My first time visit to peerless inn durgapur good experience. Breakfast very tasty thanks for chef gopal. Service very good staff behaviour very polite mousumi avik very take care thanks to all.
Most third class hotel I have ever seen. 1. Limited breakfast that to poor quality of food. 2. Food quality of restaurant is below average. 3. We ordered for tandoori chicken but they are unable to supply. They told me it would not available. 4. We ordered for fried cashew nut as mentioned in the menu card but that also they are unable to provide. 5. Most shocking is, I asked for WiFi password, the lady from the reception told me within 5 minutes she would provide me and after 15 minutes she called again & asked my mobile number which I provided again but after 1 hour I didn’t get any WiFi details.
All services are the best in this hotel rooms are also good and it have a huge place for ceremonies. But one thing I did not like that there parking place. It is very small place for 10 SUV it can't fitt over there.
Location is very good. Food quality is very good. Rooms, floor, corridor is very neat and clean. Thanks to housekeeping Mr. TOTAN DAS for taking care of my room.
Everything required in a hotel sector aligns here. Food quality no doubt is great, rooms are big, spacy and clean. Staff service very standard and location is very easy to find for any one.
I stayed here for two days i.e chaturthi and panchami, and the overall experience was good. The breakfast was complementary both the days. The food was quite fresh on the day chaturthi basically. They can improve their ambience as per the expense.
Decent hotel for business people. Big clean rooms. Prime location. Helpful staff. Breakfast can be better as the variety was very less and the taste was also ok. All in all good for the price
Very nice hotel with great overall ambience, spacious and clean rooms with centralised AC and hot water, food was great too, you should definitely try the mixed meat hakka noodles
Clean Place. Staffs are so helpful. Breakfast, lunch, dinner is available for all type food quality. Rooms are too good. Clean atmoshphere. This hotel is in the heart of Durgapur.
Overall it’s ok but prices are too high especially for F&B and other room services.breakfast items are very limited both in type and quantity.food quality and rooms are good.location is prime.need to reduce the prices a bit
All the rooms were damp and bedsheets were with stain marks and not clean. The linen was moist. We had booked 2 rooms for a night and literally had to select the best out of the worst. The rooms were not breathable and we had to change 4 rooms before we finally agreed to stay in one. I would say not at all worth the money they are charging.
Very poor service.i booked a room through yatra.com and paid about 3500 rupees for a deluxe room.when i entered the room there were no chappal no soap no sanitary bag no tauliya, paid for water bottle.usually they issue 2 water bottle but not issued to me.behaviour was also rude and rough still i am inside the room and repeatedly asking for soap and other bathroom toiletries
I will never arrange any Party/Conference there, Some Catering staffs don't have any manners, They cancelled my Dinner parcel as I have taken 2 gulab jamuns in a Conference, Peerless Inn should groom their staffs well before real time service
Rooms are good but buffet is like joke they have less items in buffet breakfast biggest drop never include breakfast while booking Otherwise room service is good location is good huge lobby easy parking
In the era of cost curtailment, a 3 star hotel like this switches off Central AC is not only disgusting but hampers the overall image of such a good establishment
One of the worst service, we experienced yesterday, 7th Jul'21 in Peerless Inn Durgapur. At last today I checked out at 11am but no one came to clean the room, after 3 calls. Hahaha.
The Old one still rolling on. No major repairs and alterations are carried out in the property. Dirty rooms beyond the capability of cleaning staffer is existing. If you cry they will change your room. Food is good although no much variation seen in buffet breakfast. But location is very good. Recommended to keep your eyes open.
The hotel does not live upto it's 3 star rating. The reception is cold and deadface, no warmth. Rooms are dirty with stain marks on table, bathrooms dirty. Food overpriced bcoz preparations mediocre. Did not see anyone following covid restrictions. It seems they treat online bookings as a burden. Would never recommend it to anyone. Take care
Fantastic experience there. I booked a delux room but when I went to check in there they dnt have any delux room available. So they upgraded my room to junior suite without any extra charges. Behaviour was very professional a d was very good for all the staffs. They actually understood if you are facing any serious issue.they will try to cooperate with all the possible options. Check in was very smooth but I faced two issue there number one the ac of my was not working properly. Though its central ac but still You will have a controller in every room to control it. So the Controller was changing the temperature automatically in my room. So I called housekeeping and let them know about it but they informed that they can't do anything at that time i have to wait for next morning. To be honest I didn't expect this types of answers from a renowned hotel. And second the hot and cold water in all the tap was not working properly. From both hot and cold side of the tap only hot water was coming out. As this was also unacceptable from this 3star hotel. Apart from this evening was in place. Its was fully hygiene washroom was fully clean and tidy. Thank you for the hospitality. Am adding some photos of menu card as well so that the other people can get an idea about fooding cost as well.
Good place to stay in Durgapur. Buffet breakfast is good, but not the buffet dinner. Costly place, but can be negotiated for longer stays. Service in room can be improved, service in food department is great.
Last night i stayed in the hotel the experience was quite awful in few instances. Being a Peerless group hotel u expect premium service but that was not the case first the washroom was stinking so asked the room service to apply some freshner which they took half an hour to do so. Secondly AC was not working properly untill 1am. The room service was very slow to deliver things. Even they did not provide the extensions correctly to us for different service. So be careful while booking a room here.
A well appointed spacious centrally located Hotel being used extensively for holding marriage receptions etc. The lawns needs a bit more caring and levelling.otherwise okay.
Very bad and small seminar toilet. Electricity fluctuating every now and then even during official meeting in the seminar hall and even in room. Room was not ready during check in.had to wait while house keeping cleaned the room. Thr was no soap no hand-wash no hand towel needed to ask for everythng. They were reluctant in giving water bottle. The mineral water which they provided was not packed rather opened and seemed to be filled up by local tap water.i would like to add few more things.the bathroom drainage is so bad that while taking bath water clogged like little pond and bed room has mosquitoes which bit me whole night.bloody hell man. One star for decorated room and one star for overpriced yet tasty Baker's plater.
Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. Room service is prompt. Did not like the food quality in restaurant. Had breakfast there. We chose baker's plater which consisted of muffin, doughnut, pastry and croissant. The baked goods did not feel fresh. The toast on mushroom was nice though.
One of oldest Hotel in the city.maintaining its standard. Its in the middle of the city.just adjacent to Junction Mall and opposite to Cement Park. Every communication within the city and outside is available from near the Hotel location. Rly Station is a 10 to 15 min drive. Rooms are good.well maintained. Hotel ambience is also good. Food is also good. Service is prompt. But some professional touch is missing.regarding food presentation.cutlery crockery.way to serve.these points needs much more professionalism.as this is a 3star category Hotel. All the best for future.
