Wonderful location and clean room. Interiors are not bad. Room could be bigger though. The booking site do mention bigger room

Good Corporate Hotel with dine restaurant. Travel Desk, 24 hrs open Front Office.
Staff behaviour is very polite. Comfort level is High compare to a 3/4 star hotel at Kolkata.
Room Services, Banquet facilities available.

Awesome customer service, superb room.

PS- The dog seems friendly, trust me he is not.

Oyo have to check all the hotels, those who was using Oyo s name Because I am very much disappointed with this types of hotels.

The room service is good.located very close to AIIMS.staff is polite and professional.rooms are a bit compact with no views to offer.overall I loved my stay here

This place very neat and clean.it has a shopping mall and cinema hall also.beside this there is also the Dolphin School of Hotel Management (DSHM).

The dolphin palace is the one of the best hotel in haringhata, west Bengal. I had a superb & Awesome.experience. I was stayed for approx. 8 months (from 10/12/2019 to 21/08/2020.). I think I was the first person who stayed longest time period in this hotel. So they treat me /care me like a family member. Really thank for Mainly owner Mr. Abhijit Mondale sir.manager Mr. Bapin haldar, Cheff Mr.subrata das. & captain Mr. Sudipto roy.we had a fun. Fishing.played Football. Cricket.carrom. Never forget in my life. Thank u Miss u all. If I get opportunity. Definitely I will visit once again.

It is an excellent place to stay. Like staying at own home, all the staff, foods are excellent, we must salute to the cook for the superb tasty food.
Car services are also very good although pkm rate is little high,
If possible please bring down little.

I visited the theater. Small one but a good one. Really boasts one of the best sound quality ot maybe because of the small size. Remains deserted most of the time but I really love it's ambience when it screens a good movie. Once in a blue moon!

Hotel is very good. Staff members are friendly and there is restaurant in the hotel so no tension for food. Rooms are beautiful too.

Please take care of the prices offered at the counter (reception). They will tell you an X amount but will charge you much more than that. That surplus charge is definitely not the part of GST! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR!

Best hotel in the area. More than worth the price. Rooms are of a 5 star quality. Food and other services are great as well.

If you are in kalyani and looking for hotel go for it. Because Rooms are neet and clean, service quality is very good, people are very supportive. Food is also good over here.

Dolphin palace hotel's restaurant is very bad and cheap food. Feeling cheated after eating food from this restaurant.

This review not for Hotel. I wrote this review for Dolphin Restaurant. Over there I ordered one plate fish fry, one plate mix fried rice & one plate chilli chicken for two peoples. Quantity quit enough, stuff behaviour excellent but food quality really pathetic. I give three star for restaurant decoration, environment & stuff behaviour.

I went in the dolphin mall to watch "Badhai Ho". Hall is small, but pretty nice. Seats are good and sound system is also very good.

The ambience of The Dolphin Palace is calm and quiet. The service is highly professional and whenever I visit Kalyani, I stay there.

This place is very good compared to the surroundings. This is the best hotel available in it's locality. Breakfast timings and options to be improved. Food quality also needs a bit of improvement

This hotel would be 4 stars in the USA. It is definitely 9 stars in India. By far the best hotel in Kalyani. Restaurant is awesome and the staff is eager to help. They had a car ready every morning to take us to work and even delivered lunch each day. I will definitely stay here when I return. A great value at twice the price! Get a suite!

Not worth of money licated in a remote area very small room lonely area.any public transport or market not available up to many Km.
