Subway is a chain of fast-food restaurants across the world, with submarine sandwiches and salads as primary cuisine. Its IIT Kharagpur franchise was founded on 15th March 2015 and is operated by proprietor Shamin Poddar.ubway's core product is the submarine sandwich (or "sub"). Subway's best-selling sandwich, the B. M. T, contains pepperoni, salami, and ham. The name originally stood for Brooklyn Manhattan Transit, but now stands for "Bigger, Meatier, Tastier".

It had fallen off pretty bad but now they are back in business must say. I would recommend you to Come give this place a try.

One of the worst subways ever visited.veggies were stale, bread options were limited.just average

Was served stale bread on 21/12/22. When inquired, the staffs were not ready to accept it nor nothing is done

Worst place to eat in khragpur, staff doesn’t know how to make a sub, creates bill without even confirming and behaves rudely.

Worst service, rude employees, vegetables were decomposing and the bread was stale, cold and tasteless sub. Worst of all, they made the bill without listening and refused to cancel it.

Used to go there earlier but now many options for fastfood available inside the campus. Items are overpriced as compared to the quality and quantity.

Bad food n untrained staff. They had no idea about making a proper sub. Robbed with the overpriced food. Worst dine in place to go in kharagpur.

Don't go to this place. The quality of subs here has deteriorated by leaps and is still falling with no bounds. Worst service. Especially after the last three experiences, I am highly disappointed. Have decided to not go there at all. They seriously serve rotten, stale food now. It feels like pure waste of money. You will just have regrets after taking the first bite.

Little expensive I can say. But best thing is it is not generally crowded. And services are good here.

Rude staff, overpriced rates, confusing discounts to rob customers, and poor response to complaints

Awful service and rude behavior from staff. Ordered a signature wrap and got served a cold piece of roti with freeze dried vegetables. The staff created the bill without confirming order and didn't revert the order when asked. NEVER GOING BACK!

They served cold food.while the veggies n fillings were stale. I ordered Chana chatpata n the Chanas were freezing cold.it is the worst place you can go to.they took order without confirming their terms n conditions n were not ready to change it again.one star is still too much seeing their incompetent staff n behavior
