Due to this behavior I will not go to this hotel again

Rooms are good, you can visit the hotel for stay and the staff behaviour is good. You will not have any problem

Room and bathroom are clean and security is good. Breakfast is complimentary.

It's a perfect location as its centrally located. The rooms are also good. Even the food in their restaurant is value for money espcially Dal Makhni.

Amazing place just on the footsteps from Howrah junction. Open terrace bar, with tv screen. Food is also amazing. Booze is almost on the shop prices.

I visited many times. There is good food and service and atmosphere, definitely a affordable hotel.

Nice hotel with clean nd sanitizetion.but some day ago I was was booked 3 rooms in there.theke was a big problem of supply water.and in room have tv but set top box or cable conection have not.

This hotel have varieties of room costing between INR 750 and 1500. Reasonably good rooms as per you pay. Very nearby to Howrah Junction Railway Station. Good for those who wants to stay nearby Howrah Junction and depart from hotel with no worries to reach on time to Howrah Junction.

There is no network any company in hotel, we have faced very difficulty without network, when we want to talk any person then come out from hotel on road.so sad

I visited many time at this hotel but i felt water problem in hotel. Low supply of water. So arrange frequently supply for water. Overall every things is all right of this hotel. I visite again, so I hope water problem may be solved.

Very bad experience.very high cost according to the service.very poor quality service.flush nd other taps in the wash room were not working well.hygiene was great issue.some staff were too greedy.management was very poor. I hated it

This is average good budget hotel. This hotel has a nice restaurants in ground floor. Communication wise, this hotel is best placed in Kolkata. With in 2 minutes, you can reach Howrah station and bus stand, also can access steamer facility (over the Hoogly /Ganga) within 5 minutes. Also, you can easily access Volvo bus (from Howrah bus stand) to go Dumdum Airport. No doubt, staffs at reception are quite strict regarding rules, but they do this to provide hassle stay there. As it is old building, this hotel is quite spacious with respect to other budget hotel

When we called they said rooms are available.but when we went they are telling at least one person should have one luggage.we give room on basis of luggage.it's was my first time when I heard that people give room on basis of luggage.i told also we had doctor appointment that's y we came here, reception boy told in the line you can find 30,40 hotel.you can go there.very rude in behavior

Construction is pretty old yes service is decent. You can't book rooms through any of the online portal though. Only spot Booking available.

This hotel is very old and there service is good. But i stayed in this this hotel in emergency like we have reached early morning 4: 30 o'clock.we didn't find any hotel on that time.i found one hotel but that hotel was not security.so i found this one and stayed in this hotel in Rs 800 for 12 hours because we have to catch the train. They will give a coupan for breakfast you can choose any one meal for 1 person like Masala Dosa, Parantha, Puri Subji and Chole Bhatura. I Choosed Masala Dosa.it was Okk in taste and cafeteria is clean and good in this hotel. I think overall experience is ok

A good place to stay but heavy network problem. Bathroom is the only place where you can get internet access. At that time I was using jio. My friend was using Airtel at 50 to 200 kB/sec. Apart from that everything is good you get free complementary breakfast.

The workers there are very baad.just coz they were not given tips they broke the toilets and said its done by the people who stayed there and also charged some amount of money for that i would not recommen any one for thos stay

Old heritage building.but good condition.
But hotel boys are so cheap.
When I entered my room, he asked for tip.it's so disgusting.

It's a one of the best and good residential hotel The Howrah Hotel Int. For the all kind of people and forainer. It's a cheap rated hotel near beside Howrah Railway Station and Howrah Bridge at Kalkata in India.

If you want to stay nearby Howrah station then it's good. Sometimes cell network has problem and staffs behavior was not that professional and can be better. You have to pay one extra day's money before however at the time of leaving they'll return it.

Please be clear before hotel booking. Don't go with add or any site advertisement.otherwise you will get surprise. I am in Hotel.and getting surprises. First impression is not good.

The Hotel is located near to the railway station. It provides good rooms for reasonable price, the food was very good, only drawback was hot water for bathing was not available and it had be brought for extra money per bucket. Overall it was a good experience in the hotel.

Good hotel with affordable price. More than 100 years old house modified into hotel, but you will love the architecture of an old bengali reach mans house.

The staff of this hotel is extremly rude. They have no manners to behave and talk with sensible people. They behave like uncivilized people even with senior citizens and ladies. Also, they will not help you with any of your concern nor they will listen to you. This is one of the worst hotels i have ever visited in my life. I would suggest everyone to avoid this place.

I called the hotel receptionist first-time at 4.00pm, 30/12/2018 and told him, we are four people from BANGLADESH and holding medical visa, and will be check-in in the hotel at 6.00am, 02/01/2019. He said ok, and total charged will be below 2000rs for 24hr for 2 rooms.
I called the hotel receptionist second-time at 5.50am, 02/01/2019 and told him we will reached the hotel with-in 30min. He said ok and rooms are available.
When we reached the hotel they refused to give us rooms because we have BANGLADESHI passport. After 15minute of shouting with them, they agreed to give us room, and charged 2744rs for 24hr for 2 rooms. I never expected this type of behavior from them. If you are holding BANGLADESHI passport please avoid this hotel.
