I received a premium assorted box from my friend, First of all its packaging as a gift to receive is a pleasure It's an excellent look with a jafri worked design box that looks so authentic of turkey sweet box. Next comes the taste of sweets.it is just sooo tasty, one would not like to share.tooo yummy.thanks to my friend for this wonderful treat to share joy of his success.

They have the worst customer service. I ordered Diwali sweets on and my order wasn’t delivered for a week and the owner or manager is not in at work to update me about why my prepaid order of a large amount wasn’t fulfilled inspire of following up with them for five days for status of order.
I am now waiting for my refund and they are not answering their calls

I ordered from CRED. It was supposed to 350 gm, but they send me 250 gm. This is a next level cheating. Never going order from them again.

This is a small shop where there are limited sweets. The size of the Baklava is really small but it is tasty. Since Baklava is not an Indian sweet, I expected the taste will be different which is true. I wasn't expecting the Kunafa to be delicious but it was out of my expectation. Good work Baklava Box for opening a shop in Kolkata.

Bad taste with bad odour and not fresh, smelling dumpy as the shop was dumpy and ac was non functional, baklawa was smelling like that dumpy shop.
As we were fasting, could not taste prior to purchase.
Never buy, total waste of money.
Hygeine was not proper, serving in the sweet Box with dirty repeated worn out plastic glove.

Bought 2 pieces each of Cashew Kunafa, pista kunafa, and cashew baklava. The shop had a damp smell and they hadn't turned the AC on. The sweets have absorbed this damp smell and are tasting stale. Or maybe the ingrediants were not fresh and soft. It's nothing like
the original Turkish taste. The pieces are so small for Rs. 90/-. Not good. They need to up their quality

Such bad experience. I ordered on 7th of February, made a payment through my debit card but never received any confirmation from their end. My money got deducted from my account but on calling them they kept saying that they have not received it but that they'll look into it and call me back. Never did. On going to the bank, they said that we have processed the payment but their payment portal has issues. I called them again and again and it's been 1 month and half and still they have absolutely no answer for me. Every single time without fail they ask me my bank account statement, tell me that they'll look into it, either refund my money or deliver what I've ordered and call me by the eod with and answer but NEVER DO. Today when I called them they put me on hold for 15 minutes and then disconnected my call. On calling back, first they didn't pick up and then someone new did and said that the executive has gotten busy and that he'll call me back later. Like seriously? Who is he? My boyfried? Gotten busy? What does that even mean? Never have I seen such bad customer service. It was an absolute mistake ordering from them.

I ordered a box of assorted baklavas. The taste and quality was great. The delivery was quick, I received my order within 2days as promised.
However my box has 1 baklava missing.

These people have cheated us with 53kgs of cashew kunafa baklava no where in the bill or in the chats they have mentioned we will add artificial kesar flavouring n colors in the final product they added it… when we received the samples we received them without the coloring and flavouring agents now they are not taking responsibility of it. Neither refunding nor replacing. The samples they gave us for tasting we have paid for them too and sample n final product were totally different Dont make a mistake of ordering from them

Overly Expensive prices of the products. It's better to directly consume dry fruits rather than purchasing sweetened dry fruits from this store.

Please dont order from this company at all we ordered 53 kgs of cashew kunafa and without any intimation they changed to keasar kunafa we had ordered samples and they changed such high quantity flavour without a single intimation n denied changing or refunding or taking a single responsibility. Plus they have used artificial kesar flavouring agents instead they are arguing its real kesar. These people are big time cheats

We ordered baklava boxes in bulk well in advance for gifting purpose before 5 days of diwali and it haven’t received the products yet. Taking payment in advance and not delivering is what now this shop is doing. I would not recommend this shop to anyone

Never order from this place, they do not provide any delivery info before making the payment, and later not willing to cancel order or provide refund, staff there is pretty brave and totally fearless of any complain you make against them

For the last 3 days I have been calling to cancel my order and provide refund, they refused and have stopped answering my calls

Then They block you from their social media to stop you from revealing their true business

The service was slow. The shopkeeper was busy with his phone instead of serving the customer. Also the quality of the products could have been better.

