resorts a, very good condition, bathroom ac cleanliness, very bad condition,

Need to maintain the property, I have visited the place beforehand, the condition of the pool, rooms are not good. Staffs, food and services are really good.

One of the most classless resort I have ever visited. This is actually not a resort. The location is horrible. Highly not recommended. Don't waste time by visiting this place. Price is high. Class is not low. This is classless.

Great for a cozy weekend. We booked a tree house for 5. Tree house was very neat and clean with 3 sides glass walls and a attached lawn. Food quantity is huge with nice Bengali taste. Vegetarian people may have an issue with the food beacuse of heavy bengali flavour and same kitchen for veg and non veg. Overall ambiance with tress all around is great. Staffs are very very supportive. They even got us mangoes from their garden. The only issue is exterior of resort specially area near reception is very very poorly maintained. This gives a bad vibe when you enter the resort, however our tree house was very well maintained.
Take the minakhan village route for a beautiful scenic road journey.

Great food and staff behaviour is cordial, the place is nice for a short rechrage, near to kolkata.kid friendly pool, boating and games present. There is also the option to board a Toto van and take a quick peek at the rural village of Bengal.the property can be a bit more decorative and cleaner though, loadsa construction work is on.we enjoyed as a day trip, but one may spend the night

Firstly it’s not a resort, rather a hotel with a pool. Very small place n takes booking in respect to rooms availability. There was snake in the pool. We were 20, our rooms were in the 3rd floor. Sofas n chairs were there in front of the rooms. A colleague of mine sat on a chair n it broke, he was skinny by the way. This proves poor maintenance. The rooms were not that clean. If somebody is walking on the floor above, you will have the feel of earthquake.
The restaurant area doesn’t have AC. So though the food was ok, one cannot have it peacefully. The mutton was nice. But the fish fingers n chicken pakora was awful (ghatiya).
BOTTOMLINE - NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

The food is excellent. No of meals are too many. Meals are Intervaled by snacks which are superb in taste and quality. Rooms are clean and hygiene. Maintained well.
The best part is the staffs, very helpful and cooperative. They make you feel like you are a co-owner of the place. Experience has been excellent. Paid quite an amount here for one day but it was value for money. Best time to visit is during the rains as the area is covered with greenery. Boating, table tennis, sheesha, food and swimming is all I did along with golf car trip to a nearby park with serene greenery. Excellent service and time I had. Look forward to another visit soon.

Worst service ever, no food available and behaviour also very bad of some stuffs. I’ll never recommend this place anyone. Don’t go as location also not safe.

It was a great stay for us, the hotel staff & receptionist were exceptionally polite and nice, and by the end of the outing became our friends. The environment all around is of calmness and serenity, it will definitely recharge your soul no matter where you are travelling from. The food was excellent, they have additional fooding provisions if you have a driver along with you (and the service is great!). If there was anything that could be better would be that we all felt that the place could be kept a tad bit better, however, you would be really pleased with your stay as overall it was a wonderful experience. Just one tip, if you are going on a day outing, set out for your place before dark, cause the roads currently are a little underdeveloped, which would be an issue when travelling after nightfall.

It was an wonderful experience, it is a lovely place to spend your days in luxury and away from hustle and bustle of daily life. Food is sumptuous and each and every member is courteous, humble and always ready to help. Overall, it is a quiet and decent safe place to stay with your family. Wishing to visit again. Thanks to all of you.

I will start with the location and then we will discuss things which I liked & which I didn't like.

Things which were good:
1. The resort was surrounded by greenery and there were few indoor games available (carrom, table tennis etc).

2. A little pond was there in the middle of the resort, people who like fishing can spend time there.

3. There was a swimming pool available.

4. For lunch there were plenty of items on the menu.

Now let's talk about things which I didn't like:

1. The cost was a bit high compared to what we get in return. (Rs. 1300 per head)

2. The size of the resort was quite small, 2 years back we visited Prantik resort near Kolaghat and that was a really nice place to spend time with your family & friends.

3. The size of the swimming pool was very very small.

4. Though the fishing facility was available however there were no dedicated places available for that, moreover the maintenance of the pond was very poor. It was very dirty.

5. We had to wait for almost 45 minutes to get the room ready.

6. It took us around 2 hours to reach the destination from New Town.

7. Now coming to the food quality. In our package breakfast, lunch & evening tea was included. Breakfast was good, we got Puri & Aaloodom along with sweet.

