The cake room is such a horrible company.be careful they treat customers very badly.they gave all defective products n charged me wrongly.so be aware.they should be penalised.frauds

The lady is a complete fraud. Had a very bad experience with the cakes. Disaster in taste. Her page is filled with lots of cake pictures that she claimed to be hers but in reality she stole and collected it from other pages and taking orders on that basis. I ordered cupcakes but to my surprise the lady bought winkies cupcakes from outside shop and just pour the above cream frosting on top of that to look like the cupcakes that too the egg ones. Pathetic you don't even deserve a single star. Shut your bakery and have some self respect and learn first. If you don't know how to bake or you don't had the time to make the cupcakes then stop taking orders just for the sake of money. And learn to speak as well, ill mannered after taking the payment you are saying that aap dusra dkh sakte ho. Just looting everyone.

Very bad behaviour very rude they dont cooperate with customers. And even took extra price of products.

Worst experience this person doesn't respond well and sends wrong items and dost admit it was her fault. Very rude behaviour never suggest this palce to any one.there are better place in kolkata to get the ingredients please avoid this place " the cake room"

They dont understand the problem of the customer deny to exchange any product bought by mistake atleast they can help the customer by exchanging with some other product but they say straight no becz thats their policy.if people are buying products from them then they should also understand there customers problems. TOO RUDE.

Extremely rude people. Firstly they send wrong & defective products and if any problem they do not take any responsibility for it. If you call and complaint the person disconnects the call on your face saying she is busy and has a lot of work to do.

Bought raw materials 3thrice waited almst 1 hr for last visit got tin size which was not required checked the stuff other day asked them politely to exchange tin and they denied recieved behaviour like as if I am a poor begger, not at all professionals want fuel up money on fire go to this place they ll have it all

The worst shop ever. So unacceptable and pathetic behaviour. A mockery in the name of a shop. Don't ever buy from this shop. Sells wrong products and doesn't even accept their mistake. Talks miserably. Should be permanently closed immediately.

Actually i think she Does not deserve 1 star also.extremely cheap products in high value she deliver to people.not recommended. I got products with defect and less in quantities but i have paid full payment.after complaining she Denied to refund.

At present the number of homemade cake bakers is increasing, who work really hard to grow their own business. And then there are cheaters like The Cake Room who have no idea of anything regarding selling and all, except laughing at their own mistakes and call the customers cheater.i ordered some ingredients and packages from them, and got many of them with less quantity than ordered. Still its okay as mistakes are always acceptable. When she was told about that, just take a look how they react. They simply mocked we told them about it. Like its just a normal day for them. Bakers who order ingredients from online be careful when choose wisely. Cause these frauds may spoil your day. Not only by their orders, but also with their mannerless attitude. There is an item which they dint provide. And they refused to refund and just told to collect it from their store. So why do they think we order online if we have to visit their store? Please avoid these sellers.

I had the WORST EXPERIENCE with this shop. They have are extremely rude and pathetic. Can go down so low while talking. Don’t even accept their mistake. And on top of that have attitude issues. I would suggest nobody should buy from them as they have products in a horrible condition and won’t exchange even if it’s their fault.
They deserve less than 1 star to be honest.

Absolutely pathetic behaviour. She steals pictures/testimonial screenshots/original work from several pages and claims it to be hers. On confronting, she is absolutely disrespectful.

Provides wrong products and not accepting their fault at all. Arguing on top of that. Their shop should be permanently closed. Not suggesting their shop to anyone.

Horrible! The Baker is a cheat and so is her entire family! Extremely low quality, filthy and absolutely horrible looking cakes. Total waste of money. Even street dogs didn't eat it. I should have ordered poison instead of their cake.
