Don't go this place everything over price. Past it was a good and top store now they sale every thing with high price with useless employee.

Used to be the go to shop in chandni for laptops.now just a mere shadow of previous self.almost all the product are hiked

Wrong commitment by sales person (Chandan) as laptop bag is free with laptop. But as per bill it is chargeable. This is very unfortunate. Chitting with Mis commitment. He should held accountable.

Worst commitment. Already heard this from others. Today got a practical experience. Sales managers assure branded products for a lesser value but after transaction is complete they give inferior quality products for the same price. I was told that they would give me all HP products but after I paid consideration, at the time or packing they gave me a mouse not of HP.

WORST PLACE TO BUY LAPTOP.
After sale service is very poor.
They're only interested in selling by sugary words and selling approach.
They just ignore you after you buy.
They just tell anything for convencing you and after that they will act as if they have not told anything or even near to that they had told before at time of selling product.
Sales mostly and only lenovo only and even forces to buy lenovo only.

A great store for computer and accessories in Kolkata area. They have a huge stock also. You can get every type of Desktop and Laptop here. Staffs are very good and well behaved.
At 1st day, I have some hardware issue with my laptop, they replaced it with a new one.

Horrible after sale service. They just focus on selling. Once sold they dont listen to any customer issues at all. And the installation staffs someone give them a daammn f'''''''''ck. They charge money even if you have warranty period.

Very Poor post sale service.make false promises.not interested to listen to customers.this shop add free products in their bill

My personal experience is not good with the said store. After sales service is horrible. Sales persons are sometimes mislead you as you may end up by buying some bad products. After purchase they always refer to service center.

Bad behaviour of some staffs Particularly the one sitting at the desk parallel to the cash counter. Sells pretty scrappy spares and and has pretty bad behaviour and quite offensive

Poor collection. Staffs are not entertaining.even the staff from asus laptop section is not well behaved. They are hesitating to say price if u not buy the laptop from them.

In asus they are okay for some time, but in others company be careful some are breaking the seal

If they break the seal u cannot get repair in warranty
U will lost the whole warranty of it
Students be carefully, u can loose ur expensive laptop

All parts which they will give u are charges none of them are in good quality.
They will give u headphone which u see in call centre are no use of us

When u like any product tell them that laptop or that product
Tell them don't give any other accessories
Don't buy else accessories
Waste of money

Very bad behaviour, and salesmanship, when I asked about substitute of a not available products just rudely says nothing available.

A good number of staffs in different segments are there to help you find out the items you are looking for. A pleasant experience.

This shop is good for people who are well aware of prices and tech, else they would charge more than the regular charge. I have bought one HP Laptop along with it bought 2 16GB USB 2.0 Pendrives and they have charged they have charged 800 for the pendrive where 250 is the regular price for each.don't know about the laptop it has a scratch on it's back side as well. When i have called them they simply asked us to call the engineer. And hung up.

Bought a laptop from this shop last December and ever since then I have been facing a lot of issues with my laptop. They gave me a defected piece. They don't even deserve 1 star. Even after repeatedly calling them, they did not resolve my issue. Pathetic service! PLEASE DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

Well shop was actually great, employees were good as well. I've been here for like 3 to 5 time. It's actually a bit cheaper than online and offline market and trustable, repairing engineers are good too. And their employees are always try to give you what you want/ the best performance you can get on your budget. Well I've assembled a Gaming PC and my experience was good.

Today I visited technocrat for my desktop servicing. They provided great service. I was amazed by the professionalism of the servicing person Abhijit. Every person in the shop was very polite and helpful.

Misleading salespeople. Assured me that the laptop would have a single 8gb ram stick repeatedly. Went home and checked inside and it had 2 separate 4gb sticks. Whats more, upon calling them, they claimed that there was some sort of "hidden slot" underneath the motherboard. Tried to make a joke out of me

Also, all these reviews you see here are biased, they make you sit in the shop in front of them and write a review.

There service is good, many of my friends bought laptop from there, You can surely visit this place to get information about the next computer you are buying.

These people cant even talk to the customers properly.absolutely ill mannered. PRices are high too. I went to buy a ryzen 7 2700 which at first they said 15k on coming back after 5 mins they changed the price to 23k.i got the processor at a much lower cost at E-mall.
