We ordered Lemon tea with honey, which is the most costly tea amongst their whole tea segment. We were very disappointed with the quality of the tea, there was hardly any tinge or taste of honey and they had poured so much lemon into the tea that it had turned sour. We paid almost a 100 rupees for each cup of that sour tea. It was terrible to say the least, overtly prized for very poor quality tea. You can get much better tea at the roadside stalls and for one tenth of the prize they are charging. Very unhappy with the experience. Not visiting again.

A warm, cosy place with a homely atmosphere, situated at a prime location. Quality of food is decent enough, and inexpensive as well.

They are charging Rs 20/- per person for the sanitization process which I feel is way more extra and unnecessary as it is included in the basic hygeine and precautions for Covid. And even, if they had to, they could have charged just Rs 10 maximum for it.

Added to it, since my last visit, I feel the food quality and taste has declined. The pasta tasted way too tasty and delicious previously. Even the other items were not upto the mark. However, the chicken wings were good.

Latest Update:
My latest visit today was not that pleasant. The waiter serving us had to search an item we were looking for in the digital menu for sometime and wasn't sure of what ingredients are served in a particular drink.

We didn't have a great time but yeah ok for visiting it once or twice.

My go to cafe for the past 3 years. The Chaiwala has always been my favourite being just 20mins from my home.

Coming to food: Do try their pasta, pizza, bhetki fish fry and chicken wings.

Use swiggy dineout for 10-15% extra discount.

Service sometimes becomes slow when it remains understaffed. 20-25mins for a dish to serve.

I visited this cafe so many times.but last time i just got disappointed.this quality of food and coffee has decreased like anything.they served a cold chicken wings.which was not fresh at all.not recommended at all.

Food here is always amazing. However, servers are a bit confused and laid back most of the time. So you better walk up to the counter and order, also pay the same way. Also no music was playing the day I visited. So a lot of "fish finger ta joldi maar, chocolate shake ta maar taratari" and such talk of maar dhor could be heard from the kitchen.

The food was good and tasty. I ordered 2 grilld chicken burger and 1 chocolate spread pancake which costs me around Rs. 550

The staff is friendly, they take the last order at 9: 30 p.m. You'll find their prices a little high, but the food tastes good. The quantity is sufficient per person.
