This place has got issues. To name a few - 1. They are reluctant to make a proper icecream rather will make you choose between the usual mundane flavour like butterscotch, chocolate, vanilla etc. 2. No proper catalogue. The staffs quote generic prices. 3. Don't give you those "stop looking just dig in" plastic spoons. 4. Staffs not motivated enough to serve you icecream.
Went to order Thunderstorm, the stuff said chocolate chip is unavailable. Changed our order to dry fruits one and it was unavailable again. Asked for the bill and they said the billing machine is not working for more than 8 months. A very bad experience.
Worst icecream parlour shop I have seen ever. This quality shop is really worst by quality. They are not properly making the ordered item even if you buy an ice-cream from a quality parlour there should be a billing system. If you ask for a bill then their appearance like we can't, don't buy from here for future. There is no billing system. Really rude in attitude. This shop owner should implement the proper billing system and requesting to change the delivery boy also for at least customer satisfaction. I believe Aditya International hotel's owner owns this shop.
They often don't have quite a few of their advertised flavours in stock. So if you go there looking for your favourite flavour of ice cream you are very likely to be disappointed by it's absence. That being said, what they do have is delicious, albeit a little expensive. This is possibly the best ice cream parlour in the entire region.
This is very near to Biswa Bangla park, Old Digha. Many types of ice cream get from here. It's a famous brand of India, so nathing else to say about their product.
