The pool was not clean and up to safety standards. Tea was expensive only. Taste was not even worth the price.

It's was at very good location with very big parking spacious. Stayed two nights with my family and it is kids friendly hotel. Near to the Vega circle and the Tibetan stupa. Staff are very polite and friendly. Really peaceful and good location. Food are excellent and always filled when ever it's empty. Highly recommend for your stay in siliguri and it's eco friendly for kid as well as adults.

Below average hotel at this price. The room provided to me was initially smoked with cigarettes. Had to change the room.
Secondly it is very far from main city. So you can struggle reaching there if u don't ownna car

The best in town pure vegetarian hotel. Great restaurant with exclusive foods. When is Siliguri staying here will be an excellent experience.

Swimming pool out of action. Massage services are only room services. Sauna is again out of action.

Very very nice hotel, it is located near Vega Circle Mall and very easy to visit. It has huge open space and can park many vehicles at a time. Everything is fine here

I went there to charge my Ather Scooter. This place has Ather Grid 1.0. But you can charge any EV with their respective chargers. You can just park your vehicle and put it to charge and grab something to eat.

Nice place for carrying out any function, have a big parking, so no issues for parking vehicles, staff are pretty polite and friendly.

Very good Hotel and restaurant for stay and lunch or dinner, easily accessible from main road and parking available for four wheeler. Children play area available.

New interiors, swanky common areas. Good to see changes after a long time in one of the oldest hotels in siliguri. North Indian and South Indian dishes are worth to try. Can't say the same for other cuisines;need far improvement.

A simple hotel with a basic restaurant. The rooms are decent, however the overall ambience is little lodge type. Go for it if available at lower rates

Very good hotel. Nice rooms great view well maintained.good buffet breakfast.
But 2 things.when I visited could not use pool as it was closed for maintenance. A great disappointment. They should intimate whole booking and compensate in tariff for that.

Another baf experience.they charged me for a dinner that o never took.later after confronting they apologized abd reversed. But it happened twice in my 5 or 6 stay at the hotel.so while paying the bill please check if you actually consumed those that has been billed. Otherwise nice hotel

It's comfortable. Food is okay but do not order for anything fancy. In Siliguri this is the only H-O-T-E-L where you feel that you are in a Good Hotel. It's Relaxing and peaceful and a perfect place to stop if you want a 'break' in between a hectic travelling schedule!

No window to open, no balcony, only packed rooms. Staff couldn't help. Don't go for it if you need fresh air. It's good for ones who have nothing to do with Nature.

I stayed here for the first time. It's an old constructed hotel. The services are also old style. As a single lady on work i somehow didn't feel safe and comfortable here. It was an in transit stop for me. I couldn't sleep most of the night. Every sound woke me up.
It's a vegetarian hotel. The food preparation is below standards. I've eaten vegetarian food but it was well prepared and tasted great. But i was terribly disappointed with the food.
There's another building being constructed, hopefully it will be different than the old building.

Overall a decent experience, hotel is slightly away from the main City but nevertheless everything still seems to be in vicinity with couple of malls nearby. Service is really good and the staff is pretty cooperative. There are decent options available in breakfast so all good. The dinner buffet is expensive for the range of options available and the quality in terms of taste and preparation can definitely be improved. Rooms are comfortable and cozy.

Standard vegeterian hotel in Siliguri. Rooms are standard.well furnished.swimming pool is clean.spacious.but food choices are limited. Breakfast is minimum without much choice. Service needs improvement. Credit cards accepted.

One of the top class hotels in Siliguri. Just on the outskirts of the city, the place has all the basic amenities of a modern hotel. The restaurant is purely vegetarian and offers great quality food. The hotel is also used for marriages and other parties. People also come her for swimming on sundays.

A good hotel with courteous staff and a lavish spread at breakfast & dinner. Fish preparations were specially very well done. Sweet dish could do better with ice creams/puddings in place of fruit custard

It's an awesome and we'll established place to have big to small.parties and family or business functions. Cost effective place with warm hospitality

Very bad experience.food are very much overpriced. Quality of food is horrible. Sasho machh was stinking. They serve 4 pieces of mutton bone (we hardly find small amount of meat with bone) in rs600/-. One piece naan 100/-. One plate rice 220/-

Despite its name being one of the best in Siliguri. The service was very mediocre. Infact when we were to check in the room was not even prepared before hand. They just sent us to a tiny room that they had kept closed for sometime. Which had a peculiar smell. I had asked for a double bed with an extra mattress while making the booking and had also paid for it accordingly but on reaching the hotel there were 2 twin beds instead. On asking the receptionist for the bed that we were supposed to have in that tiny room they politely said that it will be done but it never was. So this hotel as a value for money is a big NO! This hotel is wonderful in theory but quite disappointing in practicality.

Nice hotel but very slow room service and very limited options at the restaurant, we had to wait about an hour for a mutton biryani and had to cancel the other mutton dish because they ran short of mutton. Second stay, and obviously a lot should improve.

I will rate 3 star because with same rate there are other hotel better than this one. It has become bit old when you see modern architecture design. Overall good no way close to excellent.

Rooms and service not upto mark compared what they charge. Infrastructure poorly maintained, hot water was not readily available in bathroom taps, AC ducts do not function properly.

Locality is peaceful.a little away from city but you have a mall at a walking distance to spend some quality time and enjoy food.

Nice place excellent room very nice hotel but staff said that swimming pool will open on 8 am but the cleaner was cleaning the swimming pool that I don't like

Last few years back I have visited the place, then service was awesome. Overall experience was very good. But this time was not in upto the mark,
Room's door bell was not in working conditions, morning break fast was ok, but behaviour of staffs was not so good, I have booked banquet also for a program, but surprise me the banquet manager was too much busy to meet with us, and show the room for decorating the same.

I really didnt feel it was worth the money. After paying 4000 for the room per night. Its not at all worth it. The rooms are small conjusted. Food was so horrible that i dont have words to express.its really sad to see where we r going, today everything has lost its value except for money which is actually just a means of exchange. We want money but we dont want to give in return that we r supposed to for that monry that we take. We all ar trapped so much in this world of lust and greed that we have completely lost humanity.

I have requested for a payment receipt from the Hotel and been disappointed despite repeated attempts to get access to the same. The staff is friendly but very inefficient. It hardly takes 2 mins to mail a bill.

The hotel was 3 star may be few years back, but it is not maintained to the 3 star level now. The walls of my rooms was stained. Basic amenities were lacking along with room service was a bit of a let down

In this hotel, except for the restaurant, everything is good.swimming pool is clean and properly maintained, rooms are good. Overall, the budget is very high but the service provided is not worth.

Lovely hotel when you are in transit in Siliguri as there is nothing to see in this small town but this hotel is great as the staffs are very hospitable, valet parking who knew how to park my Autobiography Range Rover. Breakfast had a lot of variety and very delicious. In this hotel only I had to come to attend a wedding but found the food very sub standard, there were only two washrooms and very not well kept. The GM Mr. Saxena a charming warm person. Sadly the Christmas tree looked too small for the high ceiling lobby, loved the display of football trophies but the barbecue looked in a real sad state. But the staffs were better than Fairmont, Hyatt, Marriott or IGH group of hotels.as I am an AVID TRAVELER.

Good Hotel in a spacious compound with beautiful swiming pool, courteous staff. Very neat and clean. Spacious room but required effort in improving food taste and quality.
