Good food. Only issue we had was inconsistency in the 1+1 drinks offer. We ordered a martini where the first drink was very light with barely any alcohol, while the second drink was really strong. Not sure whether it was meant to compensate for the previous drink.
Staff were polite.

Our previous experience was compared to this time. For TGI we had a constant order of LIIT and this time we ordered the same but the ultimate version. Unfortunately it was a disaster, the drink tasted like lemon water with added coke nothing else. There wasn't any kick or punch or that tingling sensation, nothing. The food was delicious so that's a plus point. The ambiance was not really soothing, too loud music and the DJ's playlist was horrible. My first experience at this place was really good but after this time, I'll stay away for a while.

Visited this place after a long time. The food, atmosphere, service and music was on point.

Visited the place after quite sometime and was pleasantly surprised to find they have Happy Hour deals for most cocktails! So hurry up and rush!
Staff was courteous and restaurant was very clean and maintained the safety protocols.
Tried the chicken fingers, which wasn't that great but from past experiences would advise to surely try out their tex-mex.

American style wooden decor, nice place to chill with friends.inhouse beer and happy hours is a plus.food is a bit on the costlier side.drinks are cheap though.not so loud music, pizza and burgers here are pretty good!

It was good and green apple mojito was too fabulous! If u visit there and in to soft drinks.try it! You gonna love it

I had gone on a Saturday and the atmosphere was very mild. I had their LIIT which was not good in the first 2 rounds, however, the last round was better.

Hear about the drinks, go for the food, stay for Gopal da - best person who I have interacted with at TGIF, or any F&B outlet ever. ️

Big portions at prices a little on the higher side.
But don't order Burgers. They are simply terrible & steeply overpriced.
One-on-one for beers & sangria are definitely to look forward to.
An in- house smoking area is a big plus for smokers.
Service is impeccable.

The only place in town that we safely call our own American diner. Fuss free ambience. Cool drinks and food.

The restaurant isn't nice it just looks nice and has good furnishing otherwise the food isn't that good for me personally ot gave em health problems I got loose motions and the others who went with me also got sick and also I got fever because of the food

Casadila, American pizza, draught beer. All good here. Overall good Italian food. Ambiance is also good.

This American joint is a great place to hangout with friends. They have a wide range of cocktails and sharable platters.

While the ambience is really great here, you will also enjoy the food. They do offer a range of continental foods as well, even though they specialise in serving American food and beverages.

One of my favourite places in town, for a nice sumptuous meal. Service can be a tad bit slow. But the food and behaviour make up for it.

The food was delicious and lipsmacking. Buffalo steak is a must try! Also don't miss the B-52 shots.

Completely depends upon your taste. Great ambience, courteous staff and five star for the Kids Menu.

Good ambience. Food is great. Smoking Counter is available. Do try the Draught Beer. The staff are very cordial and is a great place post office hours and weekends.

We ordered the chicken nachos (huge plate and the best I've had, enough for 4 people), the wonderful and spicy pepper roasted chicken, and the succulent and huge double beef tenderloin burger. The cocktails are great too.

Quality of food not as per expectation. Chili's is far better. Service was really exceptional by the service staffs.

A very good american diner. Happy hours deals are very good and cheap. Foods are also tasty and costs average. If you become a member in here they will give 30% flat discount on your birthday and anniversary.

A nice hangout place located at Forum Mall. Happy hours are a boon. I'm a bit disappointed as they couldn't serve me draught beer both the times I went there. Else, it is worth going and hanging out with friends.

It's a nice place in forum mall.ambience is good, a large collection of continental mexican and others, large collection of hard drinks with a variety of long Island iced tea, good collection of soft drinks also, there is a smoker's area, good and attentive table service, prices a bit high but all main course with a good portion and you can avail buy 1 get one free offer for soft and hard drinks during happy hours till 8pm.

Wanna have drinks. All alone. This is the place. And the bartenders really really good and super friendly.

Way too expensive menu. Too small portions and the happy alcohol menu is literally cocktail and a hell lot of ice.

Don't know why but I always find it too overrated and dishes to be overpriced. Nevertheless, a comfortable place to hang out with your friends and family.

The problem with TGIF, and the reason behind my three-star rating, is that they started to take patrons for granted after a promising start. Drinks came filled with ice with barely a few sips to savor. Portions were too small. The service was always courteous but if the primary reason behind going to a restaurant (eat and drink) is compromised, then it spoils the experience. Fortunately, in my latest visit (on December 8) I saw these issues have been addressed. They also have a new menu. If this persists, I might upgrade their rating.

The food and drinks were ok but the TV was being played too loud. If you just want to go and stare at the TV it is a good place to go!

They do charge you the “Service Charge” for food and liquor separately at 12% on each category as items ordered in the bill. That was quite strange.

Suggestions- People do have the money to shell out of their pockets but they don’t like to get cheated. Hence, Make money wisely!

It was a great experience! Food was great, and so was the ambience. Gopal took good care of us, and was attentive to our needs. When there was a mistake with one of our drinks, he apologized and made amends straightaway. Definitely recommended!

Good food but on the expensive side. On top of that they also charge a service charge @12% which is very high

Very nice experience.seats are very comfy, ergonomically designed, the place has a good vibe, helpful and well behaved staff, food quality good, reasonable pricing and the menu booklet is very nice too!
