The Lion Brew Pub

Love the food and the ambiance of the place. Food was delicious. We tried king prawns, fish in black bean sauce, chicken chilli garlic noodles, vegetable risotto and chicken drum of heaven. Each dish was mouth watering and it’s my go to place when I crave non veg food.
The last time I had visited this place the service was extremely slow and we had to wait almost an hour before the food was served so were apprehensive since we were starving and couldn’t wait that long this time lol. But to our surprise the service was much faster and better this time.
Their mocktails are also delicious. I’d definitely be visiting again since their service has definitely improved.
PS went there after getting my new iPhone so was an even more memorable lunch

We were 4 people had lunch there. Food was good, loved French fries and chicken tikka, I think it was mushroom do pyaza sumthng like dat, very tasty, and had naan, butter chicken, noodles for main course. Portion size is also good. Service staff behaviour good, knows their menu. Person even advised that we're ordering too much food, it'll be waste. Environment during lunch is peaceful. Now bill amount was close to 3000 but after tax it became 4000 /-. Very very doubtful over that, since I was with family I let it go. But guys anyone who visits their just double check the bill amount, I maybe wrong but jus check it to be sure. Heck even ask their GST no. If needed. Overall enjoyabexp exp

Too much of Masala in the Chicken, HERO of the dish was it. Pork was overcooked. Nice ambiance, only 1 loo in the smoking part of the pub. Items in the menu = Sky rocketing prices! Even Bengaluru is much cheaper than this.

Today I was really not satisfied with lion. In the food basket ant was there and fungus was grown and in the vegetable platters the baby corn was not cooked it was given us raw

Since our 1st meal we've become regular customers here, we have been served fine food with spoton taste. We have been served by polite and amazing waiters like Mr. Phurba Tamang and Miss Ishika overall a wonderful place and peaceful environment!

Binoy Tapa was excellent and prompt to serve us with him the experience was awesome…. If u r in Siliguri at least make sure to have a linch or dinner at lion’s brew pub… the food, ambience and the staff they will amaze you.

Staffs are so annoying, horrible, indisciplined,
Have different menu at different times with different price which is very very irritating,
Their platter is the worst.
Very late in serving as well as billing,
I have to wait for 20min only for bill.
They were busy talking with eachother then serving customers.
Last time when I visited food was awesome but this time it was like food brought from local street.

Pros:
1. Good food and good portion size. Their cheese garlic bread is amazing.
2. Lemon tandoori chicken tastes good. You may order that as well.
3. You can smoke in the bar floor. There is no concept of smoking room.
4. There’s a live band (or atleast there was on the Friday night we went there) and they take requests.

Cons:
1. Their craft beer. I don’t know how they make it but having more than 500ml and you’ll get a slight headache. It was reported by all of us. We had the Irish beer.
2. Menu is not explained properly. Tandoor Ki Rani is a fish dish, not a chicken dish!

Waiters never pay attention on you if you guys came only 2-3 person

If u order a drink then you ll get the drink minimum after 30-40 minuts.

I dont know why last time waiter came after every single drink for pay the bill.

So club no 17 Serving policy should be change and need changes in serving staffs

Toilets are cleaned

One of my favourite places to hangout with friends with an awesome ambience, enough sitting space and pleasant music being played every time it makes our mood refreshing

Hospitality - Zero, Service - Zero (no promptness), Overly priced, Food served had a stale taste, Overall unsatisfied & Ruined the mood!

Pathetic food, unreasonably over priced as per quality, though staff behavior was good but service was below average. May be some training required. Overall terrible experience, street food would taste better than this restaurant's food. Never go for second time.

Food is good. But the service is very poor. We had to wait for more than 2 hrs after ordering the food.

Menu is not promising. Half of the drinks r not available. Damn overpriced. Not worth the price

This is in city centre siliguri. This place is with good decors and Ambience. They serve alcohol and hookah. They also have a separate cabinet for hookah. Soo that people around don't feel suffocating

Food was average. Ambience was good. Appreciate the use of digital menu's rather then paper. However poor internet connection sometimes causes problems

I went there with a friend. She had been here before with her family. And that is what it this restaurant is a "family restaurant". We were there for about 2 hours. Didn't order any alcohol as it was dry day. Ordered butter nan, butter chicken, desi chicken, virgin mojito, fruit punch, one of there chicken starter specials and masala papad. The food was sub par when compared to the price. The mocktails were good. I wouldn't gi there again as this is not a chill place and not a place for yiuth. If yiu are going with yiur family then itsi a good place.

If u r in party mood then this place is for you. Starting with food, the quality and taste was great but quantity was average. All sort of drink was available.ambience great. Good lighting and great music. Sound was loud but not ear hurting. Decor was more than average based on others in siliguri. Dj was cool however didn't play my request. Security personnel was also engaged there. The club runs till midnight everyday. There was dance floor and disco lights too. U an shake ur legs too. Cost was pretty high though. Overall it was a good experience for me.

Ordered chicken biryani trust me it was pathetic.
I'm giving 1 star only for ambience
