Very rude behaviour of staff, don’t have manner to talk. We stay 04 day and checkout 01: 00 am. My journey 04: 00 am resection staff told me checkout room and Waite to recaption. After checkout room many staff toke to me tips but cash is not chuenge. I am not take tips all staff very rudely behaviour. I will Before paid bill toke to recaption, I will ped card payment, when he say paid card payment and refund your advance amount, but when clear the building he say not take card payments and refund amount.

Hotel Rooms are in Good Condition but The Reception Staff is very rude and No Chance for any Negotiation We Stayed For 10 Days our Bill Was 20000 still we didn't get a Single Penny of Discount as well No Wifi and Many Major Services not Available

Booked deluxe room for 2people which is very small tiny room. Staff are rude unmannerd. 100% guarantee ur trip will ruined by these people and hotel room.and if u are innocent they definitely looted u.claiming false charges.

5 times i have to change the rooms bcoz of something or the other things were not working it's getting renovated i will suggest visitors should first check the room and bathroom flush and behind curtains as it has a gap in window where mosquitos and loss of ac cooling
I came with my family to visit Kolkata.the hotel selection was my mistake. Not so par. They were not responding to online booking customer. Reception staff specially the lady staff very rude and demanded extra money and provided no bills against the charge.

One of the worst Hotel and their employee too. They don't gave me bill after many call and argue. Their employee openly demand money from costumer. They eagerly watching your check out time to demand money. TV available in rooms is just Show piece. Bed sheet were too dirty.
Worst service ever I have seen in this hotel.disputed bathroom.switch doesn't work properly.price of dishes are extremely high.two piece of chicken kasha cost Rs-360/-similarly two pieces of regular matton kasha also cost 360/- which was extremely surprised us.plain roty plate contain 4 costs 110/-. We left a mobile charger in the room.we informed 3 times over telephone.but no one responded wheather the charger was there or not.this incident happened today.behaved very baddly.
No doubt hotel is maintained good but my experience with hotel staff including counter staff is very bad. While checkin & checkout all staff members will be active for taking tips. No immotations, no minimum courtsey in spite of tele booking. They prefer cash payment only to avoid taxation. Kitchen staff I.e. Incharge is also very rude.management will take seriously ź
Hotel is good, neat and clean with main road location. Near by Howrah railway station and howrah Bridge. But staff needs to be more discipline. Food is too costly. Its better to go nearby local restaurants.
Best place to stay near howrah station, room rent is fair as per facilities food is expensive but due to 24hrs room service it's avoidable staff is always ready to help
Very worst experience with this hotel, I want to give my honest review with this hotel.
1) no bathroom latch to lock the bathroom, 2) charge quite high as compare to the area and service provided is worst, unclean rooms. 3) lift is not working, 4) rooms are still under construction, that leads to bad smell of plywood glue and drilling sounds 5) Bed are untidy 6) No cleaning of bathroom 7) People drinking openly outside the room (not safe). 8) Reception are just caring about money and payments no complaints accepted by customer
Under Renovation. They had good Rooms and Service but as of now, Rooms Quality and Maintenance is too bad n might get better once the renovation is done. But the service and Rooms were pathetic this time.
I use to be regular visitor to this hotel. From late nineties to end of 2010 or so. Visited after 12 long years in March 2022 and now the hotel is divided into 2. Rooms are good and comfortable as usual. Room service and food is also good. There is a fish market just opposite the hotel. The smell from this place, when you are in front of the hotel, is a major disappointment. Although there is no snell in the hotel and rooms.
Please be careful. My guest came from Mumbai to Kolkata and they stayed at this hotel. At the day of the check out, the guest requested for the luggage to be kept in their reception for few hours as the train was scheduled in the evening. But, the hotel staff denied to hold their luggage for few hours. Plus the behaviour has been unprofessional throughout.
Beware.staff is very rude. The staff was not cooperative at all. We asked for early check in but they denied at first but later on gave the room with a strange condition that we need to check out early. Even after late check in in one of the 2 rooms, they asked us to leave the room early in the morning just because they have marked the entry in "their system". It was a really bad experience. Further, when we went to our other room (we booked 2 rooms) as we have vacated one room, they denied us to occupy that room as well as per "their policy". That was very disappointing and unsatisfactory. It was looking like they were trying to make money out of this and forcing us to book another room.
They charge quite high considering the quality of service provided. It costed us ₹2000 for a 2bhk room which had water seepage over the Waals, no wardrobe, malfunctioning geyser service. Honestly most of the utilities inside the room are quite old fashioned, they haven't upgraded since long time. Overall disappointed with the service provided from one of the most renowned hotels near howrah railway station.
