OVERALL, THIS IS A GOOD HOTEL AND RESTAURANT. DIFFERENT TYPES OF DISHES ARE AVAILABLE HERE. MOREOVER, THERE IS ROOM FACILITY TO STAY. THE COST IS Rs. 1600/- PER DAY FOR LODGING ONLY. THERE IS TV, AIR CONDITIONER, ATTACHED BATHROOM WITH GYSER AND COMMODE WITH ROOM. THERE IS NO CAR PARKING FACILITY.

It's a good Hotel and Restaurant in Serampore. It's near Serampore college, The college is only 5 minutes walking distance from here. Behaviour of the staff are good. Room service is good. The rates are reasonable.
If anybody comes to Serampore for business or educational purposes may access their services. They have inhouse restuarant and delivery of the food in the room.

धरमतला न्यू मार्केट में स्थित यह होटल एक 3 स्टार शानदार होटल है जिस पर आपको बंगाल की परंपरा और संस्कृति के दर्शन भी होते हैं कमरे बड़े साफ-सुथरे हैं और होटल के कर्मचारियों का व्यवहार बहुत ही अच्छा है कर्मचारी मेहमानों का बड़ा ख्याल रखते हैं सड़क किनारे होने के बावजूद यह होटल शांत रहता है यहां कमरों में सभी तरह की सुविधाएं मौजूद हैं मैं इस होटल में 2 दिन रहा और मुझे किसी तरह की असुविधा नहीं हुई.

I think need improvement in their quality. The quality actually was good in previous time need to maintainance.

Good resturant serving good non vegetrian and vegetrian food. Delicious Bengali food served with their own sweets. Good place to come and enjoy lunch or dinner with family and friends

Ambience is not so satisfying, but the food service and quality is average. Not very much satisfied according to the price.

They are just the bunch of thieves, rude staffs, dishonest, and never maintain hygiene not even during this pendamic time. I agree food price is bit affordable here but one cannot avoid there behaviour wand dishonesty.

Very good quality and reasonable price. The place is clean and decorated. Must try dishes are - chicken tandoori, mixed fried rice, mutton biriyani etc. Their sweet shop is just superb. Just try their recomdation.

Good quality food within minimum price. Good place for family dinner. Service are also good. You can order to pick up food. Always deliver within time

Worst quality of food. Mainly rotten smell comes out. They don't even replace these dishes.
Before renovation it was quite good. But not now.
Service is medium. But huge waiting time after ordering.

Sorry. As a foodie personally I don't recommend this restaurant. But Hotel service was quite good. I checked that personally after renovation.

Worst experience. Food quality was very bad. We ate cold biriyani with fatty mutton. Never visit this restaurant again. Just waste of money.

Good & clean place for your food. Staffs are also very friendly, co-operative & did fast service.

This serves excellent thaalis. Having a lunch here is one the best options for Serampore people

Worth the price. Quantity of the food is good. Taste also good but it could be improved. Neatness of the restaurant is little concern. We were in the ground floor and it was not up to the mark. May be the first floor which is with A/C will be good and neat. Ground floor doesn't have air conditioning. Overall it is ok.

Sufficient space and airy. Food quality is also good. You can try this with your family and friends.

Very expensive food with respect to its quality.if you in a tight budget you can go Rupasi Restaurant.

It is in Serampore, west Bengal. Near Battala. A spacious restaurant with pretty good food. Service is not like a best ever restaurant but altogether good. Prices of food is also in range.

Only name is sukhsagar, but there was no sukh (Pleasure). AC is running but without any purpose.
