular menus. There's seating area as well as take away service. The service personnel are very polite, take care to ask specific choices and do the needful. Multiple payment options are available too. However there's no toilet facility available (regulations restrictions). Overall a place to chat with friends and family and enjoy a great sumptuous sandwich.

Subway used to be a well managed chain - the last few times I’ve had stale fillings, rubbery bread and watery dressing. Never again eating at subway

Fast service.great communication.clean area.decently spacious. Its basically my everyday spot! Recommend it!

Ordered a subway club and an italian bmt for me and my friend. Both the subs were too bland. Would never recommend this place to anybody.