I ordered from this place through their website, they had promised delivery within 7 working days. After multiple follow ups, they asked me to cancel the order and they did not provide me the refund also. Pathetic service. Extremely disappointing.

Beware, overpriced items and PATHETIC customer service. They never deliver on time an dont care to respond to queries. Even if you want to order go for COD.

The worst experience I have got till now from your company states I should never buy anything again. And thank god my order was COD not prepaid otherwise I would be crying out loue for the refund.

More of a pista barfi over a Baklava. Holyshi# I wonder they ever seen a baklava lols. Dont waste your money it's a Haldiram version of baklava.

None of their products are authentic turkish product but they claim that they offer authentic turkish menu

I've purchased the baklava box on seeing the positive results.but after receiving the box and tasting I was disappointed.the box I purchased was of rs. 825, but I think that is really overpriced for the snacks I received and it was not that much tasty.will not purchase again

With a single piece at 70+bucks, found it to be pricey. Taste and texture wise it is underwhelming.

It's an over priced product which doesn't meet the description.
Usage of dry fruits is minimal, Couldn't taste honey but sugar syrup.
The whole packaging had sugar syrup all over it, making it rather unpleasant to use.
Won't recommend at all, our kashmiri or local bakery items are much better.

Really tasty and high quality product. Got it at discounted rate via CRED at Rs 270 only of 250 gm with MRP 750. Hopefully this arabic desert will be loved by Indians in coming years.

I'd given a bulk order to them and they delivered very well on time but the last time I ordered again, i didn't receive the parcel and it was received back to them itself. It's been 4 months that I've been calling them for a refund but there hasn't been any progress! Highly disappointed with such a good brand.

Very bad customer service and they are least bothered to answer your query or whatsapp order. The person Umashankar who replies is a sick fellow and doesn't have little curtosy to support a customer. Don't buy from here online. No proper support or help.

Well my experience was not great. Consider it the time taken for delivery as well as the final quality of the product at the time of delivery.when Rs2500 is being charged for 700-750gm product which is on the higher side, I expected the product quality to be maintained/preserved. If it cannot be committed, then I am not sure what value was being brought to the customers across the country. But one thing though, packaging quality is definitely good (I would say exceptional)

Order number 38533 placed on 20th March. Delivery agent not sending any messages nor calling the customer and then updating that the address is wrong. When contacting the customer service via email they not responding. When contacting via customer care whatsup number they are not replying to messages. Today it's 19th April. Asking for refund but no one is responding. What can I say. A month back and I have sent it as a gift to my my mother. Unfortunately it didn't reach her. Very bad experience. The first tier of the cake is displaced. So, appearance is totally ruined. Highly disappointed. Had to buy another cake. They didn't even refund my money. They delivered the cake late. Horrible service. Don't buy from here.

Ordered assorted chocolate baklava box via Cred app which had a discounted rate. The packaging was very neat and the Baklavas tasted nice. There was one particular type of baklava in the set that tasted very dry and didn't hold together. But the rest were delicious.
Price is on the higher side without discount.

I ordered assorted baklava box and received 2 days back. Order no. 38544. There is no manufacturing date, no expiry date and no MRP on box. I had vomited after eating and felt very sick. Disgusting!

Fraud company. Called for a job interview. Asked me to join and never gave the joining letter. And don't want to take any action. Didn't pay me my work payment.
I didn't think I company like this could be fraud.

There is no charm on shop.maximum time half light (inside) are off, one sales person in the counter shop timming.stocks are limited.

Genuinely saying I've never eaten such mouthwatering Baklavas ever. They have a great variety and quality, the taste and everything is top notch.

I have oreded the assorted bakalwa that contained three types of sweets which are baklawa sweet, baklawa tart, kanafeh sweet. Honestly i am telling you each one of them taste differently and so delicious. Trust me you just have to try it once you won't regret at all.
