It is an amazing place to stay. Very tidy hotel. Nice ambience and friendly staff. A must place to stay.

This Hotel is maintaining its hygiene to its best. The staff are so presentable and very helpful. The must visit place.

I was in conference room, AC service are very poor, Food service not so well. Before you go keep assur. Now as on AC services are better from before

Everything is okay for the price but it's not a 3star hotel. But then again it's located in a very desirable for allkinds of people. It definitely is one of the better hotels in that area.

Good budget-friendly Hotel at Marquis Street, Kolkata. Since it's in the New Market area, it's a frequent choice for Bangladeshi people, sharing a close relationship, same Language and border with Kolkata.

First and foremost the staff of this hotel is awesome they are very polite and will always serve you with a smile

They claim as three star hotel but I'm pretty sure there is no hotel the world with a three star ranking who provides a torn towel, loose tea bags, locker with no use, Air Conditioning with noise, toilet with inappropriate amnetis, and after several calls there are no one to serve you.
Only good thing is location which is better for shoppers.
The room were full of dust and I'm taking medicines now.

Not a clean hotel. The front receptionists are cheaters. Charges extra money even if you book online. Of you don’t want to ruin your holiday, please avoid.

Only good thing is location, else the rooms, bedsheet, towels, washroom was not clean and thus not at all up to hygiene standards.

A horrible experience while asking for booking regarding wedding since 3 days i was trying to connect this banquet co ordinator but was unable to make it after all these things he offered me for his personal services if I need " What the meaning of that" Don't go there please

Very Bad hotel in kolkatta as they cheat the customers their services are so pathetic smelly rooms and washroom their staff talks lie they are accepting booking in this hotels and end of chekin they accomodate other place like as Badly Guest house their moto is only making money they does not believe to relationship doesn't recommend to any one in future

In a good central location. Accommodation is also quite good. It has all important areas within its reach.

Stayed there from Dec 31 to Jan. 3!
Seemed like everything was ok!
The rooms were clean and the service was also nice.
The support staffs were also helpful.

But one thing they need to improve is the Wifi service.

It is in the middle of the city. Have good price. The staffs are very cooperative and well behaved. I will suggest it

Hotel location and staff behaviour is good. But quality of food is unhealthy. AC in room doesn't work properly. And the tarrif of rooms are too costly as compared to quality of room.

We stayed 12 nights.location is good. Near from New market, kolkata. Maintenance is also good. Specially their brekfast is very good.

We want there for our official function it was an awesome day because of our celebration and it was perfect with completely filled up with all the requirements.
Looking forward to celebrate many more such moments and will mark it in "THE MARK"

The hotel is nice but i didn't like the food n pricing, i think its too expensive for ots quality

It's an okay kind of hotel in Kolkata. Not too fancy but a decent place to stay near New Market! If you want to do shopping only. Rooms are not that great and tidy and compared to that the room rates are very high. Breakfast are ok and is available complementary.

Me & my husband stayed there for a week. I found it very good up to "The Mark " behaviour of each member was good and polite. Service was good. The hotel is very good in my list.

The hotel staffs are very cooperative, the premises is very clean. But the room's windows don't open on the road or lawn side.

Extremely Unprofessional attitude.confirmed a booking and refused at the last moment. Huge coordination gap. Not good for corporate bookings
