The hotel is not up to the mark as per the pricing. Location is good, it is inside the new Market area that's why roads become one way. You have to walk around 200 metre to reach the main road.
The breakfast was below standard with no test.
The property is old so new upgrade in all aspects start from room to breakfast and services.

The rooms are very clean. They did provide a decent service to us. There were keep sandals for us in the room. The receptionist must have been more humble to us. On the other hand, complementary breakfast is best here. Most of the foods are very tasty and standard.

If you are interested to do the shopping only at New market then this is an ideal location. Room is so small and narrow. AC doesn't work. Even breakfast quality is poor

Location in a busy Market area. (5 star if are shopping.) One level upstairs walk to access Reception and elevator to room. Has a decent roof top resturant with good food. Decent buffet breakfast.
Ckose to many resturants. Close to Park street. Close to Indian Museum. Close to Metro stations.

Last time i was their 2020 march 21 to 23 that times their services was very good yesterday i came here but fully defference now their service very very commercial

It is very Nice Place, Service was excellent Have a rooftop Bar cum restaurant. This is the best place where u can stay comfortably and the staff was so supportive.

Situated in the hustle bustle of Esplanade, location is the key. Looks like a heritage property from inside. It's okay to stay here for a day or so. Linen and towels were clean. But that's about it.

Service isnt very professional, room and bathroom look quite old, windows are rusty, curtains look old. Have very Noisy window ACs (thankfully they work well). There were mosquitoes in room as well. There was a dirty towel thrown in one corner, which the hotel folks didn't bother to clean, even after telling them about it.
Okayish old property with unprofessional service is the conclusion. Book only if you get deals online otherwise it's overpriced for what it has.

It's quite a good place. On the roof top you can sit and chill, also you can sit inside. They have a lot of options in drinks. Food quality is really great.

Located near new market, nice rooftop restaurant, rooms were good but now I think needs makeover

Average stay! Service needs to improve. Situated at the heart of Esplanade/ New Market area.

Extremely well located property right in front of New Market with good ambience. Rooms are nice, though small which is expected from a property in that location but maintenance needs attention. The toilet seat isn't the cleanest. The AC works but isn't cooling. Staff are courteous.

The locality is not safe.
There's absolutely no one on the streets after 9pm.as if it's a ghost town.
