1th Experience with My Airtel Postpaid was Good also the Airtel Store was clean and will maintain.as per my package i paid that amount only with my GST happy.

Very poor service. Store agents are miss guide customers. Store agents behaviour are very poor.very disappointed.

They should know how to work. Previously I just visited to this store. And they said lots of things after that they told to me that my problem is not solved. After few days I just visit another store and they give me 5 minutes to solve my problem...

Staff at this Vi store are very cordial and helpful. The only con is they always insist on buying postpaid plans of Vi and they don't agree to convert your postpaid connection into prepaid ones.

Third class staffs. My father lost his sim so he went there to get a sim with same number. These fraud people told him that he can only take post paid number and not prepaid. Shame on the staffs. I request higher authorities to take strict action...

Security staff behavior is very rude to the customers came to 7th floor. Where as technical staffs are well behaved and efficient.