Lunch was not at all good, at first they provided Prawn curry and rice. There were no other items available at the table which was mentioned in the menu.
After we finished our lunch they came up with mutton curry which was tasteless and not cooked properly.

There was no dedicated smoking zone available, people were smoking wherever they like and that was killing the purpose of visiting a eco-friendly place.

8. Room service was good but the plastic chairs available were broken.

So, the final verdict is if you are staying in Kolkata and want to spend some quality time with your family & friends then better visit Ecopark or Nicco Park and go to a good restaurant Have some good food and enjoy your day.

This place is not at all recommended. I didn't find this place as happening as I expected.
Prantik resort was far far better than this resort.

Rooms were not cleaned after staying for 2 days. Even the bed sheets were not changed. Bathroom was dirty and the taps were not working properly. Food was ok but stay was not good at all with quality of rooms and cleanliness was poor

Nice place.well behaved staff.sufficient food and quality is also good.secure for ladies group. I love this ambience.

You may stay a week end with ac rooms and village smells all around within a tour even with their small tour car. Good for urban people with plenty of food.

এমনিতে ভালোই ছিল খাবার দাবার।তবে রুম এর সামনে পরিষ্কার পরিচ্ছন্ন আরও একটু বেশি দরকার। রিসর্ট এর সামনের রাস্তা টা খুব খারাপ বর্ষাকালে আরো বাজে অবস্থা।

Yesterday I went there for day outing but had a pathetic experience. Room was not good, Fan was running very slow, bedsheet had yellow spot, Bathroom was not clean enough, shower not working properly, room having insects in the corner, AC was not working properly. It should be named as "Pathetic Resort". In the end they are asking for 5% GST on the bill but they wont provide GST number in the bill. Then they were asking if we pay 12% GST then they will provide GST Bill.it is like they are looting people. I would suggest please do not went there to waste your money.

Food quality is very bad. And is very unhygienic. No maintenance. Dirty bedsheets, table cloth. After eating we got sick, and no purifed water, filling old plastic bottles and unsealed bottles.

One of the coolest resorts around Kolkata, be it rooms or the ambience outside. A great place to visit all around the year.

Very very bad experience. Swimming pool is not maintained properly and they didn’t provide a room after 1 hour of check in time.

Overall experience was nice, cordial staff, service and food quality good. However, it was expected that the rooms were better managed but unfortunately, rooms need maintenance. Remaining everything was good and is definitely a place for Repeat visits.

Food quality is superb. But if u want to want night stay that is not good. They neglected so much at night. We are not get sufficient food at night.

The resort is moderate type. Food quality is good. Service personnel are with good behaviour but less trained. Need improvement. Rooms are not well maintained and sanitised. COVID 19 protocol is absent, which is a serious flaw. We were at room no. 101,102andTree House. Cats, Dogs roam day and night. Need improvement.

To be honest, the food quality along with quantity was pretty satisfactory. The staffs were helpful and well behaved too, but sometimes that's not enough. The management was extremely poor, the bathroom were not at all hygenic. Not a single flush worked in the entire resort and last but not the least, the foul rotten smell coming from the inside pond, added to our misery and made it pretty worse experience for all of us.

Best excellence resort.
শীতের মরসুমে কলকাতা থেকে দেড় দুইঘন্টার দূরত্বে ছোট ছোট একদিনের ট্যুরে যেতে বেশ ভালোই লাগে, খরচও বেশি হয় না আর আনন্দ মজা সব মিলে একদম জমজমাট ব্যাপার। এমনই একটি নতুন জায়গার সন্ধান দিচ্ছি যেখানে একদিনে গিয়ে সেইদিনই ফিরে আসতে পারবেন। কলকাতা থেকে বাসন্তী হাইওয়ে ধরে মিনাখা পর্যন্ত গিয়ে ডানদিকে কিছুক্ষণ গেলেই এই রিসোর্ট। সবুজ ঘাসে ভরা, সুন্দর ফুল দিয়ে সাজানো, বেশ গ্রাম্য একটা পরিবেশে একটা দিন পিকনিকের মেজাজে কাটাতে এইসব জায়গাগুলি আজকাল বেশ পপুলার। সপ্তাহান্তে এইসব জায়গায় ভিড় বাড়াচ্ছেন অনেকেই। আজ যে রিসোর্টের কথা বলছি সেটা হলো "দি প্যাসিফিক রিসোর্ট"। কলকাতা থেকে দেড় ঘন্টায় পৌঁছাতে পারেন এই জায়গায়।

Food quality as well as quantity is very much worthy. But the infrastructure & hygiene needs to be improved and maintained.

