The Bridge is a very pleasant eatery. Generally, in 5 Star hotels the food is served bland, keeping in mind foreign nationals. But in The Bridge the food was Indianized and appetizing. The desserts were very nice. I wished the Main course was as happening as the Starters and Desserts. The attendant Riya was very elegant and helped us a lot with food. The parking was easy. Now, that the Park Hotel has attended the legacy status - the chairs can be made to look more regal. I found Zen's ambience more attractive, however The Bridge is more open and lit. Overall nice experience. Expand buffet to other days as well.

Restaurant was horrendously overpriced. We ordered two local fish dishes with plain rice, one side of bread, 2 beers and one cocktail, - cost over 6,000 Rupees? ! We are staying in a nearby 5 star hotel and the food is excellent and far far cheaper than this. We ordered in good faith without asking prices of each item and I felt they totally took advantage of that fact.

Overall ambience was good. Bike parking wasn't allowed inside hotel. Very much good quality food

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Bridge, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way.

Worst experience during Dining on Independence day. The Restaurant is offering buffet @ 1947 for Freedom Day, however most of items were not served citing Sold Out. First time I am hearing Sold Out in Five star hotel.

My very expensive to Sunday Brunch was super amazing and Highly Recommended!

The Bridge, Park hotel has you covered when it come to Sunday brunching at a beautiful property in town. You would get grills, pizza, starters, Mexican counter and chaat counter to satisfy your taste buds. The desserts counter is also something you shouldn’t miss out on. Recently tried it and absolutely loved it. The staffs are very cordial. I believe the time to visit in order to avail the order is between half past twelve to half past three.

A very lavish, comfortable, expensive restaurant, there is 24×7 online facility for table booking. A parking area is also there inside the park restaurant

We went to The Bridge for a Christmas Eve dinner this year again. We were extremely disappointed both with the service as well as the buffet spread.
The person carving the turkey seemed completely novice and was literally scratching the bird with carving knife for about three minutes before he could extract a tiny slice for me. He attempted to make up the rest with the stuffing. It was hilarious.
There was no mussels, no squids nothing. (We were expecting those from our past experience there on 2016 / 2017).
As far as the western selection goes, it was no way a Christmas Eve dinner.
On the Indian side, Mutton Biriyani was good and Chicken in Rosemary Jus was excellent.
Coming to the service, it felt like that The Park has laid off their trained staffs and are managing the show with a bunch of inexperienced trainee who lacked proper training.
Let me just end this by saying that not a single used dish was removed from the table while we were at the table. We kept stacking them at one side of the table.

The whole of The Park property is no longer up to the mark. With so many new hotels maintaining cleanliness ambient standards park is no more the same. The food is highly over rated and over priced.

Barricades/slow down barricades on the bridge in late night and early morning are dangerous. They must carry blinking lights to mark their presence

Went to Bridge @ Park on 25th night with family! It was crowded, as expected. Food was average, service not worth of a 4 star hotel.had to call the restaurant guys multiple times for basic services like providing cutlery, drinks etc. It was not managed professionally at all. Requesting the Manager in charge to personally supervise & ensure that the standards are met which will lead to customer satisfaction, especially during festival nights!

Most disappointing experience.went there reserving for 13 people.in return got mismanaged unprofessional behaviour.the manager is too rude.not at all willing to accept their fault or apology for the inconvenience.the quality of food is poor.except for few dishes.one trainee was very good, tried to make up the inconvenience till the end.impressed by the trainee's behaviour.i think the manager should learn from them.

Very upscale place for dineout in central kolkata, numerous choice of foods available. You can have good time while having great food.

A very good place situated at the heart of Park street, to spend some quality time with your loved ones either enjoying the food inside the restaurant or just chilling outside in the open, which is much more appealing (of course if it's not raining!) BUT the behavior of the staffs were very rude, they were quite ignorant and did not serve the food well. They also closed the buffet even when we were still finishing our food and craved for some more.they fresh lime soda was very bad, it was not at all refreshing, the coke was out of fizz and I felt like it was opened couple of days back. They don't serve live grill so we had to ask for starters every time and it took ages for them to serve it because of which we lost a lot of time. Overall very bad service and should get 1 mark for that.

The buffet food was not great at all. It was already cold when served, the chicken was rubbery and the food tastes simply BLAND.

The decor and the atmosphere was decent enough. But I would definitely not recommend you to visit this place.

Had ordered a hot Cappuccino and was served the same with curded milk, making it unfit for consumption. On pointing out the same to the staff, it was replaced.
Would Avoid this 24 hours coffee shop

I went there yesterday on mother's Day and they totally ruined the day. Extremely bad service. Would not prefer anyone to go there.

Booked a buffet dinner with my husband through Nearbuy app. The food options were limited. Some food like starters, nuns etc are available on request. Ambiance is not so cozy. But the food is good.

Congratulations to The Park for completing 50 years. One of the best places to eat at the heart of the city. It's an all day dining coffee shop. It's has an outdoor seating coffee shop also. Taste and quality of the food is excellent. Would love to visit again.

We went for the holi party but the place is so conjusted, no proper place to stand or dance even they couldn't afford to have a live DJ, how come they organized such event there.no idea. Its like "naam bare aur darshan chote"

Went there for a group dinner. The decor was high end, but the food was mediocre, and the service was inefficient at best.

The menu is really uninspiring and extremely overpriced. Half the menu is a strange take on bengali cuisine and the rest reads like a children's menu. The few items that are worth ordering are extremely overpriced and so not worth it. Had the chicken broth and pork chops. Both were okay, nothing amazing and definitely not worth 575 and 1575 bucks respectively. The service isnt that great as well. The worst part was dessert. We ordered the baked Alaska. It literally came in a small coffee cup and was basically twoin-one ice cream mixed with fruit cake with a bit of a meringue on top. Overtly sweet and just bizarre. Overall i had quite an unpleasant experience here. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
