They can be annoyingly slow at times, but the wait is worth it.
Nice coffee and a great place to work, catch up with friends or just to take a break from shopping in the mall.
We love the eggs - ham and cheese omelette in particular, sausages, cheesy garlic toast etc.
Their cold coffees are delicious and they have quite a variety.

This was inside of Quest mall. I am not a great fan of this mall and its cafes. But since I was there, tried this cafe. The tea was very nice and the cake was also good. Ambience is fine but a bit dark. I guess it is just a simple cafe, nothing great.

Good place to wait with some coffee while your date is stuck at traffic and needs another hour to reach.

I always loved the coffee and bnanacake there, but yesterday bnana cake was not good.
Their cous cous salad is very good

I recently visited The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf inside Quest Mall and had a wonderful experience. Here's a brief review based on my visit:

5. Although the croissants were served, they lacked the desired crispness. It would be great if The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf could introduce more varieties and work on improving the texture of their croissants.

6. I would suggest including different types of cookies in their menu. This would offer more options for customers to pair with their beverages. Additionally, serving drinking water would be a thoughtful addition to enhance the overall experience.

7. Lastly, I recommend The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf to consider arranging specialty coffee beans for purchase in the shop. This would be appreciated by customers like us who would like to enjoy their favorite brew at home.

Overall, The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf inside Quest Mall offers a pleasant environment, attentive staff, and excellent coffee made from freshly brewed beans. I look forward to my next visit and hope to see some improvements in the croissants and additions to their menu.

Excellent food and very good cold coffee. Had the Mezze Platter.
However, they charged Service Charge without informing me. The bill is generated after payment, so the customer will not know unless he checks the bill after payment. This practice is illegal and wrong.
When pointed out the cashier said Service Charge was optional, but why was it charged without informing the customer? He did reverse it when I complained, but how many customers check their bill thoroughly?

Went for a mini coffee date with a friend. We ordered cheese cake and coffee (picture representation). The vibe of the place is great! Will update more pictures and reviews on my second visit.

The person who was preparing the coffee there was very rude plus did not take care of hygiene. A wrong order was served at a table and the customer there took a sip and complained about it and sent her coffee back and the waiter was giving us the same coffee. Since we noticed and confronted him not to do so he was shouting back at us. Highly not accepted this from a known coffee place like this.

It's a great place to hang out.me n my kids just love it.people out their know us by face because frequently we go there.n that's how the remember our choice.i feel so relaxed when i go there at the end hour.the coffee is mind-blowing. ️️️️️

Pretty place with good food. Ambience of the place is also cozy and the moment you step in here, the aroma of coffee fills ur nose.

Slightly expensive but decent place to catch a small bite and have coffee. Service is quick. Quality of coffee decent, nothing outstanding. Since I went on a Sunday afternoon, it was a bit crowded but turnover of customers is usually quick so not much waiting needed.

The worst cafe i have ever been to. Horrible food. Don't go. You have ample of alternative choices!

I had coffee here. Taste is ok. Nothing special. But is overpriced. However, a good place to spend with your friend, or alone.

Took a hazelnut regular (350) and chocolate midnight regular (275) as per rates given on menu.charged for 2 hazelnut.realised after coming home.

Small cups portion, though displayed in menu, was not available hence had to take regular cup which is too much for one person

Hygiene maintained at this period of Covid
Should try the hazelnut Latte it’s one of my Favourite

Staffs are friendly and Price is reasonable compared to Starbucks

Also would say more options should be there so we can select from those various list

Snack menu is also decent for munching

Walnut and cates cake is one of my Favourite.

They dont have as many varieties of tea as the other cafes in kolkata.

Hola! Me once again. We're inside Quest mall right now. Just have some caramel latte. It is good actually. I've experienced in lattes. And they were not good at all. That's why I order cappuccino often. So I was confused to try this out. Well this thing is good. Obviously you can try this. Go ahead.

I looked at the menu and asked for a cup of Darjeeling. They replied "tea we don't have sir", so that was that. I mean, ffs.

Today visited your branch in airport. I ordered a coffee. After readiness of coffee your staff call "coffee" Which is more embarrassing & such things didn't expect from coffee beam. Please teach your team to how to behave to customers

Superb Coffee & Brownie's here are to die for. Especially the cafe at Quest is awesome!

A small joint in Quest Mall, offerings coffee and various snacks. Prices as per the rest of the quest mall. All the items displayed on the menu were not available. Also there are no menu cards. You need to stand on the counter, check menu displayed on the board, order, pay and go back to your seat. If there is rush, this type of arrangement is not at all good but if they are not expecting rush.

Well, we tasted coffee. And it was good.

Nice cozy place to sit, chat, work or just simple adda. Also a refreshing zone incase one is tired walking around the mall.

We took two Americanno and found two cups of hot water. They prepared some worst kind of coffee. I would advise not to opt black coffee there. Moreover they charge hefty price for pastry.

Coffee bean & Tea leaf remains one of old and favorite spots in the city of joy to enjoy some really tasty and Satisfying beverages.

The place is perfect. Sir, relax and do your work till your order arrives. I ordered a Cappuccino and chocolate cheery cheesecake. The sweetness of the cheesecake goes perfectly well with the Cappuccino.

Even the food menu quite good. Serving sandwiches and really good main course. It's has a lot Subs as well.

The service and the ambience is quite well. The place has really nice decor. You can easily sit and complete your work while sipping on your coffee.

A great coffee and tea shop which also has basic coffee shop food like sandwiches, cakes etc which are not just for show but actually taste delicious, are good quality and extravagant. The interior is comfortable and clean. For a lunch break from shopping at the mall, this is the perfect place.
