Very good food but rush crowd will not allow to savour and enjoy the food. Nonveg food available. Crowdy as usual because of Kolkata bigger footfall and all credit card allowed. Priority lounge is bit cleaner and good. Still I enjoyed my 2hours. Que for entry is hectic. That can be refined as it's there in Bengaluru

I am a Vaishnav who does not eat onion and garlic. Chef Rahul in the Kolkata airport lounge took special care and prepared special food of my liking. Thanks to him

Food and everything all good but the lady sitting at the reception needs to be a little humble and polite. Dude she was rude and i understand that its her job and frustration is expected however any way its her job and she has to do it but she was rude. The lady was sitting on the left counter.

Please have this fixed or either counsel her to do her job by being humble and polite and not with arrogance and rudeness. She was pretending as if she's the owner of the lounge.

The lounge is small and usually crowded. It tends to be get uncomfortably warm too. Staff looks overworked but is polite and efficient.

Lighting of lounge was not so good as compare with other airport lounge. Need more neat and clean required.

Please teach your staff that how to speak to your customers as you are into hospitality.

Loved the breakfast. Liked the whole fruit option and newspaper availability. Liked the taste of the food, specially the chicken sausages and baked beans. Lighting arrangements were problematic in some seats. The entry was smooth and service guys were effectively managing the whole operation.

I am a frequent traveller and have 2-3 hours stop from various cities at times. Based on that my experience was less pleasant due to no restroom inside the lounge, you need to go one floor down to use it. Secondly food was average, less options and average taste (I am a Vegetarian)

Good food menu. Live omlette counter is best. But only issue is lack of sufficient space and lack of washroom inside the lounge

Good taste but poor selection of items. Limited space to have comfortable food. Very few tables and mostly crowded.

I've checked in to this lounge for around 5 times till now during my travel, I truly love this lounge & enjoy the ambience, seats are comfortable & you also have a variety of options available in the food from North Indian to South Indian dishes as well, the only problem that I've faced during my recent visits is that the washroom next to the lounge is under renovation & currently not operational hence one will have to come out of the lounge & go down to use the washroom, also the soft drink machine wasn't working the last time I'd visited, apart from this the quality of the food is great & the staffs are also courteous.

Had a good experience at the Kolkata lounge.nice and courteous staff. Had a great time pass before my early morning flight

I checked-in here today. Lounge seems to be clean. Ambience is average. There is variety of food available but taste is average.

Not soo great place to relax. No restrooms inside the lounge, disinterested staff, air conditioning was not adequate and food tastes average. Worst part is that some of the food items were spoiled, I can't say this happens regularly but it happened when I visited the lounge.

The best place for your Layover journey. If you have a premium credit card, the launge access is almost free. Only 2/- will be charged. In side the launge the food and soft drinks are free. Liquor is Chargeble. Unlimited food and drinks.

Excellent food. Need to improve upon the hygiene and most of the chargung plug points are non functional

Its so shocking they closed at night, just put a 1 * 1 stand and not allowed guest to enter although it is showing 24 access and has to be, but staff is not agreed upon and discussion and condition even i said i dont want food and drink just need a quite place to sit but team leader who was present on duty was so arrogant and don't have even understand Hindi and English properly, keep replying in Bangla and not ready to listen and give such childish excuse for not allow me in lounge.such a bad service and staff behaviors i had ever seen in my life.not recommend anyone to go there.

Good food. Comfortable seats. Spread of items is also decent. The only thing to improve is to provide atleast hand wash within the lounge. If you eat a roti, then you have to go out to wash hands. Wash rooms are also not inside. You have to come out even for this.

Good lounge providing you with comfort and refreshments. It serves you coffee, tea, hot snacks. Small but provides good service

Had dinner there. It's the only lounge which accepts master visa and Amex cards.
There is to much of rush, and they are unable to cope with it. The spread could have been slightly more elaborate.
There is no toilet available inside the premises, which is a big negative.
One should only visit here for lunch or dinner, only if there is a dire need for it

The main thing we expect when checking in a lounge is a clean and tidy washroom. These Travel club guys removed washrooms from all of their lounges wether it's Bangalore or Chennai or Kolkata. It's highly inconvenient to use the normal washrooms outside the lounge which also will be having gaps in between floor and the door. Earlier when lounges were operated by Plaza Premium, they ensured a clean washroom in every lounge they operate. Travel Club charges almost same rate as Plaza Premium, but worst service. And the 2rs guys coming with credit and debit cards literally flood the lounge and the lounges these days doesn't give any privacy, these cheap guys come in a sounder and make the life hell for people who actually paid for using the lounge

WORST PLACE TO WORK FOR.
As the management and the HR doesn't take a single responsibility of their staff. Not safe for ladies specially because they don't provide night drops or early morning pickup. WARNING TO EVERYONE, BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. Don't go according to their appearance.

