Faced an external damage to my Dell laptop, and submitted my laptop here on 11th. The people were nice to my and heard my issue and within 2 says I got my product back with the best service. Didn't face any issue with product tracking information.
The behavior of these people is very good and yes, my problem was resolved a little late but very well which made me very happy. And especially the behavior of the owners here is amazing which we liked very much and one thing wewe also liked very much is the behavior of the staff. Thanks a lot Motorola.
The staff was really helpful to us theu listened to our query and also resolved our problem.since my watch was in warranty period they didn't took any extra charges and deliver us a new one though it took 1month happy with the service
I gave my laptop for battery replacement but when I will received that they damaged my display and simply they denied.so when you will give any product kindly before handover it make e video for that product.
One of the worst service centre I have ever seen in my life I went there for replacement of my display as a customer I would expect that when they are replacing the display they should tell me every details about the display what will be the effects if I replace the display with another.but they only inform that if u accept the 22k amoled display fingerprint will work and if u accept 5k display fingerprint will not work except that they didn't inform me anything but I asked one of their so called technician during call that 90hz refresh rate will work he told everything will work except fingerprint if u accept the 5k display.so I was ok but when the delivery date came and I received my phone there is no 60hz or 90 hz refresh rate I am getting.it was like 40 hz with too much lag.then I asked them why u guys didn't inform me earlier.their so called technician reply me with very rude attitude and he started denying our conversation where I asked about 90hz.he also told that he is very busy that's why he didn't inform me also he told it's not his responsibility to inform me with details because he has other works the do.they just fraud me letter on they decrease the price about to 4k but it's worthless my problem is not solve very bad service centre I will not suggest to anyone for mobile purpose.because they only care about money not the customer satisfaction or need
I had an issues with my earnuds, so ai heard about this service centre. The service is smooth and the staff behaviour is also very fine. Overall nice experience.
Very worst laptop service. They never delivered your items on time and when you will pay for your service. They will ask you for Cash payment. If you will request for card payment they told that link is not available for payment and if force for only card payment then they will tell you that 2% extra payment will be charged as a bank charges. Overall very bad experience
I’m satisfied with their service. I had been came with my noise smart watch with some kind of display and hang issue but they did a great job and repair my watch.
Reason for giving low rating are below: I went there to repair my MOTO G31 for broken screen. They are charging extremely high 5400. When I said thats too high for a 10k phone. They took it back discussed and again gave me a price 4100. Is this how service center works?
They fixed the issue within short time. All over experience was okay. No issue in delivery of product. But the main reason to give a low rating is because they charge abnormal price for small task. If the product is out of warranty they will simply charge anything they want. Though they give an estimate and takes customers permission before repairing it but we don't have any other option in barrackpore so we have to rely on them. My dell laptop had a power button issue, it got jammed and they charged 2500 to repair it which is a exorbitant price. Power button price is anywhere between 500-700 in online or offline market. And on top of that I don't know whether they have changed the power button or just simply repaired the old one.
It was a nice experience with syscomp service center end to end process was smooth and quick with nice staff behaviour and experience would recommend this to u as well
I went here with a lot of hope to change the screen of my moto one fusion pluse mobile end to end. First day I booked accesories they said that screen change and service charge will be 4890 rupees and I have to keep the phone but I said what will happen when I come to replace the phone? They agreed to that and said to bring one hour time, then last day when they called to replace, I gave the phone to the front desk and sat for 1.5 hours then they called me and said that it is done, check the phone. I took the phone from the phone and the screen fit correctly, but the whole fade. I said that look, the whole fade, I don't know if the screen of the original moto one fusion pluse is such a fade. Then one of the technicians said to me, "First of all, we have to leave the phone here, but we have already done your work. " I heard him give many more unrealistic explanations, meaning that if you don't leave the phone, the fade screen is put on. I said that You inform the company about the replacement, they told me that they will inform me that day through mail, but no information has come.this is my whole experience i have shared.
