I must say that my experience left me disappointed. While I had high hopes for a delicious treat, the cake I received was overwhelmingly creamy and fell short of my expectations.
The creaminess of the filling not only dominated the flavor but also made the cake feel cloying and excessively sweet. It lacked the balance and depth of flavors that I look for in a cake

Worst service ever. I have ordered chicken pizza and they delivered chicken hotdog. Don't order anything online from this shop.

I ordered a chocolate cake from here via zomato, the cake turned out to be extremely delicious. I got a free mango pastry with it which tasted disgusting

If possible I would have give zero stars. Ordered a Mango Cake from here today. And the taste is horrible. It has a weird medicine like taste and seems to be extremely stale. Not even in a condition of being consumed.

2nd order, the box of cakes had some medicine type smell. Not sure only 1 product or all the products, but the entire box had this medicine smell. My money wasted!

Not recommended to buy from here anymore. Waste of money completely. Even Zomato didn't take any action!

The Red Velvet Bakery is located in panchannagram near VIP Masjid, I had ordered a customised 3d cake for son's birthday and they didn't disappoint me.
