My moto g32 fingerprint sensor not working and phone is under warranty, so they checked and replaced the part within one hour, nice behaviour and well service.
Came here to get my Moto G52 repaired because of an issue with the display and had a wonderful experience, staff were friendly and cooperative and the problem got resolved in about 30-45 minutes after the phone was handed over to the engineer. Highly recommended! 5 stars
Very bad service. Told that there was a manufacturing defect and not accept under warranty. Late the product was found working after reaching after a day. What kind of service was that
Make a mistake and don't let anyone come here. I made a big mistake. I come today to fix my laptop but there's worst service that my laptop totally dead. They are giving me false info about my laptop. Misleading, misguide nd unprofessional as long delay. Wholes process End of the time they are told wrong info My laptop issue not resolve but i paid money. Very bad behavior. Don't come any one here.
Good service and good behaviour; skilled persons service at BD-79. They are most experienced. Only thing, the prices of spare parts under replacement are a bitt high compare to market.
This is authorised service centre for Moto, Boat, Bose products. Staffs are well behaved. They provide bills for each and every product/service they provided. Card payment option is not available here.
Very nice and professional approach. Everyone at the front desk was willing to help and support with smiling face. Waiting process can be digitized through token system if the rush is more however not a issue.
I had given my Laptop with charging issue, the y updated part to be replaced which they don't have in stock nd returned my laptop back even without checking it, there after I went to one of the local repairing centre, where I got it repaired in 5minutes. The issue was only loose connection. Very bad service.
It is an immense pleasure to write this review for a Concern that I think is synonymous with outstanding services. The proprietor Chandan Kundu an ardent preacher of service before self participates in routine activities to leave no stone unturned. The unceasing efforts of the staff like Suman Sadhu Khan will give you great satisfaction. I came here for the first time with a problem with the LCD of my daughter’s Dell Laptop. The unit was malfunctioning and broken. It was out of warranty and I was unsure of any quick resolution. The engineers actively listen to the problem and gave assurance to me of a solution in 14 days. To my astonishment, I was amazed to see that they have completed the task on the 11th day without any flaws. Even the advance that was taken from me was returned because that wasn’t necessary, they felt after the consultation and service.
Thank you Syscomp, I recommend such an organization to every responsible citizen amidst a situation where frauds, cons, deception, and falsehood are surging high. This organization is a picture of uprightness and assiduousness. I wish them all the best in their future endeavor. You guys rock.

My boat headphones replacement within a day, the service was really good, the employee own a description. Behaviour is good, really great visiting them.
Nice and hassle free service. Only thing they need to improve is the service time, they took 1hr just to replace a Boat earphones. But the result was satisfactory.
I visited Syscomp with an issue with my Boat Rockerz 235V2 headfones. Within minutes my query was attended and look into.
