Room and window should be little big. Room is very small and windows are too call because of this i felt suffocated and mirror should be in room.going washroom again and again for touch-up or something related to makeup is not okay. There's no fan in the room. It's also a necessity. Food is good and stuffs are also good.

Rooms are bit over priced and not at all spacious. Hotel staff are courteous and helpful. Location wise good for people who are looking accommodation near the airport and on the VIP Road.

Good location and a decent hotel but rooms are very small and cramped. A little overpriced for the amenities they offer.

I went there to attend a marriage reception. But sorry to say, never in my life I had such tasteless food! Often the counter with popular items were empty. And they were taking a hell of a time to refill. Only the kababs served as starters were good.
They must improve. Or!

I didn't know the lady's name who was standing to count the morning breakfast. It was very polite and soft spoken, and all the other staff.

Excellent location, rooms are smaller than they appear but it’s worth the price and location is awesome.
Attached pub is also nice to visit

Hotel well decorated but the rooms they provide us it's so small.and also the washroom area.food quality good but it's too much expensive.staff behaviour good.not value for money.too much overcharged.

1. The ambience was very good. They have around 20-25 sitting capacity.

2. Food quality was good. But it can be better. They have lots of varities. I have attached the menu. Bengali items were very good. Desert is also too good. But biryani and mutton kosha could be better. Mutton pieces could be more soft.

3. Staffs were very good. Location was very good. Just 5 mins walking distance from Baguiati bus stop.

Overall, it was a good experience.

Superb aminities, the only issue is they have kept some snacks for you in the room which is not included in your tarrif. The price of the snacks are 2.5 times more than the MRP

A small 35 room property. Clean rooms with all basic amenities. We had 8 rooms booked. The air-conditioning in some rooms was very good but lacking in some. They have free Wi-Fi but the connectivity and speeds are an issue. Good service. Smiling and helpful staff. Room service orders take a while (maybe due to restricted staff). Restaurant is small. Buffet layout could be better. We stayed 3 nights and the menu was almost the same everyday. Clean wholesome food. Gym (small) wasn't operational due to covid restrictions. Hotel is easily accessible from the kolkata airport.

The hotel is value for money. However, the rooms are incredibly small. Also, the quality of food provided under package is not up to the mark.

The Maureen has been christened as Auris Hotel under new management.

Great rooftop bar and restaurant that serves beer from their own microbrewery.

A wonderful place for any occasion. Well behaved staffs and hygiene level is top notch which is a must in this COVID scenario. All in all a recommended place for hosting any occasion.

A decent hotel with good service. Restaurant food is very tasty. Their hospitality is wonderful. Staffs are really polite and helpful. The Maureen is strongly recommended.

Everything is topnotch for the price except it's location. It is near the airport but going to main city takes you in the opposite direction for a while and then make a U-turn to finally move in the right direction.

Service level is very good. I stayed here for 2 days and they were very responsive throughout. Right from housekeeping to restaurant to reception, I want to give them 5/5. Happy customer:) I look forward to revisiting soon!

The bartender speaks English very well, but he has an attitude. I don't know if that's his nature but he look and speak very aggressive when I talk to him, that's not the way to treat your customers. The rest.perfect for the price. That bartender really got my nerves till now, I was thinking of giving a 5star but nope, I can't because of him. -2

Property should really look into better management of event hall specially when it is very small. Everything was a mess. Food was ok ok, not something I want to be excited about. Rooms are small and there is hardly any space left after bed. Location of the hotel is good, just besides VIP road and easily located and accessible.

Good hotel, I have visited one party on its 7th floor hall, hall is well decorated, good air conditioning and carpet laid floors make it reach. The best part of its hospitality is its excellent & delicious food. This review is based on above services.

The hotel is very nice. Its clean and the rooms are nice as well. The restaurant is small but the quality of food is very good. The staff is polite and assisted me in every way possible during my stay. I would like to visit again whenever I’ll be in town.

I booked this hotel about 4 days before my proposed stay in Kolkata. Then travelling for about 4 hours from 120 km I was left stranded on the reception with no refund. If they cared about their guest then the Management should have alert me that they will not be operational on that said day.

Good place for social gatherings.but 250-300 guests are okk for the community hall.its quite small for large gatherings.

It is near to Kolkata airport. Location is the best. Rooms are good and spacious. Food is above average. It has a nice restaurant where one can relax a bit.
