Products are overpriced compared to other big shop. Although Products are good but they charged more just because of their brand. Now it’s up to you. If you want to and buy stuffs from them then go.
Not good; BAD, BAD, BAD. Lack of products- only a few products are available. Yesterday I went there and searched for 23 desktop monitors with specific model names but all are unavailable. Quality of products are also bad. No warranty period. Most executives are misleading people. Most products which are available in the store- all are 7-8 years old. Overall a bad place for e-shopping. So, I suggest- Don't ever purchase from this store.
দয়া করে এখান থেকে কম্পিউটার এর কোনো কিছু নেবেন না। এনাদের দাম অনেক বেশি। আমি একটা ফক্সিন g41 ddr 3 motherboard নিয়েছিলাম 26/10/2021 এ দাম নিয়েছিল উইথ gst 2600/- টাকা। পরে মার্কেটে খোঁজ নিয়ে দেখলাম আর দাম উইথ gst 2300/-। 300 টাকা বেশি। এরপর আপনারাই বিবেচনা করুন।

A very good store with prompt service and hard working staff. The store serves you very fast and with honesty. This store is suitable for middle aged people who don't have very high level of knowledge about technical world. Stocks are quite Supreme as the name suggests. Laptops, PC cabinets, Gaming parts, accessories and every bit of computer spare parts are available here subject to query. Price is reasonable and comparable to online rates and in fact cheaper than other nearby stores. The executives don't mislead people and help them in every way possible.
You'll get almost every variety of computer products here. From graphics card to laptops, everything. The behaviour of the staffs are also very nice. As for the crowding at this time, well, they only allow people who wear mask and maintain a social-distancing protocol.

But employees of this store are not informative if you say i just walkin here for enquiry some products and their prices, later i will buy them. Totally unprofessional. Can buy PC here but it's better to install the OS by yourself. They are unable to solve any software related problem in PC. They only know how to format/reset the PC.

I had purchased a Dell Vostro laptop from this shop and since purchasing the system is performing extremely slow no application is opening or even if it starts up it hungs frequently from DAY 1, recently this laptop is also having hard drive detection issues and now I am not able to login to home page, though I have raised the issue to Dell derive center they are only asking to rerun the diagonostic test the system which comes up with the same hard drive detection issues, and still now the issue is not resolved, initially I wanted to purchase the hp laptop based on recommendation of sales personnel bought this dell one and since then net utilization of the laptop is zero
It is very disappointed that such shop of repute is assembling 2nd hand parts and that's why the laptop comes up with n no of issue from day 1, please do refrain from walking straight into this shop to buy products especially in case of high budget transaction, the sales personnel will ask to also buy pen drive or add on accessories to load and install OS thus shooting up the initial expected price of the transaction
Very bad service. Please avoid the shop. They ask me to wait for 3 hours to check my laptops that I carried for exchange. Without any technical skills they were confused what price should quote. After quote also they were not sure. At last I was frustrated and came out. Be sure before you visit the shop. While waiting I have noticed the price is high and very less number of stock.
Bought a laptop from here, and it hass much lower price than other shops. And also gave an antivirus free. Staff members were friendly and too informative about the products. Worth a 5 star.

Purchased a HP JC04 NOTEBOOK BATTERY ON 13th February. Yesterday when I called HP CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER to check my Warranty they informed me that there's no HP product registered with the Serial No. 3CB1693EUN & also the box doesn't have any QR code. After that When I called SUPREME INFOTRADE PVT LTD they replied We don't have any idea and hung up. Now It's clear as daylight that I Purchased a not so Genuine Product from a so called reputed Shop. My advice to all is Never Give Your Hard Earned money to these type of Sophisticated Reputed Shop.