Cold food and empty plates. Pretty much all the things were cold and few items were not even being refilled.

I was having 4 credit cards and 1 debut card. The hostess said none of my cards are eligible for Lounge access, whereas one of my basic purpose of taking credit cards were for free lounge access. It was puzzling

Not the best lounge, doesn't even have restroom. You need go downstairs to common airport restrooms. Also, very congested.
Giving 3 stars as the food was pretty decent.

Very congested and limited food option but considering the price of food in other shops in the airport, this is still a much better option (offcourse we one has the participating bank cards for free lounge access).

You can check-in by either Swiping Partner Credit or Debit card.or by paying the total amount. Valid Tickets should be there.
Ambience was nice and food was tasty.

The lounge has no well air conditioning, the co- passengers are literally fanning themselves. The food has no average spread too. No toilet and other basic facilities that are expected at a lounge.

A decently maintained airport. Need to improve hygiene in the washrooms. Lots of eating options and decent shopping. The security checks during rush hours are a pain. Need to increase the points.

Ok food, but washroom is not clubbed on the same floor, people have to go down to use that. Not so spacious as BLRs dom.lounge

Waste waste waste.

This is the worst lounge experience I ever had. Starting from the arrogant staffs who don't know how to talk to the passengers to the food quality.

The food definitely wasn't fresh. Very limited choice. They only had pav bhaji, cold sandwiches which were tasting days old, felt like puking, days old biryani, refried chicken pakodas, deep fried idly pieces with which I had cut my mouth as those were so hard and oily. No fresh juice was available. They only have cold drinks and some random branded mango juice in tetrapack which was kept in a fridger but the fridge wasn't operational. The lower compartment of the fridge was completely flooded with water and the mango juices were submerged in that. The coffee machine was faulty. I got cold milk from it. When the staff was informed they just ignored.

Basically had to throw most of the food in waste bins. If they had prepared it well at least it wouldn't have to be wasted.

They don't have washroom. So you have to take your dirty hands to the ground floor common washroom and then re enter the lounge. Totally a waste planning.

I couldn't imagine a lounge experience would be so pathetic. Just like the toilets in Kolkata airport the lounge is equally filthy and unhygienic. I would never see the face of the lounge ever in kolkata airport. I strongly recommend to stay away from the lounge in kolkata airport.

AVOID! WORST LOUNGE IN THE WORLD PROBABLY. Long lines, rude staff esp.at reception, NO AC, below average food and poor management. Better to close the lounge. AI should consider another lounge for Business Class passengers!

Breakfast was good.idli, eggs omelette, cakes, beans, potatoes, paratha, coffee, fruits.so much to enjoy. Relax and enjoy

Very good ambiance, clean hot tasty food with very good service by staffs. Very neat and spacious. Real Worth of visiting this lounge.

Nice ambience and wide variety of food items covering Indian and western dishes which can carter to all kinds of passengers. Suggested to add more cards for lounge access.

They should make it big. And keep atleast a restroom inside which is working. For using restroom u have to come downstairs.
But they should maintain it more and try fo keep it clean. Side tables are not at all clean.
Since we have to pay for it.we should get the services we are paying for right.
The staff Behaviour is nice but they should keep more staff to well maintain the place and manage the crowd.
Only good thing is the food they serve here which is really good n tasty.

TFS Airport lounge is having Beautiful ambience with good facilities, if you have debit or cc which support facilities of lounge then it's worth, you can spend three hours and access all the amazing facilities of this lounge.
Variety of tea, coffee, Cold drinks, salad and veg - non veg is available over here.
Must have your boarding pass with you as they do check.

Today I served stale baked Potato. When I asked them they changed but argued that it was ok, only water was excess.
Not expecting such negligence (stale food) at Airport Lounge.

Rating this 2 star for my poor experience. Hope you can see cofee stirrer on top of breads. I had to pick this since they did not provide butter knife.

