The Palm Aryan_a Boutique Hotel

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The staff was warm and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was ideal for exploring the area. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide range of options to choose from. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Special thanks to sanjeev sir. And reception girl at this hotel, and I must say she was absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm and friendly smile, and was incredibly helpful throughout my entire stay. She went above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs were met, and was always available to answer any questions I had. Her professionalism and positive attitude made my stay at this hotel even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone,

Rooms were great and the view that we got was beautiful. Staff was so polite and provided great services. They listened to our concerns and resolved them in timely manner. Food was delicious.

I stayed at "The Palm Aryan" for a day and the experience was awesome. The location of the hotel is excellent if you plan to move within Kolkata and the hotel surroundings have a lot of greenery (There is a park right in front). The hotel + rooms are clean and the staff are very polite. I would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Kolkata.

Location is great, ppl are great. But rooms for its tariff is too small. Just okayish stay. Very small geysers in the rooms. Mostly rooms are convertibles for parties especially bathroom. If you don't have an option this can be one. Else it can be our of your list.

Breakfast is the worst part, you end up with bread only. Since they have upma, omlet, britannis cake pieces, tea and bread.

Great hotel. Great stay. Great location. I have stayed in this property atleast like 20 times. Front desk manager micheal is one guy to go to.superb and smooth. Even the guards are quite helping. He is sweet enough to upgrade me whenever possible. Food is good but sometimes lacks a bit of love. Over all highly recommended.

A Decent Hotel located in a residential society. The area is quiet as it is in surrounded by residential houses. The hotel itself was a residential house before being changed into a boutique hotel. The rooms have average space and there is also an option for room with balcony. There is an open terrace as well. The kitchen and menu are not that good but okay to have food with normal quality. The prices of food on the menu is justified as per the quality. The maintenance and housekeeping can be improved but overall a Good and Decent Hotel to stay with Family.

Service is overall good, but they can help with food delivery. They don't allow zomato or swiggy people to come in and also don't deliver parcel at your door. You have to step outside.

Very neat and clean. The location is super. Away from the main road so no noise and less pollution. The hotel interior is beautiful. Staffs are cooperative. Easy check-in and check-out. Rooms, bed sheets and linens are very clean. Washrooms are well-equipped with showers, and geysers. Overall Happy and Satisfied. Would love to visit again.

This hotel was such a comfortable place to stay. We were tired after a long trip and we just wanted to stay in a place and refresh ourselves. The hotel has really good and peaceful location. If you are visiting Kolkata for the first time and want a peaceful location for your stay, please choose this. There is limited parking space in front of the hotel. However, the area is not congested and hence it's safe to park your vehicle. Room service was great and the food was amazing too. Thanks Palm Aryan for a wonderful stay experience.

2 Hours No Water. Neither in overhead tank nor in the basement below. I literally had to use up the whole of mineral water provided to wash my scrubbed face as not a single drop of water was coming out of the tap.

The wall clock doesn't work and I am not sure since when.

One of the lights inside the room kept on blinking throughout.

The hotel is located at a good place and the rooms are good too however the maintenance department is pathetic. These are small things that needs thorough and regular update.

People don't get fooled in by the ratings, this Guest House is totally unprofessional which is starkingly evident the moment u enter it. Miss Kiran Khan the sole receptionist is inadept and too naive to handle billings. Aftet she gets off duty at 8 pm there is no one to handle billing at the reception which will be again managed by the room service guy (Man Friday) till she comes back to duty the next day at 9am.
No tea would be also served before 8am. The Management should instead be physically present in the property and help the staff depleted team than to defend their worthless services offered at their guest house.

This is by far the best value for money hotel. The staff are courteous, service is fast and the rooms are spacious and very well maintained. Food here is so homely with so many varieties. A must stay place.

Worst hotel. Untrained and unprofessional staff. Very bad experience. Basic amenities like bucket and mug, chairs in the room were not there. Only provided on asking. So don't go for it

Very beautiful accommodations. Super Nit&clean. Budget is a pocket friendly. Very peaceful locality. I was staying attached balcony room, it’s a more pleasurable for me.

Stay was good and peaceful. Great location. But lacked in certain ways, hospitality was satisfactory. Rooms were quite small. No hospitality tray in rooms. Tea, coffee had to be ordered through reception and timing of service were limited to 10: 30pm.

Great Hotel, ambience is really cool. Staff are very nice and helpful, clean and spacious room, food quality is good. Safe for solo female travelers. Definitely will visit again:)

Palm Aryans was a good choice, I would like to stay here again. The lady at the reception, I can't remember the name, was especially very helpful with our queries. We had to head out for the airport early at 6 am in morning, the hotel provided us with breakfast even though the buffet timings were around 7-8 am, we are very thankful for such hospitality. The breakfast kept us filled till 4 pm till we reached Kalimpong. Lifesaver! The whole staff was cordial and helpful. It was our 1st visit to Kolkata.

Disliked · The room they showed in the bookings.com app said that 3 sofa beds would be provided apart from a double bed. It wasn't the case there. The room had a double bed and a sofa, probably 2-seaters. When asking upon the availability at the property for sofa beds, we were informed that they would provide us with mattresses in the same room. This was a bit frustrating at first since we had very different information in our minds. Anyhow, since the staff was so helpful (again I am so sorry that I forgot the kind lady's name who was at the reception on 27th March 2021 during the second half of the day) they provided us with another room at our request with some additional charges. I would like to request them to be a bit more transparent.
Another problem is that the location is no doubt in a nice township with a very peaceful surrounding, but it is far from most tourist places and food joints.

Tip: There is this place called Gautam's nearby, do visit it late at night. The whole vibe of the street food center is great.

Nice Ambiance. Good king size beds and rooms. Staffs are very kind and helpful. Room service is good. This location is very peaceful and away from rush traffic area. Good for morning walk can see many birds including parrots.
