The executives are very rude, they don't know how to talk to a customer, I would suggest never buy from them again. Pathetic customer experience.

This showroom has the worst of the customer service. I went to buy a Burgman, They told me that I have to pay X amount for the Scooty. I as a Customer, Have full right to know the breakup of what I am paying for. They after being very rude provided me a breakup which mentioned I have to pay Rs. 19000 (approx) for RoadTax and Registration, Upon asking, What amount is roadtax and what amount is registration. Their reply was, We cannot give you a detailed breakup. Please buy from some other showroom. I complained about the same to the owner. The Owner was also like, My People are right. Go and buy from other showroom.

I am Still wondering, What wrong did I ask? If I am Paying for a product, I have the right to know the breakup of the payment.

Ashish Dash is a persuasive and good salesperson, staff is cordial however service takes some time, overall good experience, I would definitely recommend this distributor for Suzuki two wheelers

I have bought a Suzuki Gixxer SF from here. The people are very good. The finance and registration procedure is smooth. Interaction of the staffs are very good indeed. It will be great in service canter if the Suzuki recommended engine oils like MOTUL7100 is available.

Worst dealer in kolkata dont buy they will keep u running for ur documents as soon as ur payments are done and never give your bike for servicing to them u will receive after one week of your schedule time.please save ur self from these kind of people.very unprofessional staff.thinking themselves too oversmart

Good place to get a two wheeler, although you can listen to the lady employees doing sarcastic comments about each other with zero professional approach and how the customers are not buying bikes etc etc. Hence, making worthy of them of 4 stars.

If you are purchasing your first bike then this is worst place.and THE BEST THING IS THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT THEIR MISTAKES

Good sales services. Found it much better than Honda. Honda showrooms have an attitude problem since their scooters are selling like anything without offering best in class features

Worst customer service experience. The guy who handles the HDFC loan is arrogant and has alot of attitude as if we are begger. I paid half as advance and half as loan at Ramlal Suzuki after this guy behaved badly, didnt wanted to visit it again that's why got from Ramlal Suzuki.

Very poor communication.the lady who's sitting at manager cubicle doesn't knw how to behave with the customer.they should be trained properly how to deal with the customer.worst service I ever received.

Staffs are not communicating appropriately with the customer. I am not satisfied at all with the insurance staffs.

The showroom is nicely decorated with bikes and scooters. The staff are good and cooperative. The Manager of the showroom is also very heartly. They also seem to have a good stock of different bikes and scooters.

Though the dealing is yet to be finalised, I have experienced their approach is very nice. Don't know what will be their post sale behaviour.

Worst place to buy a vehicle from. Post sale service is the worst ever. They really don't care about their customers AT ALL. Strongly suggest you to choose another dealer and not this. I wouldn't even give them this 1 star.

Clean place. Unfortunately the sales staff could not tell if the instrument panel had an oil gauge. I wish every one better luck.

A really good suzuki showroom. Most of them are 150 cc gixxers & the 150 cruiser intruder. & others are the scooties.
Staffs are well behaved.