There is some limit of excuse. On enquiry, executive informed that butter knife is not allowed due to security reasons. Seriously?

Then how Adani lounge in T2 Mumbai is allowing this? Why can't TFS kolkata use disposable-biodegradable knifes?

Secondly, we asked for salt for having with boiled egg, they were not having pouch, rather they gave us salt dispenser which was completely moist.

Very less choice of food. No rest room. Have to go one floor below.for a 24x7 place it was closed since 12AM I had landed to 4 AM. Small space. The staff could be a little more cordial. Like many other lounges. Over all a place you can rest and charge if you come after 4AM.or else you are bound to roam around till it is.

Due to covid airport lounge is close, have to take take way from ccd outlet, can't take more takeway after once, only very small two sauces, one very small bun, one tasteless fat half omlet and boiled potatoes,

Visited this lounge twice. Sure about the limited options of food menu by now.not worth the money charged. No recliners and hence not as comfy as one would expect in an airport lounge. Whereas the above are still manageable. Am shocked as to how an airport lounge can maintain such a pathetic washrooms. It was stinking badly which gave me a headache. Stinky washrooms in an aiport lounge is beyond pardanoble.

TFS or Travel Food Services is India’s largest and fasted growing F&B operator in travel retail segment. The Kolkata TFS Airport Lounge is located one level above in front of Gate 24-25. The lounge can be accessed by escalator and elevator. It is open air, one can see roof trusses. On one side is the city side view and on the other apron taxiway etc. The ambience in lounge is very good, food quality is above average and front desk are very prompt and waiting staff take care comfort. Clearing of used plates are promptly taken away. A very good place to spend waiting time.

This is the only lounge at Kolkata Airport so there are hardly any choice. The bar can use some upgradation but this is not too bad. The food here is generally good & you also have a live counter making eggs or pasta’s. They can even make paratha’s for you if you request. Overall one of the better lounges!

Lounge is just OK. The seating arrangement is not very good and you will not find any Recliners here. Considering the footfalls on the Airport and people travelling here at all times, still the food is not available from 12-4 AM Al most so you will again face the discomfort especially when you have a connecting flight and land at the Airport at some odd hours. You will precisely vmbe looking for having some rest at the lounge but your expectations will be turned down.

Went at 1 am for a flight at 4.25. They said lounge is only for 2 hours. Noobs i tell you. Showing off their attitude just because they are on the other side of the table even though asking for my money to get in.just tell them to stop showing off. Aukat me rahe

The lounge is located on the first floor. To reach you have to take left after entering the security hold area and take the escalator at the extreme end. They have a good sitting area and are generally not overcrowded. However, the spread is not as lavish as Delhi or Mumbai airports. Also there is no live counter.

Very nice place rupay platinum card is also acceptable along with ICICI coral food was exceptionally good specially chicken unlimited softdrink was also served.

Staff was also very kind enough but you have to reach yourself to resolve your issue they should ask if anyone required anything as I was having some sort of problem operation coffee vendor machine I had to reach staff twice to get a cup of coffee

Feel relaxed after a long day. The space is big and lots of seating options. You will find a private space like seating arrangements and also lobby like seating. Ambience is good. Lots of food and drinks option. Specially I like the chicken and egg preperation. They have lots of sweet option also. It is a good place to wait for your flight. Their services are also good. I used my Axisbank Flipkart credit card for entering the lounge. They should improve there air conditioning system because temperature was not prefect.

Well, it's not much really, but if you have access to it - then you will be able to indulge in mediocre Indian food, some beverages, and maybe even a newspaper. Wasn't that busy when I was there. So why not - there's not much in this airport to do.

Food has lot of variety.coffee is good and even deserts are.drinks are chargable.accept all high end cards for entry.if not chargable.

Nice food, spacious but lot of guests are coming. So a bit congested. Staff are courteous but too busy to attend individual requirements. Wash room need to be improved in terms of space as well as maintanence.

Mediocre setup. They have two parts on first floor. First one on your right when you get up from escalator is having better ambience than second one. Food was tasty but not great lip smacking type. Limited options. Cold drinks was from fountain but had good taste of cola. Cans of cold drinks would have been great. They offer liquor on charge and have good blended and single malt collection apart from kingfisher beer. I found service a bit lagging and cappuccino was not great from the machine. There was dearth of seats at a time and people were literally in queue for seats. Kolkata deserves better lounge than this. Hope they expand or enhance facilities.

