I would leave zero stars if I could. The food is mediocre for the price and to make it even worse it is not even close to authentic. You should not call yourself even a decent restaurant. The vibe, music, and food feels ridiculously whitewashed. Other side Room service was good enough, receptionist behaviour.
Went to Asansol for a competition so had to stay in the rooms allotted. Our room 405 was actually very pretty but it was not maintained as much. The room was probably not used by any visitor for a very long time because it was very dusty and some lights were not working properly so the hotel staff called an electrician and fixed it which was nice. In general it wasn't a bad experience but an okay one. It was costly though.

Hotel staffs and manager were rude to the customers. No water to drink, no towel in the bathroom, no telephone in the room. Bad experience with this hotel.
First of all we have changed 3 rooms in 1 day as the AC was not working. Secondly the restaurant service is worst they even don't gives extra plates or glass if you need. Behavior of staff is really surprising as they don't help you in anything if you need anything they will not respond your call you have to go to the reception for any help.
I have stayed here many times. Hotel is very clean, rooms are spacious and clean. Staff behavior is very good. Security is also good. Food is little bit expensive.
Very poor room services.in the room TV geaser were broken down. Rooms and corridor were not being cleaned routinely. All together very disgusting staying.
The room service is very bad.the picture of the room and the bathroom is far different. A. C remote doesn't provide to the customer. Just waste of money ️

The worst possible OYO hotel. Bad services, no toiletries, bad room service. The hotel is just good for unmarried couples who want to spend few hours together for fun.
Services have been the worst I have seen. I will not recommend anyone. Hotel did not deliver on the basic commitments. Had to make several calls. 1. Did not have a intercom in my room, has to call the reception from cell phone. 2. No water in the bath rooms, had to call the reception several times, to get the water issue resolved. 3. TV channels were not available 4. No WiFi 5. Took full payment in advance and did not deliver. 6. Since we were travelling with our kid and there was no one to carry our luggage to the rooms
Very very pathetic service. Staying here for 2days and almost ha d to call 5times a dsy for no water supply, no flush working, no complimentary breakfast. No kettle was available in the room, no toiletories, no towels, lift not working.imagine. Its a couple friendly property and personally experienced the same thing.no restrictions. Guess its rheir mainstream business. Not good for families to stay. We dint had an option as no other property were avaikable for booking and we had to finish it up with the marriage ceremony. BAD
No card payment facilities, Toiletries are sparingly used. No food menu available at rooms. Even the outlook of hotel has degraded. Customer focus is clearly needs improvement.
Last night m book this hotel, stuff behaviour is good but they provide me a bad condition room, room no 107, bathroom door dnt have any lock, others things is oyo app showing a room but they provide different room, app showing a long room with dining tabel carpet but in room dnt have any thing, m little bit unsatisfied, my check out time they want my ph but still i dnt know, they do something in my ph with out my permission plzz reply me about this why they checked my ph without my permission
The place is really nice. The room was clean and hygienic. The sheets and bathroom was fresh. The staff was very gentle and respectful. I really liked the accomodation and the behaviour. This place was recommended by OYO and I'm really happy with this place. The only problem had was mosquitoes during night. That was really annoying. Otherwise it was a good experience.
It's a good and safe place. 3 km from asansol station. But as you found the room decorations in booking apps, it's sometimes different. Staffs are good behaved. But their service is delayed. Food is too too much expensive according to quality. Maithon dam is near 30 minutes distance by car.
We, the families of five friends stayed in the hotel on 13-03-2020 for one night only. Air conditioner was not working and moreover water was falling from the AC. Response of the staffs was late and very poor. The taps of the bathrooms were not working properly. I stayed at room number 407 and one bulb was on through out the night. I have not found any switch to put off the light. Called for a staff who also unable to find any switch. The result was sleepless night for two of us. The lift was not in running condition. The authority have to take bold steps for improvements of the hotel services.
Hotel rooms are ok and fine. Hotel staff are aweful with poor behaviour. They charge the lodging amount upfront, before handing over the room keys for check-in. Location is good with easy accessibility to restaurants and fast food joints. Breakfast menu is also very limited, though taste was good.
Good. But u didn't get room service daily. Breakfast is good bt you have go there early otherwise u may not get it, restaurant food price is little high though quality is not high
Rooms are good but In this hotel They harrassed me. They told that their Breakfast is Free (Complimentary) but They took charges from us. At the time of Breakfast they told us that our breakfast is complimentary but at the time of check out they took ₹600 for Breakfast from us. Hotel Management is too bad.
I am.only giving 1 star becoz. I.booked it online at Oyo in power break 5 to 11 am.but when I check in.manager said that no room.is available.after that I booked room 999 only for 3hrs.jabki maine online 775 m ki thi. 6 hrs ke liye.and that manager is soo rude.and talked so rudely. I will never recommend to anyone especially couples.otherwise rooms are.very good.for family aur single one.or frnds
