The Astor

Near to US Visa Consulate Kolkata. This place is a 4 star hotel. It has got multiple bars nearby, one in campus so your nights are not dry and boring. Although costly but worth the experience. You will get the feel of old buildings but still modern to make you feel comfy. A lot of good restaurants nearby and Park Street is also close, walkable

Been there since I was a kid. Now I'm 40. Always had great food & a warm hospitality.

We have gone to Astor for the buffet multiple times and the spread they server is awesome. The kebabs are just out of this world and they have some delicacies like Bombay duck fry topshe fry etc

The Astor is one of the best hotels in town right now. I recently stayed there for 2 nights and the service was impeccable. This 4 star hotel is here to stay.

A heritage hotel with old world charm. The wooden stairs, the high ceilings are rarely seen in today's modern concrete construction. The food quality is good. Staff is cooperative. Location is prime and very easy to access.

A relic from the colonial era with its own charm. It may not offer the most technologically & socially advanced 5 service in town but it offers a lot of history for the history buffs.

The food was tasty and quantity was good. Also the place was not empty, it had paintings hanged on the wall. There was charging station for charging phones.

The phoenix good service but they try ti take advantage for when you are down one drink.
The pizza was horrible and the mushroom steak sizzler was missing the mushroom steak

Went there to attend the marriage reception of one of my friend. Nicely decorated places with little open space and little of a closed auditorium like place. One can surely pay a visit and keep it as a option to book for reception. But what I found strange is they don't have parking capacity available for the guest so that is one large drawback which I found over there. Rest all is quite fine.

It is a good hotel with valet parking available. Lots of space and heritage looking building makes the difference from others.

The decor and ambience do all justice to assign this property a heritage tag.been here yesterday with my family.hospitality was very good.the starters were mouth watering as we still cherish to have the wonderful assorted veg and non veg grill.the only disappointment mounted when I was served with Caesar salad and a Greek salad. It didn't even had the touch of a homemaker.only few lettuce and cabbage tossed with some mayo is not happening Sir! We actually look forward for a better one next time.a request to The Astor people.

So our family went there to have in a quite meal and we were elated by the quality and quantity of food. Firstly the kebabs: makhmalee jheenga, Mahi amritsari and chicken cheesy tangdi were each a classic. Next up, we had mutton roganjosh, mutton rara and makhmali parantha and I personally would recommend the mutton roganjosh to each of you whoever is visiting Kebab-e-que. Finally I had their classic chocolate mousse with vanilla ice cream which made my meal complete

My Stay experience with Hotel was very Bad. The Hotel has a PUB and it sounds very bad till night 2 AM. You pay premium price for Stay but you get messed up with peace-less night! Not suggest for stay