It was my second visit to this village resort. The food is delicious and the quantity is great. I love the countryside ambience with the green fields, access to village life. Very peaceful.

It was really a great experience for me and my family. I went there to escape from the city hassle on a long weekend so that i can reset my mind, and this place just did that perfectly. The food was awesome, staff was very polite, service was excellent. Overall a very helthy environment for anyone. Would recommend it to all my friends and relatives.

Certain items are not maintained properly, rhe cutlery set is missing viz. Spoon, Fork, Glass Tumbler etc.

The place is good but it's not maintained well. And the food served is also not fresh. Need to work on that.

Food provided in package is very good.staff behaviour is very polite.but room facilities and rooms are not maintained properly.cistern not working.ac cannot be operated as needed as control panel is broken.short circuit causing electrical disturbance and load shedding in 2 adjacent rooms.geyser not working.entrance and parking space not suitable for larger cars/suvs.

We went to Pacific Resort for a weekend getaway from our hectic life. Two types of rooms are there - tree house 3500 per night and normal 2500 per night. We took the normal room as tree house were already booked. But the rooms are really big, we were 4 people in a single room. View is awesome. Service is quite good. Just that didn't get any extra mattress or dustbin even after asking. But food items were unlimited. They have package of 1300 per head which includes breakfast lunch snack and dinner. Activities present-fishing, table tennis, carram. Outside food is not allowed except for alcohol. Its a good place for a quick weekend trip. Need to take basanti highway, run around 50 km, then take right into village about 5-8 km where road is bit bad.

Big time maintenance required in every aspect of the resort, as advertised Golf cart and boating is not available due to maintenance, indoor games maintained very poorly. For day outing Food package charges are way too high.

It should be called 'Pathetic Resort'
- Very ill-maintained rooms
- Lacks basic amenities like no soap in washrooms, no hanger in rooms
- Broken Air conditioners
- unhygienic environment like cats and dogs roaming around your dining area
Please don't visit this place with your family if you do not want to waste your money.

Awesome place to be in for a day. Food is awesome and very reasonably priced. The employees are extremely courteous. Hygiene in the pool and overall is maintained. Very pocket friendly. Suggested that if the owner tie up with a professional group like ITC etc, then the pampering of the guest will be done to the fullest and at the same time aesthetic value of the place will be mesmerizing. Lack of Spa was felt but overall best place to unwind for a day or two.

"Resort" term cannot be applied here. Unhygienic, not at all maintained. Rooms are not cleaned properly, AC doesn't work, dining hall doesn't have ACs, not even sufficient fans. Rooms are untidy, bathrooms are even worse. Don't fall prey to the pictures in the internet, the actual ones are far from the images shown. Last but not the least, they charge you GST but deny to provide a bill.

Visited a few days back. It was a gud experience. Food- quantity and quantity were both good.staff behavior- polite. Ambience - peaceful and quiet. Rooms - large and well maintained. Swimming Pool- awesome. Will recommend it to others too.

Great option for a day outing. Visited with family. Food was tasty and the staff were courteous. Had a good time. The nearby village tour is an added bonus!

I am feeling short of words to praise this place and service. When you enter this resort, you would feel a dash of tropical atmosphere and with a properly sanitized pool to cater your needs. The swings hanged under the branches of trees beside the pool with a amazing view of a hut like structure in the middle of a water body is truly comforting. Walking on the gravel spread pathway surrounded by greenery and lots of butterfly makes the experience superior. The menu of food from breakfast to dinner is so homely that you would long to stay and relish it. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and properly lighted. The super hospitality of the staff catering your needs with smiling faces will surely uplift your mood. It was a great day out and made my birthday a really memorable one. I would surely recommend this place for a really cool experience.

Not a very big resort. To enjoy this resort either you need to book a room or a day outing package consisting breakfast, lunch and snacks.

Perfect weekend location in close proximity to the city for a countryside experience. Ideal for 1 day outing with family and friends.

The resort is about 1.5 hours from Kolkata, near Malancha.

Spread over a big area inside a village.

The maintenance of the property leaves a lot of scope for improvement.

We were a group of 6, staying at the tree houses. Again, maintenance is an issue. The geysers are too small and so are the TVs.

They have a swimming pool and a waterbody along side. Lots of open areas as well.

The food was tasty- Typical Bengali cuisine. We liked it.

Its absolutely in the middle of a village, and we took long village walk, just to unwind.

An average experience overall I would say, of course with lot of opportunities to improve and make it a real good place.
