Good food and ambience.

They have a 2.5 hour break in night from 3 AM to 5.30 AM when I visited. They ask you to use the TFS lounge in this duration, which is always crowded and not even comparable.

Other premium lounges like 080 in Bangalore airport has no downtime at night at all.

Excellent lounge. Free access with HDFC infinia priority pass. Food is variety and tasty. Both veg and non veg option. Liquor is chargeable.

Rude staff.there was one fat guy wearing specs.couldn't get his name.wasn't even responding to queries. I told them I don't have any special loyalty card but I am ready to pay for whatever I am gonna have yet they didn't allow me inside. Pathetic pathetic. I have been visiting Irish house in Quest Mall Kolkata ever since it started.but the one at the airport is just disgusting and pathetic.was thinking of taking legal action against them but since I had a layover of 3 hours didn't wanna waste my energy on these bufoons.avoid this place at any cost.there are much better options

Less crowded unlike travel club lounge. Premium card holders can actually take advantage of visiting this place.

This lounge at the airport is for business class and premium level in loyalty program individuals. Additionally they allow only some card holders. This is on the 1st floor, just near to the other airport lounge.
The lounge is decent with some better food options in comparison to the other lounge. The hard drinks are chargeable as like other lounges, whereas softer ones are on the house.
The wifi is free and you may ask then for the details.
Overall a nice experience.

Went to this lounge with the priority pass membership. It was morning time, so the breakfast buffet was served. It had all the options ranging from North Indian, South Indian, continental, fruits and salads, hot and cold drinks. The staffs are very hospitable and the ambiance was nice

Pretty disgusting. The place is completely infested with bugs. I spent an hour there and was covered in bites.

What’s the point of having a lounge that has no Wi-Fi, charges you for food and drink, and is covered in bugs?

Apparently this is ' not Irish House ' as told to us by the staff there. It is a lounge for priority and business class passengers only, with quite an attitude!
This is the first time, I've encountered this situation, at Mumbai and other airports, Irish House is open to all.

The quality & variety of food was not good. Staffs were too not friendly. I request to cut a fruit which I bought from Airport, they refuse. I will not waste my priority pass entry on such a lounge ever again

Pathetic food, no plates, no cutlery, rude staff. Please visit lounge next to it that is much better than this.

Expats avoid! Dont have any of the beers but choice of beers thick as a dictionary! Terrible horrible service with poor/badly trained staff. Manager equally clueless! I waited 30 mins before i got up to call the bar tender! Such a shame to the Irish this name sake pub!

It’s a shame to name this place Irish.
Don’t have most of the food, beer or drinks. I live in London and went to this place while taking transit in Kolkata and honestly it’s not worth even a penny.
Horrible food, pathetic service and very over priced if compared.

I ordered lemon iced tea, and Alfredo pasta.taste was really bad.for the price i was not satisfied at all.the taste was awful.i am rating 2 star cause ambience was good

The Irish House is always a cool place to visit, be it hanging around alone or with a group of friends in the city locations or to spend some time or for a quick drink and snacks in the Kolkata Airport restaurant.

The Kolkata Airport restaurant is accessible after security (security hold area prior to boarding the airplane). It is one level above the security level easily noticable when looked up towards the balcony. Can be accessed easily by escalator, elevator or staircase.

Good choice of drinks. Airport is never cheap, but becomes affordable with promotions.

The drinks and some snacks they serve very fast, but atleast have 20 minutes in hand before boarding if snacks are to be enjoyed.

Fish and chicken preparations are yummy.

It's better to come to a place where you only have to pay for your drinks and food as per your order than to go to a lounge who will charge you for the lounge access (comprises only of food, alcohol seperate).

It's cheaper than most of the restro cafes in airports. Plus it's good if you want to have a peaceful alone time in Kolkata airport.

Felt completely ripped off and exploited by this visit. Asked for 500ml draught beer off the menu, not available but we could have Red dot on special offer (buy 2 get 1 free 300ml bottles), asked for another beer off the menu, not available again offered Red dot. Asked what other beers they had only red dot. Asked for a gin and Tonic, no Tonic. So finally opted for Red Dot. Had 2 beers then given the 3rd. Whilst drinking this were given another beer. We told them we had already had the 3rd beer. But we were told it was complimentary. Then another person came up and said there was a mistake and that the last person to give us the beer hadn't realised we had already had our 3rd beer so we needed to pay. We refused and told him to take the beer away. THEN comes the bill. We would have paid 900 rupees for our original order of 2 x 500ml draught instead was charged 1700 rupees for 2 x 330ml bottles (+1free) we tried to complain but they were not happy and would not move. Certainly would not go there next time through

A very good restaurant cum bar under Netaji Subhash CHANDRA Bose International Airport terminal lounge. Have a great selection of wine, beer, champaign available here. Spectacular view. Great ambience.
