The only good thing about this place is the food. The food is very tasty and the quantity is good and the quality is also very good. However, the dining experience was pathetic, poor service, inexperienced staff and average staff behaviour. Good for take away,

The Royal Courtyard is located just 6-7mins walking distance from Netaji Bhavan Metro. The place is quite spacious and could easily accommodate during rush days.
It is a multicuisine restaurant that serves quite amazing dishes in North Indian and Chinese cuisine. We tried many items, starting with the mocktails Pinacolada, Sunrise, Green Apple Mojito etc. Then we had the starters Yakitori Paneer, TRC special kebab, Chicken Dynamite, Chicken Lasuni kebab etc. Moving on towards the Main Course we had Murgh Sasdagee, Bang Bang Chicken, Devil's Choice, Desi Videsi Sabji. Lastly in Dessert, we had the Toffee Walnuts with Ice-cream and Darsaan.

The royal courtyard is located opposite to purna cinema hall in bhawanipore. It is a two storey restaurant with comfortable seating arrangement. We tried some starters, mocktails and desserts. We ordered: • Pinacolada virgin (5/5) - i loved it. It had vanilla ice cream on the top. • Royal courtyard special seekh kebab (5/5) highly recommended - A must try if you are visiting this place. It tasted awesome. It is a mutton kebab with an outer layer of chicken. • dragon roll (5/5) Highly recommended - It was cheesy from inside and the outer layer was crispy. •Veg chilli garlic noodles - It was not too spicy. •bang bang chicken - it tasted good with the noodles. •Devil's choice - As the name suggests, it is perfect for people who love spicy food. •Darsaan with ice cream - Darsaan is one of my favourite desserts. It was crispy. I loved the starters. The starters were really good. The main course and the mocktails also tasted good. The staffs were good and friendly. It was a good experience.
The Royal Courtyard is serving lipsmacking dishes, be it Chinese or be it North Indian. It was a lovely experience. Had a full fledged lunch with kebabs, chinese, north indian and dessert. Coming to the food, for starters I tried the Royal Courtyard Special Seekh Kebab, Yakitori Paneer and Dragon Roll. All of them were equally good. The special seekh kebab had a chicken outer layer and an inner layer of mutton. I am not a paneer lover but I really loved the Yakitori Paneer. The Dragon Roll was cheesy. For maincourse, I tried the Lifafa Naan and Murg Sasdaage. It was amazing. Must try. Also tried the Chilli Garlic Noodles and Bang Bang Chicken Chicken. It was good too. For dessert, I tried Darshan with Ice cream and Toffee Walnut with Ice cream. It was so good. Also I loved the Pinacolada mocktail. It was a hearty meal. The ambience was standard. The service was good.
I have been to this newly open Multi-Cuisine restaurant with my family. We had Burmese Khao Suey and it was the best here. I also had Vegetarian Dragon Roll and my husband had Chicken Rangregy with Lifafa Naan and Lacha Paratha. The cooking, the ambience, and food quality is amazing. Everyone liked it.
A newly opened cosy restaurant. Foods are served in proper time. Taste, quality is lip-smacking and quantity is adequate. Price is reasonable. Location is opposite to purna cinema hall.

The food & Service is awesome, should try mutton Rogan josh & mutton adrak ke panje, I never had such a soft n tasty mutton in kolkata. All items r very taste. I will come again n recommend others too
Great ambience for the family and romantic couples. We are watching India vs South Africa Cricket test match with Mutton Rogan Josh on our plates. Dal Makhani and Butter naan is too good, the best in south Kolkata.