Nice relaxing place! Comfortable cushioned seats with individual charging points for mobile/laptops. Decent variety of food items and beverages available. The facilities can be availed for free if you've credit/debit card allowing lounge access. Great place if you've couple of hours to relax before your flight.

I this place is always so crowded and so humid. And the food is not that Great. Very less recipes and congested area.

Probably they don't change the menu, everytime I had same food. I didn't notice any live counter. The quality is worse compared to Bengaluru airport lounge.

It's ok ok feedback as I got complementary food from spicejet even I can't expect high class service even I didn't get that

Morning with breakfast. Coffee. That was an great day to start traveling. I entered international lounges by HDFC Times point Platinum Debit card by Mastercard. Charge only 25 Rupees.

I m not happy with the front office person Mr. Riyaj When my company is paying the amount to you all the why he is coming n telling me about we don't exceed more then 3hrs for one person lounge facility. I landed at 19 aug 2019 on 20: 50hrs my departure from my destination is on 20 aug 2019 at 6: 00 am so my company wanted their crew to keep In lounge in rest for some operation requirements. Its nothing that one crew hamper your overload lounge and you have to denine customers. So my concern is that please teach some hospitality.

Good hangout for travellers. /spread was limited by variety but the taste was appealing. Availaibilty of Draft beer hit it out of the park!

Average Service. Seats are not too comfortable and the lounge area is kind of small. Restrooms are not cleaned.

Travel Club in Kolkata Airport is not upto the mark, Choice of food is very limited. Staffs are not so co-operative.

Food decent. Passable. Seating etc also ok. The ladies room is horribly dirty with tissues and water flooding the floor. And horribly stinky. This was my 3rd time in this loo and the story's the same every time. Theres no point in having polite staff and comfortable seating along with decent food when so much as opening the loo door makes you sick. Will be visiting again in a month. Hopefully this is rectified by then

Limited food options. Not much customisation. Breakfast is always same and it becomes boring. If you order roti, they will get you a Maida Parantha and that too after 30 minutes and a lot of follow up.

Decent place to spend time. A little far from common entrance and flights waiting zone. Some more nameboards are definitely required. Moody staff at work. Well organised menus. Beverages are limited. Worth the money and effort. ** Less for "I don't care" kind of attitude of staff.

Loved the place. It is very hygiene and tasty foods place where people can rest when flight is delayed.

It was good one. It has two branches at single place i.e. Kolkata airport. Generous staff will always be ready to serve you there. They have rest rooms. They have both vegeterian and nonvegeterian food avaliable. If someone wants to have liquor, bar is also available here. In Food and drinks you can get tea, coffee, fruits, fruit juices, salads, snacks, soft drinks, hard drinks etc.

TFS Airport lounge is very good choice to spend time if you have enough time in hand before your flight departs. They accept almost all master and rupay cards. And all high end business cards. Visa cards are not accepted though. Very good place to have some food and spend some time before the flight. Food quality is very good. Sitting area is also very comfortable.

Clean and hygienic place with quality of food. Although varieties are a little less. It was not so crowded when I used to visit couple of years back, but, nowadays with thr availability of more number of premium cards, it's easier these days. Earlier the charges of accessing the lounge were 1re, but that has changed now to 25 rs (no complaints there). Staffs are friendler. We should must visit if we have to spend some time in airport before actually boarding the plane. Thanks for reading!

Coffee shop located at Kolkata airport opp gate no. 23A departure is pathetic in service, went to buy a coffee, where they made me wait in que for good ten minutes and after that they saying have to wait for coffee for 15 minutes due to milk is not available. Half an hour earlier I saw kiosk was not busy at all and seems guys chilling out rather then focussing on product availability.i advice if anything is not available should be inform prior making people wait in que. Later team was not polite at all and suggesting me to go upstairs to have a coffee

If you have long hours due your flight time and you have a platinum debit card or any other fitting card, then this place is good to go to. A minimal charge of Rs. 2 is charged from the bank account and you can get the lounge access. There are a variety of refreshments like food and beverages ready to be consumed right away. The lounge is pretty comfortable and away from the hassle of a congested Kolkata Airport. The food served is also very tasty and includes a number of cuisines.
