Everything was alright except the bathroom. Very less water pressure in shower head and jet spray and the bucket kept in the bathroom was very dirty. Overall an OK experience.

Rooms were pathetic. Water dripping all the time from taps, flush not working. Not rectified even after repeated request. Rooms were pretty expensive in comparison to there standard.
One of the best and costliest hotel of Calcutta, rooms, staff behaviour, foods are too good, worth for money, at a great location just beside of em byepass and subhas Sarovar

The receptionist calls himself the owner, has a very bad attitude. Asks for advance payment before seeing the rooms. On seeing the rooms found them to be very dirty and unusable, pest infested. B2B corporate bookings are also a hoax here. There is no possible way to do any business or stays whatsoever.
